Additionally, guests can indulge in alfresco dining with the provided garden furniture and a barbecue area, or simply relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the outdoor shower.

For your convenience, Villa Serrana offers shared laundry facilities with a washing machine. Heating is available at an additional cost on the spot from April 1st to November 30th, and it is included in the rental price from December 1st to March 31st. The property features a steep motor access road of approximately 250 meters in length. The owner, who resides on the premises, ensures the maintenance of the pool and garden areas, adding a personal touch to your stay. Please note that the owner has a friendly dog on the property.

The property includes a spacious kitchen with modern amenities such as four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as a dining table and one sofa bed. The kitchen provides direct access to the balcony.
