I enjoyed it. I would have like two bedrooms so that I could comfortably enjoy my husband.

I like the comfort

I had some allergies but that’s because dogs stay there so I get it. Hopefully some rooms are for pets and some aren’t.

Our favorite place to stay when in town! The cleanest we have found!

The staff are very helpful and friendly! The food areas are spotless, Donna was newly hired, and was so very sweet and helpful and kept the place soooooo clean while we were eating, it was impressive! They all go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. One of the ladies at the front desk , Amanda, even recognizes us when we come into town, and my 3 year old loves her! Lisa and Amanda knew that I like to drink lots of water, and that I do not like it cold, and had some that wasn’t chilled next to the register to offer me. The free snacks are of good quality, they had cheez its, planters trail mix, Niagara water, and green apples, my favorite!

The only thing I would change is for the pool to be heated, lol, otherwise, everyone loves it when we stay there.

Overall wonderful experience!

Hotel was located 6 minutes away from the stadium! We were blown away by the size of the hotel room! The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was super clean! We highly recommend! Plus, they had an awesome free breakfast!

We had a very enjoyable family wedding weekend stay!

clean, pretty, rooms were large and well kept, friendly staff, great breakfast. felt safe, close to restaurants and activities.

I was really disappointed in the customer service.

I had wanted to change my reservation, and the staff acted like it was a chore to do so and were rude.

Very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Front desk gets you checked in super fast. Complimentary bottled

Family friendly! The staff at the desk were wonderful and very family and oriented!

I would say the view but that’s to be expected for the location!

Great for family stay for sport tournaments

Pet friendly , staff gave pet treats and had had personalized cookies form my daughter’s softball team.

Morning staff didn’t allow my 4 yo son to get one more serving of cereal even though the cereal set up was still there. It was only a couple minutes after 10.

I still have a back ache from the bed

Staff was nice, location was great, place was clean, room was clean.

Bed was way too hard and I travel all the time and this was substandard and hurt my back, the heater unit was very loud and it would wake us up when it would turn on. We had a horrible night sleep!

On the whole the property was very good to excellent but not being able to charge the car was a drawback

The breakfast was very good The shower facilities were what what zu could use for being disabled

The electric chargers were both out of order, couldn’t charge our electric car

Very impressed. This will be our new go to hotel when staying in Wilkes-Barre.

We did not have breakfast there because we needed to leave early. But overall everything was great from beginning to end!

I didn't get to eat breakfast, we had to leave by 6:30 to get to our event, 6 am breakfastit would be nice if you started breakfast by 6 or 6:30am.

Home2 Suites consistently good.

Newer building, I like the room layouts for Home2 Suites. Plenty of space for a couple. Like having a larger fridge. Free cookies and water at che con was a nice surprise .

Beware of handicapped shower

Size of the rooms and kitchenette

Had to wait for room to be ready. Needed a room easy to walk to, which I requested in advance. Lot of money spent to have this happen. Handicapped shower shot all over bathroom when turned on. Handheld is poor design and when reported they agreed to having that problem. Maybe they ought to change it? There was a flood and if my husband would have been alone, he could have been hurt badly. No shampoo, dispenser was bone dry. Had to go find housekeeping, get a new bottle and install myself ( husband still in bed). Luckily handicapped room was for him not me.

Great hotel with everything close by.

Everything was great. Location is great, room and facility was really clean. Loved that there was great lighting in the bathroom. Us women need that...lol. staff was super friendly.

Only complaint I had that there wasn't much to pick from for breakfast and that was a but disappointing 😕

wow!!!! We thought we’d try it out and were amazed! Amazing room, Great breakfast, friendly staff!

It’s up a hill and tucked behind another building and was just a little tricky to know where going but not a big deal.
