Unfassbar!

Um 23 Uhr öffnete ein Pärchen meine Zimmer Tür. Am Telefon war ein Kollege von ihnen mit dem Namen (Rael bashirov) er hat das Pärchen meine Zugangsdaten geben um nach seinen Angaben den Schlüssel aus dem Zimmer zu holen. Wie ist sowas möglich ?! Wir haben die Reise abgebrochen und das Zimmer verlassen weil wir uns nichtmehr wohlfühlen. Wie klären wir das jetzt? Bitte um Rückmeldung

Nicht zu empfehlen, besonders nicht für allein reisende Frauen.

Die Lage war gut und das Badezimmer neu renoviert. Das Appartement selber war sauber geputzt, wenn man vom Geschirr absieht, saubere, ordentliche Handtücher. Der Kühlschrank war sauber und ordentlich, wie nie benutzt.

Das Geschirr in den Schränken war sehr verdreckt, die Zimmerwände des Appartements müssten dringend gestrichen werden, der Hausflur zum Appartement ist eine Katastrophe! Sperrmüll steht mitten im Hausflur, Wände und Boden extremst beschmutzt und ein bestialischer Geruch. Offensichtlich wurden oder werden die Appartements auch an Damen des Sexgewerbes vermietet, da ein Mann an der Tür geklingelt hat und nach diesen Damen gefragt hat. Hat sich aber dann auch entschuldigt. Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert, da der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselkasten lag. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Büro klappte es aber dann. Schlüsselkasten, besonders im Dunkeln, schwer zu finden.

Nie wieder

Wenn Sie nicht durch quietschende Betten gestört werden, auf denen Sie nicht schlafen können, oder durch alte Räume, in denen Sie jeden Atemzug der Nachbarn hören können, wird Ihnen dieses Hotel gut tun. Ich persönlich werde nicht mehr in meinem Leben dorthin zurückkehren.

Für einfache reisen geht es, um sich zu erholen eher weniger, da die Lage nicht gut ist.

Code für Appartment waren immer falsch, hab über eine stunde gebraucht um irgendwann mal mit ein extra Schlüssel reinzukommen, da es mit den Codes nicht geklappt hat. Draußen war es am tag und in der Nacht immer laut, da es direkt an der Straße war, kamen oft besoffene vorbei und waren laut.

Very bad experience. As the Dutch say: cheapest but expensive.

The location is great and a place to park the car

We could not access the flat because they key for the main entrance was inside the room. So we were obliged to pay a hotel (holiday INN) and wait the next day to find out how to access the building. Luckily, one lady who was exiting the building allowed us to come inside. After accessing the room, we found the key on the table. In addition, the internet access code didn't work and the customer service number was not responding during the night. The room was very hot, not a good place for summer.

Cleaning service during 5 weeks happened only barely once every 10 days.

Superb

I felt myself comfortable and secure. The location was closed to my work place, so I could walk to the city centre. I liked appartment and if I ever be back I'll check this point first.

Single traveller on a budget

I actually got it for a good price considering I was travelling alone. Flat is fully equipped with small kitchen, tea, cleaning equipment coffee. Towels shower gel also available. There was some confusion about the whereabouts of my key. The staff on the phone was super nice and helped quickly.

Balcony and rest of the building a little run down. Cleaning staff just entered my flat on the last day at 10.30 to change the sheets, while I was still in my nightgown and sleeping. They were also very persistent that they want to change the sheets now. Since check out was at 12 I was very irritated of having some men standing in the flat all of a sudden.
