About this house rental
Ideally located three blocks from historic main street, this beautiful newer Spanish style home has views of the Bridger Mountains and is kitty corner from a large city park. The Downtown Villa is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. When you walk in the front door, the high ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a quiet, solid-build home. The main floor is open with two doors to the outside courtyard complete with shade trees, a bbq and plenty of outdoor furniture in summer. The kitchen has granite and composite counter-tops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances, and a great supply of cookware, dinnerware, spices and dry goods.
The dining room table and extra chairs can accommodate a large family gathering of 8 people. The living room has a comfortable seating and sitting chairs for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service in the upstairs living room which has high, vaulted ceilings.
The main floor has two queen size bedrooms and a full bathroom in addition to the kitchen, living and dining areas.
Going upstairs from the main floor brings you to a large living room with vaulted ceilings and leather furniture along with a very large tv with cable. The primary king bedroom is spacious with great views and a small bedroom deck facing west for afternoon sun year-round. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other upstairs bedroom also has a king bed, ample closet storage, and there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Just across the street is Beall Park which is a full city block of space with a basketball hoop, playground, and a nice event center which you can rent very reasonably from the City of Bozeman. In winter the park becomes an ice rink. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, this home is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!

The house was very clean and well stocked. Loved the location so we could walk to downtown. Paul kept us up to date on things pertaining to the house and about leaving. Would book again

My family and I could not have been happier with the house and our stay. It truly felt like a villa. The two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs accommodated our group (6 adults and 2 children under 6) very well. They were both extremely comfortable. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen was also spacious and fit all of us very well. There is a beautiful, large courtyard just off the kitchen which provided an area for the 2 children to explore. Unfortunately, it was very hot during our stay so we were unable to use the courtyard as much as we would have liked. The afternoon sun really warmed it up. Downtown Bozeman is an easy walk from the house - the 3 and 5-year old had no problem making the walk. Downtown has lots of shops and restaurants, an amazing hardware store and a small market. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in process was very easy. Due to the unusually hot weather, the upstairs was a bit hot, but an AC unit and fans in each bedroom provided some relief. At night we were able to open all the windows and it did cool things off a bit. I would definitely rent the house again (even in hot weather). Lastly, I would just say that the stairs from the first floor to the second floor were nice and wide and not very steep so I felt very comfortable having the almost 3-year old going up and down the stairs. As the grandmother, I'm more apt to worry about stairs than the mother is.

We were in town for the spartan race. The property is very close to Main Street was maybe a 5 minute walk if that. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this is probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy clean beautiful home. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this property.

The house was so cozy and inviting that no one minded staying in and catching up. When we decided to venture out, the location to downtown made it so easy and so enjoyable to explore.

The house was perfectly situated a few blocks off of Main Street and across from a beautiful park. We walked to dinner and shopping, kids played football across the street and relaxed watching tv is the more than ample upstairs living room and mastered two puzzles in the downstairs living room. After full days of fishing, the house was perfectly appointed for relaxation! The kitchen has everything you need for a big group and the BBQ right outside the back door was great for grilling some fabulous local meat. A must stay for a big group or family if you are in the Bozeman area!

Our yearly family vacation was just wonderful. The house was perfect ---so much space and everyone had their own bathroom. There is so much to do in Bozeman and surrounding area --Historical Museums, Lewis and Clark Trail, Yellowstone -so much to see and so little time! Communication with Paul was fantastic. My family and I were traveling to Bozeman for a wedding week that took us from Bozeman to Glacier National Park and back. The pictures of the home are entirely accurate. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. There is plenty of space for people to gather. The courtyard in the side/back is large and pretty. The owner was super responsive to any questions that we had. If you want to walk to Main Street it's about 5 minutes away. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Bozeman area.

Based on our communications with Paul leading up to our rental, in addition to the post and pictures online, we had high expectations for the house. We were not disappointed! The house was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. Everyone had the best sleep there in years. And while the beds certainly were comfortable the Bozeman night air sealed the deal. We had so much fun on our week. The park across the street was an extended backyard for us. We played numerous games of spike ball, basketball and frisbee. We went on walks and met some of the neighbors. The convenience was fantastic. Need a drink, run back to the house, forgot your sunscreen, back in two minutes! When not on excursions or in the park we took advantage of our proximity to downtown. Chock full of restaurants and stores we did our best to help the local economy! Such a hopping little town! Paul was so helpful and prompt anytime we had a question. Time flew by and we were all wishing we had booked two weeks. We most definitely will be back!

The property was ideal for us as a multi generational family with teens. It was clean and comfortable. So perfect that we could walk to restaurants, shops and bars and museums. Paul thought of every conceivable amenity to make each and every room well stocked and comfortable. The patio area was our favorite!

We enjoyed our recent visit. The location was a nice walking distance to the heart of downtown Bozeman as well as a reasonable drive to the ski resort. We would definitely like to stay here again when we plan our next family vacation.

We needed a home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and ample gathering space to accommodate our family of six for a week long visit to Bozeman. The Bozeman Cottage was the perfect choice. It's a uniquely beautiful property with a large well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for a large family to spread out for some quiet time or get together for a meal or game night. It's proximity to downtown Bozeman was a huge plus, it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Deapite temps that dropped into the -20s the rasiant heating kept the house warm and comfortable. Weather postponed our departure by a day but luckily the house was available so we had an extra day in Bozeman. Paul and Antoinette were great to work with, they'll be our first call when we plan our next visit to Bozeman.

The house was perfect for the 7 of us that stayed there. Great having multiple gathering rooms. The house comfortably allowed us to host a Thanksgiving dinner of 20 people! We walked to town for dinning and shopping. I highly recommend!

The beautiful home is located in a charming neighborhood across from a park and a short 4-block walk to Main Street. The patio courtyard provided a perfect background for our daughters wedding pictures. The property staff were very helpful and accommodated our every ask. 5 stars across the board!

The villa rental was perfect for us. We enjoyed Bozeman and all the hiking/biking around there, but we also ventured out to Yellowstone, Glacier, Big Sky and Livingston. Wish we would have had more time! There is so much to see and do in Montana! We will be back.

Really nice place! Great location - loved the proximity to downtown and the park across the street. Very well stocked - appreciated the 2 coffee pots - made it easier to stay ahead of 8 coffee drinkers in the mornings.

Bozeman’s finest
Nothing less then perfect property in Bozeman. Access to downtown was simple and only an hour drive to big sky. We loved the property and the right of us were very comfortable. The heated floors kept us warm and we would love to stay at the house again.

Loved this spacious villa with its close proximity to Main Street. The décor was superb with a southwestern flair. Enjoyed our meals on the brick terrace outside. Especially enjoyed the great room upstairs with the theater. Would definitely stay here again.
