About this house rental

Come relax in our spacious Lake House. We have 3 Bedrooms plus a loft. A large spacious Living Room and Kitchen so there is plenty of room to gather and visit. We have 2 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed, and 4 twins. There are two couches that sleep good too and lots of floor space if you bring your own air mattress. Sit out on the large deck and enjoy the lake views. Home is close to shopping and restaurants. Marina is within walking distance if you chose to rent a boat. Small yard for Large and small kids to play in. Corn hole game is available for those big kids! Bring your own yard games and enjoy the views while getting in some play time.

This property is in a great location. Right off of the Main Street and less than a mile from Walmart. A block away are pontoon rentals. The house had a lot of little extras. Within the kitchen there were paper towels, paper plates, ziploc bags etc which we ended up replacing a lot. Also there were plenty of extra towels, blankets and sheets. Big open living room and dining that held us all. Only complaint is the property manager didn’t respond to me when I asked a couple of questions.

If you’re looking for a place to stay on Grand Lake this is your place. The house was just as described, even better. You’re within 5 minutes of everything, restaurants, shopping, fishing, etc. A huge Marina in walking distance of the house. You can see the lake from the back deck. The Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend staying at this house.

We traveled to Grand Lake for our family reunion and stayed here with our immediate family and significant others (all adults). There is plenty of space for hanging out together, which was wonderful, and there’s a great view of the lake from the deck. We had a great time playing poker with the set that they had at the house. The house was just as clean as any hotel I’ve ever stayed in, conveniently located, and easy to find. The host, Christy, was very responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. This was my first time using a short term vacation rental, and I will definitely do it again after this weekend.

This house was great for what we needed! We had our family ge together for a quick get away from Tulsa. The house was clean, comfy beds, well stocked in the kitchen! Great patio to hang out and watch boats go by. I think the only thing I didn’t pay attention to is that there was only 1 shower which can be tough if you have a large group. It was just 7 of us so worked fine. Overall great stay!

Not in the bad way at all. You feel like you've gone home. This site was very warm and welcoming. Board games everywhere! You don't even need the TV since you're building deeper bonds with each other. The pictures don't do this place justice. Looks even better in real life! Great location. I'll definitely recommend!

This property was exactly as advertised which we found to be great for our needs. Our group of 14 included individuals from age 8 to 98. The nearby marina made our boat rental experience easy and enjoyable. We brought some games with us but there was no need as there were plenty of games for all ages on the property. We highly recommend this property.

Nice, quiet family time

Overall, a very positive experience. Property was very clean and well maintained. Listing could be improved by clarifying that the property is not on the water and docks shown in the pictures are not in any way associated with the property, but rather part of a marina between property and the lake. The lake is very close and teens could walk across the highway to fish. The property is not fully accessible for a mobility impared person. There is a gorgeous sunken living room. Entry through the garage was accessible, but the only bath accessible on that level of the property has a large soaker tub---very nice but not handicapped accessible. The other bath has a great accessible shower, but the bathroom is down the steps off the sunken living area. Again, overall a great property and we made do---just would have been nice to know up front. Very well stocked and prepared for guests.
