Good location

The location is very central and perfectly connected if you have a car ( I would suggest you to rent one anyway). There is a common area for breakfast. It is a good accommodation considering the overall prices in Miami.

There was just one shared bathroom for many guests, and the general smell was not good. We had a very small room close to the road and it was really really loud.

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix dans Little Havana

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, lit propre et très confortable, eau chaude ok (temperature et pression), localisation top, jolie terrasse, et surtout Luis était ultra réactif au moindre message! Je ne l’ai pas rencontré, mais il a rendu mon séjour facile et agréable!

Personnellement, je ne trouve rien à redire. Si on veut trouver des points, je dirais: si vous voulez dormir dans le noir et avec du silence total, il faut un masque et des boules quiès (quartier animé, route, aéroport pas loin). On est comme à la maison, et la salle de bains est partagée, donc il faut le faire en bonne intelligence et respect des autres.

La mejor estancia en Miami.

La amabilidad y la atención en todo momento de Carmen permiten que tus vacaciones se disfruten de una manera inigualable, sin duda alguna se agradece el tiempo prestado durante los días de mi estancia. La ubicación es céntrica y permite tener a los alrededores todo lo que requieres, supermercado, restaurantes a la carta y de comida rápida, acceso a las rutas de transporte público, espacios para caminar. La limpieza de las habitaciones así como las áreas en común en todo momento se encuentran limpias. Comodidad y la temperatura dentro de la casa permiten que se descanse después de haber paseado por las calles de Miami.

Room charge and room great. I got nothing else.

The room was #12. The AC worked great. The room was clean and no problem with the bed. The bath is VERY small and sitting on the john was a little challenging. Very short space. Shower was ok for space It take a bit to get warm water and it never did turn HOT. If you go to the main st and go right, I found a restaurant/bar at the next light. If you go left to the next light there is a McDonalds. Thats the only ones I found. No gas stations or small food stores.

When I arrived at the airport, I got a message thru booking.com to text Lou about my arrival to the place. I do NOT text. My uber driver said to email the reply so I did. I found out later, Lou is not connected with booking.com so the message never went thru. When I got there, I rang the door bell. Nobody answered. I rang it again. Still nothing. There just happen to be a couple sitting at the table in the yard and he asked me if I needed help and told him. He then called this Lou and he showed up. He also is a Uber driver. He could speak nearly NO english. He showed me to my room on the side of the house. Gave me the keys and left. Did not explain about the wifi and the code to use it. He did not explain about the breakfast and how to order it. All these items advertised with booking.com. It also says there is a shared lounge but I was never given the code to get into the house. I never met the lady owner.

Nice clean comfortable place to stay.

The place was close to Little Havana which is a great area. It was very clean and had nice comfortable beds. The owner was really friendly and she helped with my transport to the airport which was really awesome.

There were ants 🐜 on the bed bitting me all night and room was really small,but thee guy Luis that works there was helpful and does a good job cleaning.

Location good for walking to area great restaurants. Somewhat noisy - plane, traffic, people in and out. Had a small area of snacks and beverages for purchase.

A couple comfy chairs to sit in would be good :). Common (shared) bath was well used and could use an update - was clean!

It's really only for 1 night to crash.

The room was acceptable for one night crash. Decent size. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were ok.

Only one bathroom shared for the whole place, while there are total 6 bedrooms. There was no half bath room to use, when the only bathroom was used. The kitchen is completely locked without access. Only Spanish is spoken by the staff. I was also bitten by some bugs.

Nice cozy place near Calle Ocho

Awesome location, host was super kind and prompt in responding and even coming to help when silly me wasn't figuring out how to get the key from the security box. Room was cozy, clean and nicely decorated. I appreciated the common lounge with snacks and drinks.

If I have to be nitpicky - they were out of paper cups for coffee/tea. But really it's not that important!

It is perfect for one night just to rest your head.

The Owner was lovely. They had a selection of drinks and snacks you could purchase if you wanted.

The bedroom was very small , could just about open our suitcase in there. The bed sheets were stained with some blood and other stains. Floor was dirty.
