The 48m2 vacation apartment La Pergola al Cavo 107 is located in Rio, a small town on the sunny Mediterranean island of Elba. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment also features air conditioning available in the master bedroom and the living room, as well as a television and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea view while relaxing on the garden furniture or sunning in the private open terrace. The terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs, is located in front of the living room and affords a view of the Mediterranean Sea as well as of the pool and the area's green landscape. The outdoor area also features a shared pool with a connecting children's pool and showers.
The apartment is just a 4 minute (1 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the seafront. The beach in the town of Rio is just 800 meters away. The Promenade of Cavo is easily reached from the Piombino mainland via direct ferry connection. The beautiful beaches of Spiaggia di Cavo and Spiaggia Cala Seregola are just a 4 to 10 minute (1.5 to 4.5 km) drive from the apartment. The town of Rio is a jumping off point for many hiking routes, including the Mausoleo Tonietti, or Tonietti Mausoleum, which the renowned architect Adolfo Coppede built for the Tonietti family around 1900 and runs circa 30 minutes around the Mount Lentisco area. The Rio area currently has many cycling routes that wind around its stunning coastal and mountain landscape, including the incomparable natural beauty of the Arcipelago Toscano National Park. The Marina di Campo Airport servicing the island is 50 minutes (34 km) by car from the property.
