Weekend get away

Very clean, perfect for the weekend. Equipped well with everything you need. Great location, pubs, restaurants etc within 10 minute walking distance. Excellent communication from hosts. We will definitely stay here again.

Good facilities Easy parking Well decorated.and nice bathroom .

Nicely decorated. Microwave/ oven and air frier meant we could self cater. Lovely garden area.

Tv was good but seats facing tv would have been good.

Location and very clean

The bench seat attached to the wall beneath the tv. We thought if the table was attached to the wall with two carver chairs then facing the wall with the tv would be a better set up and give more space to the room

Late booking away 2 days.

It was very unique. Very clean. A lovely little hideaway.

There was no proper seating. I have painful legs and suffer alot of pain. To sit on bed or wood bench not great.

Superb

The Old Milking Parlour was a lovely little accommodation - compact but well designed. Comfy bed, soft pillows, quilt and fluffy towels, adequate storage for short stay, good heating and hot water, TV well placed for watching in bed, big mirror, good communication from owners about finding property and gaining entry. Several pubs/eating places in short walking distance. Others have commented on security lights being bright, but we found no issue with these. Easy for parking and peaceful surroundings

Nothing we didn't like, but could have done with provision of hand-wash in bathroom and washing-up liquid in kitchen, these are not things people tend to expect to have to bring.

Host needs to let guests know the gate code before arrival as it's self check in, plus WiFi and heating instructions left out (they were in cupboard under sink). Very very comfy bed and lovely decor. A little gem for a short stay for 2!

A nice quiet place with good connections to nearby towns and cities

A nice quiet place to stay for a few days. The location is nice, it's rural but it's quick and easy to get to nearby towns and cities. The space itself is clean and modern and had everything I needed for my stay.

Comfortable, cozy and well equipped apartment

Small but very nice apartment. Perfect for a solo person or a couple. It had everything we needed for just the 2 of us. Really clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable! Comes with heating, Air conditioning and free WiFi which is a bonus

Only a couple minor things we disliked. As a few other reviews had mentioned, the security light on the opposite building came on a lot during the night and made it quite bright in the room. And the duvet was very thick/heavy, perfect for winter but a bit much for summer. But neither of them took away from an enjoyable stay

Perfect for my purpose in visiting family in Longton.

Location ideal as visiting my sister nearby. It was clean and well equipped. I loved the decor. I’d definitely book again.

I was woken several times by the security lights opposite. A lot of early morning light came through the blinds.

Lovely little self contained holiday stay

Very clean. Well designed in terms of space. Nice touches, soft blanket, cushions etc.

Cosy conversion on the owners farm off a village street Easy to find. Lots of parking space. The space was well planned with large comfy bed , small kitchenette and modern shower room. A five minute walk into town where there is a supermarket and pubs serving food. Plenty of walks available around the village.

Could have benefitted from a curtain inside the glass door to moderate the morning light.

Superb, well worth a visit.

Great host, excellent communications. Spotless with high quality everything. Arrived to a welcome pack of a bottle of Prosecco, with milk in the fridge and tea & coffee laid on.
