Located in a secured domain within walking distance to the beach and a minimarket, this villa with heated swimming pool and an insight sea view welcomes comfortably up to 10 guests (max 6 adults and 4 children). Facing South surrounded by a landscaped Mediterranean garden, the villa comprises an entrance hall with guest toilet, a large living room with saloon, TV and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the exterior covered terrace and the pool, with a pool-house with summer kitchen, bar and exterior saloon. A master bedroom with TV, walking wardrobe and bathroom with bath tub and shower is set aside the living room, while another double bedroom with bathroom with shower is set on the other side of the living room; On the upper level are set one double bedroom with balcony and a children bedroom with 4 bunk beds, both sharing a bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms; garage and petanque ground.
