Beautiful and peaceful space

Very comfortable, quiet location and plenty of space. Host was contactable and helpful.

Stairs were very steep and difficult to get luggage up and down.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, exactly as shown in photos, minor improvements required.

Location was great - 15 min walk into Paisley. Apartment shows exactly as in photos provided. Bedding, pillows fresh and comfortable. Kitchen - great size furnished with all small appliances needed, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Everything you will need. Also nice size table and chairs. Bathroom - great new “old style” soaker tub, large enough for two. Shower is excellent. Lots of hot water and water pressure is great. Large double sink, plenty of room for side by side in the morning. Bath towels were excellent quality and nice large size! Lounge area very nice size and comfortable couch and chair seating. A larger TV would be nice as it is a bit of a distance away from couch, but not a huge issue. Would kind of be the “icing on the cake” if provided.

3 things… If not for these, I would have given a full 10 out of 10 for a review. 1) Upon arrival, we were greeted with (outside the main entrance door) a very large pile of garbage, food containers, bottles, cans etc. strewn all around the bins and overflowing out of the bins. NOT the best welcoming site to see upon arrival. 2) As we unlocked and entered the main foyer, the smell that greeted us at first seemed to be a very strong “musty” smell, but subsequently determined it to be stale cigarette smoke smell. This smell continued as we ascended up the stairs and into the apartment. It was very strong and unpleasant and continued to be evident in all rooms adjacent to the top of the stairs. We ended up having to purchase a spray aerosol air freshener to combat and minimize this smell. 3) The carpets felt dusty as if they had not been vacuumed either recently or not properly. My wife pulled out the vacuum provided and did a thorough vacuum throughout entire apartment and this alleviated it somewhat.

Lovely bright and airy comfortable flat.

Beautifully decorated flat with comfy beds and sofas. Light and airy with a fab shower. Well stocked kitchen with table and chairs for eating. Tastefully furnished.

Heating wasn’t on when we arrived at 6.30pm. It took a while to work out how to put it on. Oven was dirty and although I’d asked about the coffee machine, there were no pods. Also no dishwasher tablets. Downstairs neighbors woke me up at 5.30am - think they went to work then!

very modern near airport and very comfortable beds .

couldn’t get hot water for a bath , and found the apartment cold . Saturday night neighbours held a very loud party until the early hours .

Cracking flat

Spotlessly clean! Bathroom was fantastic - shower and bath especially Generally the flat is top quality, good furniture / layout / all mod cons etc - really nice flat

Bed was brand new but not comfortable (2 singles joined together) Cold even with heating on full No basics like salt, cooking oil which was a bit annoying as this usually supplied

Exceptional

Clean, well heated accomodation, close enough to Glasgow for easy access to the exhibition centre. Excellent shower facilities, roll top bath, very comfortable and secure/safe with 2 lockable entry doors. Street parking wasn't an issue.

The apartment itself is really nice and spacious, I spoke with the owner at 1 point on the phone and he was really considerate and understanding as I had made an error on when I was checking in.

Unfortunately the cleaning company did not fulfil their job, airer was left out in sitting room which was no bother but kitchen sides cooker sink microwave and fridge where not cleaned and also dirty sponge and cloth left at sink and dirty tea towel left in corner cupboard. Bath sink shower also not cleaned scum and hairs, can of drink found in cupboard by kids, dirty cotton bud in bedroom along with other rubbish, 5 of us in property but no bedding and pillows left out for person to use sofa bed. It felt like the cleaners had not been in at all, we just felt like we where living in someone else's mess it was not a nice stay and such a shame because it was a nice flat. I did make contact via booking.com but I don't think the comments go through to the actual owner of the property. The message I received back was " That the where sorry the cleaning was not to my expectations and they would speak to staff or whomever" I did forward pictures the cleaning was not too anyone's expectations as it was not done.

Perfect apartment, host was very great with communication and fast with check in details. Overall good feedback - we would book again should we be working in the area again! :)
