Awesome!!!! Engueran (Fernando) prepared eggs, ham, regional cheeses, crepes, fruit, honey and jams, toast, coffee, cereal, yogurt and juice!
Nothing…it was exceptional….an awesome hotel in a beautiful rural setting.

Lovely ski style house off the beaten track. Beautifully decorated and comfortable.
Our room was freshly renovated and had everything we needed. The bath has an amazing view too!
Driveway is a little bit tricky but worked!

Comfortable room , spotlessly clean and well equipped. Really warm welcome by the friendly owners, who were helpful in advising where to visit (in English). Excellent breakfast - so much choice and an impressive array of jams! Parking is available. Just a few miles out of Cauterets where there are supermarkets and restaurants. We spent a brilliant day taking the ski lift and then walking on the hill tops.
Our room ( perfectly comfortable and spotless ) was on the top floor with fairly narrow and steep stairs - I suggest those who have limited mobility should request a room on the first floor. Owners offered to carry luggage up for us.

Beautiful location in a wonderful valley. Close to Pyrenees activities. The owners are amazing people, very helpfully and they gave you the feeling to be at home. The dinner shared with the other guests is a magical moment to exchange thoughts and feelings
Nothing, everything is fine.

The young couple who own Les Ruisseaux had excellent language skills, easily translating between English, French, Spanish, and some Asian languages.
They provide an evening dinner where participants share a long table and interact, which led to very interesting conversations. They had 3-D maps of the Pyrenees on the wall, and gave advice on hikes etc if asked. Also, the food was lovely.
Nothing.

Wonderful, in every way. Will definitely stay here again. The room, and bathroom, were a good size, and recently refurbished. The hosts were very welcoming. Parking was easy. One night we had the evening meal, which was superb, and fantastic value. Honestly, Les Ruisseaux was one of the best places I have stayed, anywhere:-)
Nothing; all was good.

We were two couples staying at Les Ruisseaux for three nights. Our rooms on the top floor perfect, with a small sitting area between. Amazing position in the mountains for hiking in Caterets and also Luz St.-Sauveur. The meal we had on our first night was very delicious using local products. We enjoyed the evening with fellow guests with interesting conversations. All the best for the summer season.

Friendly family, great food and wonderful hiking suggestions!

Such a great B&B in a gorgeous, quiet location but very close to lots of walks and towns. We were lucky enough to have the Tour de France pass by the front which was just incredible. Margaux and Engueran were superb hosts and so accomodating. We had dinner there for 2 nights during our stay and it was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning!

We loved the authenticity of the premises. The hosts were brilliant. The food was excellent. The rooms were traditional and very comfortable.
Entrance from the road is a bit tricky! But nothing else negative.

This is a delightful Chambre d'hote renovated and run by a lovely young couple. We had a beautiful room with a fab bathroom including a bath-tub for a soak after a mountain hike. Perfect. We opted for the shared evening meal sitting round a long table with other guests from France, Holland, USA, getting to know each other, sharing stories of places to visit, and enjoying the good food provided by our host. The breakfast was simple continental style.
I have coeliac disease and cannot eat gluten. Whilst care was taken with the evening meal preparation for myself, some gluten free breakfast options would have been nice, maybe fruit salad, yogurt and baked products. The local cheese was very good.

Margot and Fernando go out of there way to make sure the guests are taken care of. We stayed in the unit that has a Kitchen and stocked well. We did have the dinner one night which was very good.

This was really a great experience and should stay 2 more nights. Hotel has a lot of history and soul and it is run by passionate family. Definitely take the dinner option as this was probably one of the best meals we had in France. Breakfast also top. The location is beautiful.

It’s secluded yet still very close to amenities, and close to the centre of Cauterets.
It’s cosy and beautiful with spacious rooms.
Plenty of private parking.
The hosts, Margaux and Engueran, are so warm and genuine. They prepare a great breakfast daily and we also got to taste a delicious dinner one of the evenings - all with local ingredients.
Very recommended!

Les Ruisseaux was our favorite place to stay on our vacation. Margaux and Engueran are the perfect hosts - we truly enjoyed our many conversations with them. They were able to give us wonderful guidance of where to go on our many hiking adventures. We stayed in the upstairs room which was spacious with the most comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was very generous with a lot of variety complete with homemade yogurt, almond bread, fresh crepes and homemade jams - and fresh baguettes, Iberian ham and cheese and granola. They do not serve dinner on Monday and Thursday evenings but we were able to join them on Tuesday and Wednesday night for an amazing homecooked meal. We also enjoyed the company of other guests as dinner is served at one big table. Cauterets is close enough to find restaurants and Margaux was able to recommend excellent choices. We were there for four nights - wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Margaux & Engueran, for your warm hospitality in your beautiful home. We hope to see you again in the future.

The location and quality of the stay was superb! Our hosts were so personable, juggling a baby and new B&B with grace and energy--giving us advice on where to hike with our 12 year old in tow and feeding us beautiful breakfasts with homemade jellies and honey. We tried to extend our stay but they were booked, so we stayed in the next town over a second night (they gave us advice on that, too!) ...to not only keep hiking but so that we could return for dinner the following evening. It was one of our favorite meals of the trip: trout from the river, pasta with alfredo sauce and a lovely flan that our host torched table-side before serving. Even the kiddo was impressed!
We were there during a historic heat wave and the third floor was a bit stuffy but with the fans going and gorgeous mountain air coming in through the windows, it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping!

Very charming place, situated in the middle of the mountains. They serve dinner "family style" for all guests at the same, big table, which I think is very nice. The owners are very friendly people and we had a gerat stay.
