Donos muito simpáticos e prestáveis, casa muito acolhedora e bonita.

Everything was great :) except for the small parking space and the host ignoring the messages

A wonderful apartment with beautiful furniture, everything is fresh and very clean, a convenient settlement, and a beautiful, well-kept area of the town. There is a pleasant atmosphere and friendly people live there. I made a reservation for my 4 colleagues and 5 dogs (!) They are all completely satisfied. I am very grateful to the owners for allowing accommodation with animals, it is valuable. Communication with the host was convenient, and all explanations and videos on how to get to the apartment were provided. Below I will write a negative point, but it will not affect the rating, because I really hope that this is an "exception to the rules".

Pay attention. 1) It will be difficult for travelers with large cars (jeep, minivan, or car with a trunk box on top) to park in the underground parking lot. It is not intended for entry of tall cars. Also, the parking space allocated for this apartment is very tight there. Tourists should be informed about this. There was too little space in the yard and it was at an angle. We also had a misunderstanding, because our car with a full trunk drove into the parking lot without any problems, but when it was empty and 3 cm higher, we caught the frame when leaving. 2) We also had an unpleasant situation when a colleague forgot a jacket in the closet. I wrote to the host about sending to friends. For 1 month, the host did not respond to WhatsApp messages. He read them and ignored them. This is very rude and unexpected. Since Arsan was always in touch during the stay and responded immediately. Of course, forgotten things are not his responsibility, but answering messages is his. Perhaps someone from the staff did not tell the manager about the found item, took it or threw it away, we did not receive it. But it was easier for Arsan to ignore these messages than to find out what happened and respond.

The apartment was nice, location a bit far, and not at the address written on booking.com, but nice with nice views

On booking.com the parking was showing underground, but the location that was rented didn't had the underground, but an outside parking spot

It was a great time staying there.

The apartment offers what you need to spend a quality time there, and it is enough even for 2 people, meaning 2 adults and 2 children. The location is nice and you feel great sitting on the balcony and enjoying your coffee.

works for a night if you don’t have anywhere else to go

Has a nice check-in option. The host was very nice and sent me videos with all the steps I need to take in order to have a very easy and fast check-in. Also it is great that has a underground parking, so you park your car there,stress free. The area it is a very good one, close to a shopping mall, and the apartment it is placed in a quiet residential area. Also, has a plus point for the fact that you do not need to drag your luggages on the stairs, and have elevators!

They certainly need to change their cleaning person! It was clear that the apartment wasn’t cleaned before we arrived! at least the towels were clean, but there was no shower gel or shampoo, so if you don’t bring one with you, it will be less probably you’ll use the towels much. A part of the shower didn’t worked, the glass was covered in limescale and grease, once you let the water running, the smell of the sewage forces you to get out asap! The internet didn’t worked at all, the fridge was stinky, also the kitchen tops , oven and stove covered in dirt and grease. Also it was clear that the beddings weren’t changed, as were yellow stains!
