On the ground floor, there are 4 rooms, each equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. These rooms have direct access to the swimming pool. The lower ground floor features a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. There is also a playroom with air conditioning on this level, which has an exit to the swimming pool.

The upper floor of the villa features a spacious living/dining room spanning 50 m2, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. This room has an exit leading to a terrace and the swimming pool area. Additionally, there is a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room also has an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has air conditioning and a separate WC. The villa is equipped with forced-air heating for your comfort during your vacation. The outdoor area features an 80 m2 roofed terrace with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room, offering a view of the swimming pool. Additional facilities include a safe, a baby cot, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. There is also a separate entrance on the ground floor leading to a Finnish sauna, a shower, a separate WC, and an exit to the swimming pool.
