Close to everything with cool and homey rooms. The pool. Nice staff.
No hot tub.

The hotel's location and view were excellent. Additionally, all of the restaurants and attractions were only a short drive from the hotel, and the staff was courteous and competent. The cookies taste good too

I had to come for an important personal meeting and brought my dog. We splurged on a fancy room and it was great! Being able to have a suite made traveling with him so much easier and the room was not at all expensive considering how bit and nice it was. I just work we arrived a bit earlier in the day so that we could have spent more time enjoying it!
The parking situation is strange, you have to go to a garage behind the hotel and then walk across a bridge to get back into the building on the second or third floor, past a bunch classrooms. It could be better marked!

Great service, great location, clean comfortable rooms. Loved the size of the suite and the conveniences. Also, great view of river.
Would have been better if the pool was heated or had a hot tub.

Séjour de rêve à cet endroit. Nous avons décidé d’aller prendre un souper au restaurant de l’hôtel mais nous avons regretté parce que ce n’était pas à la hauteur du Hilton donc pas bon. C’est dommage parce que le service était super!

Great location.... museum... theater... casino.... all are at walking distance. Our room was overlooking the river so great view. Breakfast was standard buffet.... I won't call it great but the staff was nice and courteous.
We were staying in king room with river view, it would have been nice if it had a bath tub and a microwave.

I like that it was centrally located. I also loved having the River Room restaurant on site. The food was amazing and the NYE party was awesome. Would stay definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to be clean and the wifi worked, although it was a bit tricky getting signed in. Only stayed for one night so we did not have opportunity to make full use of the room, but what we did utilize was satisfactory.
The parking was terrible! The parking lot is located across the street behind the hotel. There is a walkway that leads to the hotel on the third floor of the parking garage, but only once we went up and crossed did we notice that you must have a key to enter. This doesn't help a family of 3 dragging luggage and backpacks going to check in. If we weren't lucky enough to have someone enter the building at that moment and let us in, we would've had to drag everything back down to ground level and bring our stuff around to the front entrance of the hotel. (The Best Western next door had an entrance from the back although I didn't notice if it also needed a key or not.). If the parking is going to be this inconvenient, it should be free for paying guests.

The property is located conveniently just across the border.
We were charged for car parking although the website stated that parking is included for no additional charge.

An unparalleled location, where the beauty of Windsor and the captivating Detroit skyline embrace the hotel by the river.
I had a one-night stay in a hotel suite with four others, and the experience was a mixed bag. The suite was spacious and well-equipped. However, the noisy bathroom door and other doors in the room became a nuisance during the night, as they would wake everyone up whenever someone used the restroom. While the amenities and service were satisfactory, the disruptive doors left a significant impact on our overall enjoyment, resulting in a slightly disappointing rating of 7 out of 10 for the stay

Amazing views from our room. This is what you pay for.
This hotel isn’t as close to Clifton Hill and all the action as some of the other hotels. Probably a bit too pricey for many, but the views are amazing.

The property was on the waterfront and decent proximity to casino and other restaurants bars. It was modern, clean and very comfortable, bedding is exquisite. Good temperature settings.
It was oddly connected to the college, which meant extra security measures were needed. The immigrants are difficult to communicate with as an English only speaker. The parking tickets for the garage did not work correctly, I had to contact the customer service to be able to leave the gate. Walls are thin and there is limited lighting/outlets in needed locations near mirrors. Very limited TV channels, and I did not see any options for streaming. Would have preferred more stable cups for water or other drinks.

The room wasn’t ready on time
