Had a lovely time. Outstanding value for money. Would highly recommend.

Location was brilliant. Bus to Worthing right outside door. Brilliant host. Nothing too much trouble. Bathroom even had a charger for my toothbrush. Best holiday accomodation ever. Terrific value for money.

Wasn't anything I didn't like.

Other than the check in, the property was perfect for us in every way. Will stay again.

Location.

Check in was a nightmare, no code given to key box. Rang the owner twice, but only got the message service. Owner eventually rang (who was on holiday in Spain). Actually got into the property 90 minutes after we arrived!

Superb

Very homely, tastefully decorated. Clean and well equipped. Felt safe and secure. Very comfortable bed. All basic kitchen equipment available.

Excellent studio with very good facilities in a perfect location for beach.

Excellent location only 4 minutes to beach. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good facilities in the kitchen.

TV could not be watched whilst in bed but sofa on a good position to watch TV.

Highly recommend using this studio for a couple -AND yes -we would book it again.

I booked this studio for my friends that came to visit.Although i didn't actually see the acommodation-they said EVERYTHING about it was spot on. It was quite small -but was modern and perfect use of the space.Nothing had been forgotten about-they bought their own fan in case it was hot-but they didn't need it as even that had been thought about and 2 were supplied. It was in a quiet location just a few minutes walk to the beach. It;s also only a short 5 minute drive into Worthing town centre -along the seafront.(Free parking at the studio).

Long weekend at Goring by Sea studio

The studio was compact but clean and very well equipped. The studio was furnished with modern industrial/skandi furniture. WiFi is available. The beach was close but more than a "two minute walk away" which is stated in the details.

The studio is located behind a row of shops overlooking a row of shabby garages so outlook is not great. The shower is modern but heat controls are not easy to see until it is switched on. As the cubicle is small it is difficult to reposition the shower head resulting in cold water spraying out before I could enter the cubicle. I contacted owner for directions and he agreed that it is a poor design. It was a very hot weekend and there are only two small windows to open plus one in the bathroom. The kitchen window is high and set back so it was necessary to stand on a chair to open this.

Awful start but excellent when we were settled.

The location was difficult to find. The door numbers are not consecutive. It was behind a row of shops and the key location was not obvious.

We could not locate the key and when we did the code had been changed from the one we were given. The owner was not able to answer our calls for several hours as he had no signal. Eventually we were told the new code and all was well. It was extremely inconvenient.

Comfortable, clean, bright studio close to the beach

Spacious, bright studio. Immaculately clean. Host met me on site and expalined details of e.g. shower and hob. Well equipped kitchen area, plus fridge/freezer, washing machine and iron and ironing board. Complimentary toiletries etc were appreciated.

I'm very sensitive to light at night, so the absence of a blind for the full-length window in the front door was a bit of a nuisance to me. Bin liners for the kitchen and bathroom bins would have been appreciated.

Fantastic stay

The location is great, it was clean and easy to find, it has little neat additions like USB outlets or fan in bathroom or washing machine. The shower was really nice!

Unbelievable Stay

Comfortable as hell, fully equipped whether your there for a day or a week. Literally is 2 minutes away from the seafront and a pleasant walk to get there. Thank you so much.

WiFi was a little hit and miss. Other than that, perfect.

A stylish hidden gem

The studio is a real find. It is truly close to the beach - a couple of minutes is a fair estimate. More to the point it's only ten minutes to a seafront café. It is surprisingly spacious and very well appointed, freshly decorated by someone who clearly has an eye for internal design. It was spotless, too, and well equipped. Don't be put off by the fact that it is tucked away behind a parade of shops - that's actually an asset, making it peaceful and quiet.

I would have appreciated a bit more storage space - even just a set of drawers would be good. The one thing I would change is the shower cubicle. The shower itself is great - powerful and hot - but the cubicle itself is too small for my liking. I'm 6'3" in my socks, and I found it a tight fit, and impossible to bend over!

I'd stay again! Beautiful place.

Wonderful location, easy parking. Host was pleasant, bed was very comfortable, provided with fans. Decor was beautiful and has given me inspo for my own home! Great value for money. Quiet, couldn't hear neighbours.

The fridge hadn't been cleaned on arrival so had to clean it myself, and the shower was far too small, pressure on the shower was really low too.

It was extremely well equipped,clean and in a tasteful design.
