Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard, as well as items like foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags.
House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.

ALL HOMES ARE EQUIPPED WITH OUTSIDE VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES (please read “health and safety” for camera locations) and will be recording during reservations for your protection and mine.
Guests of gated communities must verify and identify all guests first and last names. You must give drivers first and last name along with first and last names of each passenger. This ensures guests access to the community and also verifies the amount of guests originally booked. This also insures the maximum occupancy will not be breached.
General Rules:
Smoking is NOT allowed inside our homes. Please make sure that all windows and doors of the house are always closed while you smoke outside. If smoking damage occurs you agree to forfeit a portion or all of the damage deposit. NO SMOKING INSIDE!
Please lock all windows, sliders, and doors each time you leave the property.
Please use the furniture for what they are intended for. Do not move furniture from indoors to the outdoors.
Do not attempt to enter locked closets or areas.
Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace or the outdoor firepit.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Please do not set the thermostats below 72 degrees. Setting the thermostats below 72 will make the units run excessively and freeze up, causing damage.
Please do not plug in any electronic equipment/speakers/appliances that require high wattage either inside or outside that may cause circuit breakers to trip. This may result into loss of WiFi and or loss of control on the outdoor features during your stay.
All pets must be approved by host first. If renter does not notify owner of animal the renter will forfeit $500 from deposit.
Pool and Outdoor Features:
No glass/bottles by the pool. Any broken glass inside the pool will cause for a complete drainage to remove the broken glass pieces.
Pool and outdoor features may be controlled by the spa controller inside the spa or the iPad/iPhone/pool remote inside the house Please use instructions provided in the instructions booklet.
On windy days do not use the fire pit or open any of the umbrellas/awnings as this may cause irreversible damage.
Pool floats must be removed from inside the pool every night allowing to water to circulate properly through the filtration system.
If the firepit or the BBQ grill is under an umbrellas/awnings, make sure the umbrellas/awnings are closed during the use of fire pit or the BBQ grill as this may cause a fire hazard.
Please close all awnings/umbrellas and turn off the fire pit for overnight.
If you use the charcoal grill provided, please make sure to put the ashes in the metal ash bucket.
In order to request pool or spa heat please contact property manager.
Noise and Nuisance Rules:
1. The City of Indio and Community of Montage has a noise policy from 10 pm to 10 am. Causing a nuisance of any kind will not be tolerated and any complaints will give cause for immediate removal from the property. Please, no loud noises outside after 10:00 pm. ABSOLUTELY NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC OR DJ EQUIPMENT. The usage of this type of equipment will result in the cancellation of your reservation immediately and you will agree to vacate the premises or trespassing charges will be considered. You also agree to pay any community fines and also city fines up to $3000 regarding noise violations.
All daytime noise should be at an acceptable level so our neighbors won’t be disturbed.
Respect our neighbors and do not trespass on their property unless you have their permission.
Additional Guests:
Only total number of guests in the original booking will be allowed to check in unless authorized by property manager or the property owner. Guests first and last names(gated communities)must be provided for entry through the security guard gate. If you exceed the number of guests booked, you agree to pay $100 per night per guest. If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund. At which time you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. If you do not leave the property, the police can and will be called to assist with removal for trespassing.
Earliest check in time is 4 pm and latest check out time is 10 am for all guest(s) and visitor(s) unless otherwise authorized.
We reserve the right to allow or decline any day visitors.
If you do not check out by 10 AM, you will be penalized and you agree to pay $100/hr. If you check out more than two hours past the regular checkout time of 10 AM, you agree to pay the base rate for the day. In the event that the upcoming reservation has to be cancelled due to your late checkout, you will be responsible for reimbursement of the future booking entirely.
Parking:
No street parking is allowed. No parallel parking at the end of the driveway; violators will be towed or fined up to $750.

All the homes are privately owned. the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the property.

Property was exactly what we were looking for! Spacious, convenient, great kitchen/pool/living area. We loved the game room in the garage.
Only knock was the TVs were a bit difficult to figure out, particularly outside by the BBQ.
Highly recommend this property for families or large groups.

The house is as advertised. They even have several accessories for children (toys, crib, high chair, etc). Very spacious, comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen wares. The electronics were simple to figure out. No complaints, great property and will definitely be back!

The property was fantastic...especially for a family! Our grandchildren (and the adults!) really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The game room, outdoor putting green, volleyball-badminton net were all used with great fun. The kitchen was very well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The appliances are top-rate. Stephen was exceptionally responsive. I would have liked to have known that two of the en-suite bedrooms are in casitas. Even so, that didn't impact the overall enjoyment of the property.

Amazing house, amazing manager!
What a wonderful property! And the management is so thoughtful- we were pleasantly surprised to find that the baby room (which comes with a crib) also had a monitor and even an inflatable baby boat for the pool! The reason we booked this property was for the water slides and it did not disappoint as it was the highlight of our kids’ trip! In addition to that, our kids had the best time using their scooters around the little roadway in the backyard and playing mini golf. The tv space was amazing (had three screens for us to use at once if we wanted to!). Stephen (the manager) was always available to text or speak if we needed anything and a great host in that regard. We look forward to spending more time at this property in the future and highly recommend it for families who will also make use of the water slides!

Beautiful home
This home had everything we could possibly want or need. There were more than enough dishes, pots, glasses… We had 9 adults and we were very comfortable. There are so many fun activities at the house we hated to leave.

Fun family week.
This property is beautifully appointed—the owner has thought of every amenity. Our family gathered here from around the country. We loved the pool, hot tub, fire table. volleyball court, ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard, putting green, race track…. This is a beautiful, comfortable, home.

Phenomenal Place!

Amazing Backyard Resort
Wow, this house is truly exceptional. We have stayed at many VRBO’s with our family over the years and most have been great, but this place is one of the few that actually exceeded our expectations from the pictures. The backyard truly is like a private resort. The kids loved the pool slides, the arcade, and the motorcycle track. There are misters in the pool and around the outdoor bar/BBQ and lounging areas to cool off on hot days. Our host, Stephen was very accommodating and made sure every detail was prepared so that our stay was care free. When we arrived, the pool was already heated and there was a box of fresh donuts waiting. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Stephen. We sincerely appreciate it and hope to book this home again soon.
