Το κατάλυμα είναι σε ένα πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και μπορεί κανείς να βρει κοντά φούρνο, κομμωτήριο, ανθοπωλείο, σουπερ μαρκετ, φαγητό και στάση μετρό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν όμορφα, καθαρά και προσεγμένα! Έχει πολύ ωραία θέα! Το γεγονός πως έχεις κωδικούς για τις πόρτες το κάνει ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό.

Für eine Dienstreise vollkommen aureichend ausgestattet, mit viel Platz

Sehr sauberes kleines Apartment mit hohen Decken. Der Zugang zum Zimmer lief alles über E-Mail-Kommunkation. Bezgl. einer Echnugnserstellung auf meinen Arbeitgeber musste ich mich per Mail an das Hotelmanagement richten, die Rechnung kam per Mail aber sehr zeitnah nach dem Auschecken. Besteck unf Geschirr ist für mindestens 4 Personen vorhanden. Auch ein Wasserkocher, ein Kühlschrank, ein externes Kochfeld sowie eine Spüle sind vorhanden.

Auf Grund der hohen Decken in den Zimnern empfand ich das Apartment als recht schwer zu temperieren. Mir war es ein wenig zu kühl. Ein Mikrowelle für alle Gäste gab es nur im Treppenhaus.

Sehr geräumig. Leichter Zugang mit Codes

Sehr Laute Straße und Gegend. Nebenan ist ein Dönerladen, wo sich Gäste laut unterhalten. Alles sehr hellhörig. Das Appartement roch sehr stark nach altem Rauch, so dass wir eigentlich direkt wieder gehen wollten und nur aus der Not geblieben sind, da wir auf Durchreise waren und nicht weiter fahren konnten. Ich würde diese Schlafgelegenheit definitiv nicht empfehlen und auch nie wieder buchen. Parkplätze sind legal leider auch kaum zu bekommen, außer man Park um 6 Uhr morgens sein Fahrzeug um.

Positiv vermerken kann ich: - den reibungslosen Check-In - die zentrale Lage - Duschgel im Bad (habe ich nicht mit gerechnet

Die Betten sind sehr weich und die Kopfkissen der absolute Mist. Der Boden ist (im Winter) fußkalt. Hausschuhe nicht vergessen! Lage an der Straße sehr laut. Schade fand ich, dass die Möbel wirkten, als hätten man Restposten im IKEA gekauft. Ein Bett mit Kopfteil, Nachttisch und Lampe überm Bett. Das andere Bett in der diagonal anderen Ecke (nix für Paare) ohne Kopfteil, Schreibtischlampe in der Fensterbank (mit defekter Glühlampe) und einem kleinen Beistelltisch. Außerdem war ein wackeliger Tisch mit 2 Stühlen sowie ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Dazu eine sehr seltsame Tapete. Wir dachten erst, dass an 2 Stellen nach einem Wasserschaden rostiges Wasser runter lief. War dann aber das Motiv der Tapete. Schade um das Zimmer. Da könnte man mit wenig Einsatz viel mehr aus dem Zimmer holen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und zur reinen Übernachtung war das Apartment okay.

Das Duschbad ist hell, auf einem aktuellen Stand und sauber. Der Zugang per Zahlencode funktioniert gut. Bei Dunkelheit ist die Eingabe an der unbeleuchteten Haustür jedoch reine Glücksache,

Der schmale Blechspind als Kleiderschrank ist wenig nutzbar. Nachteilig war die defekte Wasserarmatur am Küchenblock, die die Arbeitsplatte unter Wasser setzt. Die Kühlbox brummt beständig vor sich hin, was ggf. als Einschlafhilfe interpretiert werden kann. Das Fenster über dem Kopfteil des Bettes schließt nicht vollständig oder durch eine geringe Dämmwirkung strömt beständig ein kühler Luftzug herab. Wenn durch das mit Sichtschutzfolie beklebte Fenster schon kein Blick nach außen möglich ist, wäre doch ein TV eine willkommener Ausgleich gewesen.

Great place, good value of money

The place is near the U-Banh ( few minutes walk ) and 10 minures from the S-Bahn. Walking distance from Furth Thermare and the town. 15 minutes from Nuremberg city center by U-banh. Easy to reach the airport. Plenty of restaurants, take away and cafés. The deluxe apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. There is no reception but its easy to comunicate with the staff. I will recomend it.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein super Preis.

Das Bett war für unsere gewohnten Verhältnisse etwas schmal, wir haben aber trotzdem super geschlafen.

Eine schicke Übernachtungsmöglichkeit

Die Einrichtung und das Haus sind geschmackvoll, es ist sogar eine kleine Küche da. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es gab einen Gutschein für das Café gegenüber.

Das Bett ist leider ziemlich durch gelegen. Es ging dann, als ich das Kopfkissen ans Fußende gelegt habe.

Simple and clean, no staff on-site

The apartments are comfortable, simple and clean. There was a voucher for breakfast (coffee and pastry) in a café in front of the building, but the café was closed on that day so we couldn’t go. The check-in is easy.

The building doesn’t have any lift, so be aware of it if you are travelling with elderly or disabled people. Also, after spending the night there, the next morning we went out for breakfast and when we went back to the hotel at 9am the code of the main door to go back into the building was not working anymore. After trying it several times, we tried to call the contact number that we had and we also wrote an email (apparently the quickest way of communication) and they fixed it remotely so we could go back in. We spent some time stuck outside the building without receiving an answer to the call, so it was not a very good experience.

Disappointing

Room door lock plug had been disconnected on the inside somehow. There was no obvious ‘if you have problems’ number for the weekend when I arrived. So I was late getting in and keeping my subsequent appointment. The sink plug was jammed and I spent along time trying to empty the sink. It was supposed to be some kind of apartment that you could cook things in but I didn’t trust the quality or appearance of the contents.

once everything was straightened out it was good

we got to our room and it was not made up. One of us had zoom meetings and needed the room. There were several texts and many attempts to get the right code to get into a different room. one of the meetings had to be cut short in the mean time. once all was settled it was fine and accommodation were nice.

A nice location near the railway station. Electronic check in with a code, so we could arrive very late without problems. Room was nice and very clean. Small fridge to keep some yogurt we bought at the supermarket just across the parking lot. Nicely equipped bathroom with spacious shower. Would stay here again if I’m in Furth.

The number 2 at the keypad wasn’t cooperating very well. We needed to press it pretty hard.

Excellent value for money. Clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped for the price.

Very difficult to find at night given the location around the back of the building with no external lighting and a terrible map provided. The tiny keypad was also very hard to find in the dark. The lighting was improved on my last night but too late for me.

Fantastic place for a longer stay and will definitely stay there again on future trips.

Great property for a longer stay with spacious and comfortable rooms and a fantastic shower! Location was also perfect for me as it was close to key places in Fürth, only three blocks to the amazing running and biking opportunities in Stadtpark and a super easy hop onto the subway into Nuremberg. I never met the hosts but they were quick to respond to any inquiries and always helpful.

While there is a very small kitchenette in the unit with a refrigerator, dishes, coffee pot, etc. there was no means of preparing or cooking a meal in the room itself. There was a communal microwave in the hallway but would have been great to have a simple hot plate to cook a meal at the Aparthotel.

The stay met our expectations, we recommend it.

The accommodation was nice in a good location. Metro a short distance away. We found free parking not far from the house.

Everything was perfect, only the heater probably needed to be vented, because water kept pouring into it and it was quite noisy.

Everything was nice. Good central location, supermarkets, transport and sightseens are around. 15 min to Nurnberg by car. Breakfast gift and coffee was a nice surprise. Only one thing is absent of heating at night. so the room was quite cold during the night.

Perfect location and lovely big room

Big Apartment with nice kitchenette and comfortable bed (apartment 8). There was a Nespresso machine in the hallway as well as a microwave and a brand new kettle and induction hob in the kitchenette. The vanity accessories in the bathroom were a nice touch. Location to public transport (U-Bahn) was perfect (1 min!) and there was even a voucher for coffee & baked goods from the local cafe. Supermarket right around the corner as well, walking distance to Fürth central market area. We loved the door code to get in&out - you'll never have to worry about losing keys!

Unfortunately temperatures plummeted on our arrival and the bathroom stayed rather cold throughout our stay as the radiator didn't work too well. The shower platform gets rather slippery so maybe some anti-slip stickers could help?
