Friendly staffs, space for parking
No towels but was provided and never hesitate to provide even late night. 1 pillow but uncomfortable. Washroom drainage was noticeably clogged, slow water flow.

Staff were great
Poor structure. Management are not very involved. No obvious kitchen for where our breakfasts came from. Breakfast was very basic and wasn't worth the extra cash. The facilities look great in the photo but they chose to ignore the greasy bike mechanics and laundry that is at the front of their premises.
Every time we came home we needed to climb through broken bike parts, mechanics, laundry hanging around.
I also saw a prostitute coming and going. I saw some guy washing his naked toddlers in front of the stairs into the building. I saw some other toddler flipping a cat several times to make it do flips.
It was just an awkward place to stay. I never know what awkward stuff was happening outside of the bedrooms.

I would like to express my admiration for the hotel. Its simplicity is matched by its cleanliness and overall quality, making it an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. The establishment is proudly owned by young locals who have shown remarkable kindness, ensuring that guests feel at ease and have everything they need during their visit.
The hotel's location is also commendable, being conveniently close to Alona Beach, merely 1.5-2km away. As a resident of the Philippines who frequents Panglao, I can confidently affirm that I will undoubtedly return to this establishment in the future. Opting to support local businesses in need of financial assistance rather than larger, wealthier hotels or foreign-owned establishments is a decision I wholeheartedly endorse.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and genuine experience while contributing to the well-being of the local community. It is my belief that supporting these aspiring entrepreneurs will have a positive impact on the region's prosperity.

Everyone who works there is so kind and lovely, I enjoyed my stay even though it was short.
Not much really, all is good. You get what you pay for.

For a very good price, there are a kind owner, a basic room and a breakfast!
It's far from the center, you need to use a motorbike.
For the breakfast, we didn't have any choice, it's only rice with fried egg and lumpia.

WiFi was working fine
Rooms are basic, an okay budget place for one night
I was woken up at 7 am (!!!) by the load sound of generator that they started due to power cut. Is having electricity at 7 am more important than peace and good sleep of your guests??? Please be more thoughtful!
The fan in SUPER loud and old, can't keep it on at night and it gets REALLY hot

Breakfast was frankly minimal but staff were very accommodating on the serve time (even as early as 4am). My partner's egg allergy was taken into consideration so they switched it to a stick of lumpia. Better if they could add a fruit to the meals next time.
They have a motorbike but it was already rented out when we came so maybe contact to reserve it ahead of time. Water pressure upstairs was great. The wardrobe smelled musty and there is nowhere to hang it in the bathroom so you can dry your wet swimwear downstairs, they have a clothesline.
Just one socket to plug for charging, which isn't enough, considering the room was a triple bed.

Nice homestay type feeling with very friendly family.
Bring your own toilet paper.
I thought I was getting ac in my room based on the photo.

Location is not too far from Alona beach, no noise
Noisy aircon above your head, kept me up, no proper blanket and only one pillow per person

The breakfast is simple but it tastes good. The room is spotless. The staff was very kind and pleasant. The location is perfect! It is near the airport and Alona beach. The owner is very lovely as well. She helped us find a driver for our day tours.
Just a small suggestion: the bed's placement is not parallel to the electric socket and the Closet is blocking the TV. The toilet, was very clean though the shower doesn't have a heater and the placement of the shower is also not good, it is very hard to shower. We also experienced brownout but good thing they have a power generator, but it doesn't last long so I hope they put up solar-powered lights because it is super dark inside the room.

Nothing
Cold water in shower
Generator on all the night
Shared bathroom
We regret to not have left after the first night with the generator running.
UNACCEPTABLE - they used the generator during 2 night of our stay because there was no power to warm up the water in some private showers. They started it at 4am, we asked them to stop it and they restarted it at 5am. At that time they refused to stopped it. We understand that lack of power is complicated but the main point of booking a place to stay is to sleep not to be woke up at 4 am in the morning twice.
The manager did not respect us by leaving the generator on until late morning.
The genrator is litterally next to the rooms, see picture.

4.5 / 5.0
I like that Soledad is accommodating, she explained what I need to know. Spacious room considering the price. The Internet is present though many times it doesn't have any signal. I was given specific instructions on how to locate the hostel as signage wasn't available.
There are mosquitoes everywhere and I think they like me as they feast on me. The fact that the mattress is still covered with plastic makes it hot to be on and noisy as I toss and turn on my sleep ( I move a lot). Privacy is somewhat an issue for me since my window is not tinted and the curtain blows with the fan on. The shared toilets are small and one of them has a hole about 6x6 inches. The shower is small with only 2 small hooks, you have to hold the showerhead if you don't want your towel and clothes to get wet. There is no place to put your soap or shampoo.

It's not perfect but for that cheap price it's a very good choice.

brekkie and coffee included and free refill water. Wifi was very good. Bathroom and shower area were very clean. Soledad and sister and mam were very busy washing and keeping the place clean. Nice walk to beach and plenty of local places to eat. Had little shop attached to inn.
would have liked more hook's to hang up clothes in room.
