The interior is expertly adorned to provide a stylish oasis. The house is fully equipped to enjoy the comforts of home, including yard games, and a top-of-the-line gas grill. As the day winds down, you can enjoy some friendly competition in the garage with a game of pool or darts

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

The primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved, and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size, and number of pets.

Just so you know, all events must be approved.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. per a City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 - 9/15—contact management 72hrs before your arrival to request pools heated. Guests use the pool at their own risk. ***

For 3 adult couples it was excellent, planning to secure for our trip next year. The location for us was perfect, wives and husbands had different activities, the beach, shopping, bars, golf and races. The house was a good base to relax in the pool, sun, friendly games of pool and card games. The bedrooms were all queen so no fighting for a bedroom. The TV cable also had all the channels we needed without our own subscription.

This vrbo is awesome! Very clean,inviting, and affordable! If your wanting a vrbo close to the beach that isn't in the hustle bustle of the beach area but close enough to enjoy it this is your place! We wanted a secluded pool to not share with a condo, apartment, or resort area. The pool was clean and refreshing. The home is in a residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't recommend it for a party group, but for a family atmosphere it was perfect! My family loved it!!

Enjoyed our stay, especially with pool and a little one. Many additional activities with putting green and bean bag toss. 2 living areas to hang out in. For future renters, please advise people to run pool filler during stay (We are not pool owners and did not understand pool care). Also the mirror in main bathroom is too high to use (2 adults under 5'2") and no mirrors in 2 bedrooms. Master had several mirrors. Just made getting ready challenging.

The property was clean and located close to beach. We used the pool which was nice and warm. Dogs had plenty of room to run and play. I felt though there were too many rules! Also the landscapers came while we were there which caused us not to be able to use pool for the morning and when they left there was a mess in the pool of the clippings.

So I have VRBO's in Cape San Blas and Destin, and I was still impressed by the house. Everything it claimed to be and more. The management company Welcome Home was seriously awesome to work with. Good rental. Great beds and t.v.'s. Pool was awesome. Newer bedroom and dining furniture. Comfortable couches. Plenty of towels and adequately stocked cooking supplies and utensils. Great coffee bar. Would definitely rent this property again. Hopefully not during a hurricane. Ian definitely spoileded our swimming plans.

The house was the perfect amount of space for us to have a bachelorette party. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around in and the pool was perfect on hot days. As excited as we were to play pool in the garage we didn’t even get to it because the location was perfect to get to the beach. The owners were nice and easy to communicate with and answered all questions. The house was stocked with all the beach towels/equipment you could need which made packing to visit a lot easier! Would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely clean. Very safe and friendly checkin. Nice neighborhood. Only thing missing from property is a fire pit. Everything (and I mean everything) else included. Only negative was certain lights not working. Called on Tuesday but not fixed before Saturday. Loud fan in bathroom. Otherwise, would give 5 stars. Would stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The private heated pool was everything we’d hoped it would be. :) Such a treat to relax & enjoy the amenities. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, most of the neighbors were nice & friendly (waiving hello as you walk/drive by). We were close enough to visit with family, which was most important to us. :) It was icing on the cake that the beach & local restaurants were close enough to walk/bike to without much fuss. It was also nice to prepare meals in a well-stocked kitchen. The Keurig was my best friend every morning. ;) The weather was perfect this time of year (80s mostly). We drove & parked at the beach for free with no problem. The beaches were not particularly crowded this time of year either (even on the weekend!), and a handful of them allowed fur babies! :) We will be back again soon! :)

Great home! Located near the beach and plenty of dining. We were able to spend plenty of time relaxing by the pool. The company made check in easy with keyless access to the house. Great house set up and very nice backyard!
