- Pool can be heated for an additional fee, with a 3 consecutive day minimum. Spa heat is FREE!
- For the safety of the property and our guests, there are three cameras installed in public areas around the property, including a Ring doorbell at the front door, a camera over the driveway, and a camera over the off-limits propane tank/pool pump area. These are the only cameras on the property.
- The RV garage pictured is not available to use for parking. This area has been converted into sleeping, living, and bathroom space. Parking is available in the main garage, in both driveways, and on the street. The driveway in front of the RV garage is long enough for most RVs, boats, and trailers.
- This home is pet-friendly** (must be pre-approved). Up to 2 dogs are permitted and a pet fee is required.

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is absolutely beautiful and extremely large. We had 14 of us and not ine person felt the least bit crowded. The back yard pool area was just perfect, we came for the lake but sent more time relaxing at the house. It was just to nice to leave. On top of all that the owners were fast about answering any questions and if the smallest problem was to come up they would jump through hoops to resolve the issue. I would recommend this house to anyone going with a small or large group. 10/10.

Every year we come to havasu for a family trip. This year we were blown away. The house was everything we could’ve asked for. Enough beds to fit our entire family, fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans. Not only that, but our check in process was seamless! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

It was so beautiful inside. So spacious inside.
Rooms were Huge and beds were comfy. Tons of Towels for Everyone . Kitchen was clean and provided pots and pans , utensils and even a blender for Margaritas! Host was attentive and great at communicating with any needs. Appreciate them for allowing us to stay !

Stayed here with my sisters and family. AC ran cool, pool was very refreshing, lots of room for our family. The house worked out perfectly. The setup is so great, they really thought about everything - which is why it's so hard to pin point the best parts. Would definitely stay again :) literally was perfect.

Property was clean, and the beds where so comfortable. I wanted to stay in them all day. Loved the different levels of the pools. Toddlers where able to enjoy the pool at there level and the adults at there level. Overall a very enjoyable house. Would absolutkey stay again.

Perfect house for a large group of all age range. It was very clean and stocked with everything that you would need. Lots of parking and room for a boat. The location was perfect. The host was very accessible and responded to questions quickly. Checking in and out was easy and convenient. Definitely a house we would stay at again!
