Acceptable

Room itself, bed very comfortable

Before checking in security staff was just talking to themselves, when I was at the counter I was called back to remove my car after trying to get their attention about where must I stop. Parking was closed with cones I had to go around asking for help.

To your staff. Excellent keep up the good work.

The room were spacious and spotless.the Decor is so beautiful and the bedding sheets are so comfy.

I didn’t like the fact that you gave me a room with out the two chairs & table. I want the room to look exactly like the ones you advertised. I wanted a room with a microwave too ; Because I stayed for two nights I couldn’t warm my food.

Great hotel, comfortable, clean, close to major shopping retail outlets, polite staff. I'd stay here

Staff were very courteous and helpful. I had the studio room; it was spacious and quite comfortable

Water from the shower would leak onto the bathroom floor and move towards the toilet area. I had to quickly figure out how to strategically place the towel so as to absorb most of the dampness. The shower floor should be more incline so that water drains more quickly leaving less spillage.

Our stay at @Sandton hotel

It is well located with access to good restaurants, close to Sandton mall and other facilities that we liked. Walking distance from Benmore mall. The environment is so quiet, safe and refreshing. They have very good power back up. There is very safe parking in the basement at no cost. My family really enjoyed our stay at @Sandton hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. The staff were so helpful.

To be honest we enjoyed our stay and we could not find any fault with the hotel. The only one issue which I understood to be a security measure was that I couldn't go to the 20th flr where my other son was booked and the hotel later had to make arrangements for me to have access.

Excellent!

Exceptional experience. Was in room 1734 and it was perfect with a lovely view of the city. Customer service was amazing. Everyone was so helpful. All in all, my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

- Window in 1734 couldn’t open so we were using the balcony door to let air in. - It would help to have some cutlery and pots ready in the rooms on arrival. All in all, nothing too serious to deter our stay.

The hotel needs to improve as alot of facilities were out of order , Bad odors in the room

Rooms were always Tidy and clean Nice gym area

Terrible smells coming into the hotel rooms Sauna was out of order Steam room was out of order Swimming pool had no water in it. Personal information given to the hotel got into the hands of someone else and tried to order food on my room number.

Value for money!

It’s clean, fairly new and well furnished. The studio apartment is nice and spacious. There was a fridge and mini kitchen space, which was good. Very good view.

The kitchen didn’t have a single plate or piece of cutlery. The air conditioner was too small for the size of the room.

The hotel security had a fight with a private security detail by the elevators which could have been resolved easily without it attracting everyone attention

Comfortable & Safe

The Place is in a convenient place in Sandton and the rooms are well kept and cleaned. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms and the very polite and helpful staff members. Management should pay better attention to the amazing staff member's wellbeing, as they have potential to do much better given incentive.

The only thing we did not like about the property was The showers, which have not been designed well. if you are not careful you will flood the bathroom and toilet We circum-navigated this by rolling up the bathroom mat and using it to catch the water that was escaping from the shower floor to the bathrrom and toilet

It was not to my satisfaction, because of mainly poor housekeeping. They must improve in housekeepin

The location is good and the hotel itself is great but the breakfast we had was not to our satisfaction. We ate one kind of food stuff for breakfast the whole time we were there.

Housekeeping poor! The rooms are not adequately cleaned. The bedding is not changed daily as it’s supposed to be. They use the same bed sheets and bed covers when making the beds.

Never again!

Horrible service. Give us room which its not been clean from the previous guest, had to go back and ask for another room. Room service took them 2hrs to deliver. When we phone, they just keep telling you its coming. Place order around 8:30pm, and foods only comes after 10:30pm, like seriously? Should of let us know, so we can eat out, and not waiting and waiting with hungry stomach. Its our last time coming here, rather go to somewhere else in future.

It was a great and enjoyable Stay I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I loved everything just wish the room I got was a bit more spacious. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast buffet one of the best I have ever had.

our room had no remote and we had to phone 3 times and waited for about 55 minutes for them to bring

breakfast was good with lot of variations

our bathroom / shower was spilling water out adn we had to drain water from the towels we put down to prevent water from running the whole room. and it seems as if it has also a lick under the shower drain

There was a long queue at the egg station - this could be improved by more chefs or taking egg orders at the table , There was no attention on arrival for getting coffee orders and it seemed like there were people allocated for this but they were overwhelmed, There were flies over the fruit and yoghurt - simple covers would mitigate this , On New Year’s Day , it was very busy which meant waiting in a queue just to get a table , we had 3 families ahead of us - I understand a busy holiday but perhaps they could plan better as management would be aware of the higher demand . There is a cigar lounge which we wanted to try - however they were out of cigars , The adult pool was empty and pool bar not functioning so only kid pool available for relaxing outside , We had a junior suite with a wonderful nespresso machine - however no nespresso pods available and we were told the hotel didn’t have any ?? There is no cell phone signal in the parking lot but good security presence

Não gostei . Não volto.

Atendimento . Fui proibida e barrada na porta falaram muito mal comigo tanto os guardas quanto o gerente porque eu estava de calções. Em momento nenhum disseram que era proibido usar calções dentro do hotel até porque no momento em que eu fiz o check in eu estava da mesma roupa , sai para o shopping e na volta não me permitiram entrar . Foram super mal educados e quando pergunto a recepção porque não deu me as regras só pediam desculpas e eles não impediram que eu fosse barrada e super mal falada na porta .
