About this house rental
This luxury home was built from the ground up in 2017 with its main purpose, to host large groups over 50 comfortably. The over 6000 sq ft home is spread out over three levels thus creating three separate spaces to gather.
When you first walk into the home, you're welcomed with a living room, and exquisite view of Bear Lake. Around the corner you see the large spacious kitchen with extra long buffet serving length counter tops. The counters are great for preparing food, baking, and great to just stand around and talk! The kitchen also has 3 separate ranges and ovens, 2 dishwashers, two sinks, one bar sink, and plenty of storage for food! There are two smart TV's on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed and its own bathroom and shower... which is a perfect room for grandparents or for someone that can't climb stairs.
Four bedrooms are located upstairs with a large treehouse, slide, and ping pong table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and most are large enough to accommodate up to 8 people in beds. The lowest floor has a pool table and an arcade game with the remaining 3 bedrooms. On this level, you'll have access to the private pool and hot tub. Each floor has smart TVs and comfortable lounging areas to watch or visit with others.
The indoor saltwater pool and hot tub is heated and open all year long. There is a changing room, bathroom, and shower in the pool area.
Small details were carefully planned with hooks for hanging items, lights and an outlet for each bed space, and fun play spaces for kids. There are many areas to visit with one another or a quiet space for time alone. Natural light is found on all levels of the home. Step outside to a quiet and tranquil landscape.

Our family loved our stay at Patagonia Lodge. There was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 37. Each bedroom is large, has a private bathroom and accommodated individual families very well. The swimming pool and hot tub was a big hit. The view of Bear Lake is fabulous. The large kitchen with two refrigerators, a freezer, cupboard space, three stoves and stocked with small appliances, two dishwashers, dishes and utensils allowed us to feed our large group. The swinging bed on the balcony was very popular.

We had 26 family members. 5-69. We played in the pool, made a fire in the fire pit, rented boats at the marina, went to the beach, and Pickleville playhouse. It was a wonderful 5 day stay!!

Great location. The Adventure park and town close. The house and property met our needs. The grill was not working but they sent someone to service within 20 minutes and saved our family meal. Pool facility was nice. The only thing is you need to understand that the heater only does the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, so you just need to take a look at the schedule that is posted. Kitchen great with everything.

We loved our time at this house! It was well suited for our needs. There were only a few things that needed some attention. The overall cleanliness of the house was ok but the deep cleaning was lacking. There was a lot of dust on everything, many of the comforters were stained, and the rugs and upholstered surfaces were pretty dirty. The ovens also took forever to cook food. On items that should take 45 minutes, we were waiting for two hours. So you would have to plan accordingly! We were on a retreat with a schedule so that issue effected us quite a bit. However, the property and space were beautiful. We would definitely stay again and we hope to! But I would love for those few things to be addressed.

Amazing location, beautiful home, well thought out amenities, exactly what you would hope for during a family reunion. Something for every age, highly recommend! All along with excellent communication.

The lodge is beautifully situated with an outstanding view of Bear Lake. The lodge served our group of 40 very well. There is plenty of room for large groups. We loved the large bedrooms that easily accommodated each individual family in our group along with the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus that we all enjoyed. The large kitchen area made meal preparation easy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities. The upstairs play area for younger children was a favorite! The pool table on the Garden Level had one pocket that was broken and there were some stains on the ottomans. Also, when we arrived, the couch cushions were in disarray in the living room which didn't leave the best first impression. These are the reasons I gave a 4-star rating for the accuracy of the on-line listing. But these few issues could be easily fixed. Overall our family had a great time staying at the lodge and we would rent this property for our family reunion again.

This is house was perfect for our family get together for my parents 50th anniversary. There was enough room for everyone and this property had everything that we needed. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and the pool was a plus since it rained while we were there. Thanks for a great stay!

This property looked nice. It had what we needed for bedrooms and a pool. We were excited. But when we arrived the house was fabulous! Spacious and lovely. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, was so clean. The kitchen is so well designed. The play rooms are entertaining. And everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We cannot express how totally satisfied and pleased we were with this property. Just unexpectedly fabulous!

We loved our stay at Patagonia Lodge. We had about 35 people of all ages and it was perfect. The downstairs bedrooms were warmer than the upstairs to keep that in mind when placing guests. The private pool keep everyone busy and we didn't need as many extra activities as we normally do. We loved visiting Bridgerland Adventure Park which was a short walk from the house. Definitely check it out, something for all ages. Host did a great job of responding to our needs. The location couldn't have been better. Thank you for a perfect vacation.
Somethings we wish we had known was that the kitchen was well stocked - 2 ten-quart instant pots, crockpot, 8 jelly roll pans, 2 large griddles, hand mixer, kitchen aid, and most supplies you would need for a large group. The only thing we needed they didn't have was a waffle iron. They also had 2 portable cribs and 2 high chairs.

We stayed three nights for a family reunion of 50 people. This place has it ALL! So much space and things to do at the house and town. Only 10 minutes from the main part of town, Pickleville playhouse and the lake. Right down the dirt road is Bridgerland Adventure Park.
The house was supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Had all the kitchen supplies needed for cooking for a large family.

This house was so amazing! Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are humongous are large enough to fit an entire family, plus each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kids had a blast with the indoor slide, and the indoor pool was a daily hit and great for when it rained. I compared a lot of other homes in the area and this one was by far the best, amazing view, new remodel and tons of amenities for a group to enjoy. 10/10

Fantastic home perfect for our family. Pool and hot tub were a hit as well as the tree house, slide and swing. Plenty of parking for 13 vehicles. Loved that every room has plenty of beds and own private bathroom as well as extra bathrooms. Massive kitchen that was awesome for gathering and cooking for our large group of 43.

Such a great family reunion location! The kitchen was wonderful with lots of space to move around, help out, seating, etc. It was so nice to have the three stove tops/ovens, 2 large fridges and 1 large freezer, two dishwashers, and three sinks. So much time is spent in the kitchen and there was plenty of space to cook, clean, sit, and store our food we brought. It was wonderful! I loved the upstairs, we have 4 sisters, so each one of us took a room with our families on the upper floor, and two brothers, they took the basement with their families and grandma and grandpa got the master on the main floor. There are three bedrooms on the basement. The kids loved the slide, treehouses, and lofts. But the favorite by far was the pool/hot tub. I loved going up there in the winter time and how much snow there was! There was SO much snow! The bottom of the basketball net on the sports court was probably about a foot away from the top of the snow. We loved sledding and swimming! Such a perfect family outing! Just an overall great layout and setup of a house for entertaining. SO many beds to sleep everyone so comfortably! In our room alone, we had a king, queen, and a triple bunk. (2 of those upstairs) the other room upstairs had a king, queen, and two bunk beds. Great home, great entertainment, and great way to spend quality time as a family!

This is a great property for large groups with varying ages. There is something for everyone. Plenty of room to gather in the main area or spread out if you prefer. Close to snowmobiling or sledding. Indoor pool was great.

We rented this home to accommodated our large group to celebrate my dads 90th birthday. There was 28 of us most us flew into Salt Lake and drove, so did a Costco run in Salt Lake City.
Overall we had a great time,Bear Lake is very close by so plenty to do for the group.
House was spacious and rooms were large with comfortable beds. Downsides no closets to hang up clothes in the bedrooms.
Kitchen had plenty of pots and skillets but not in the best of condition.
Lots of plates but not enough coffee mugs.
Pool and hot tub was a plus.
Large covered deck with great views and bed size swing was well enjoyed.
Overall had an amazing time.

We had our family reunion there. Everyone loved the property. Great floor plan. The bedrooms are big with lots of beds so each family had plenty of room for privacy and for sleeping. Lots of fun activities and a nice swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen is huge with all the kitchen pots and pans you could
ever need. The managers were not very responsive to our questions before our stay but were much better at responding to calls and e-mails after we arrived on the property. We loved it there. Beautiful view of the lake!!

Very well designed house for large groups. Excellent location with gorgeous views. Pool house was a real plus. Large kitchen with everything you could use and more. Parking was plentiful. Plenty of options for adults and kids onsite. Large covered deck with bed size swing was used constantly. Large rooms. 3 levels with TV on each floor.

Such a great property, the views are amazing and you can’t beat the pool. Immaculately clean, tons of room, huge kitchen. We’ve been visiting Bear Lake every summer for 10 years now—this is the best place we’ve stayed!

We had a great time. The pool was fantastic! The hot tub could have been warmer but having an indoor pool all to ourselves in the middle of winter is hard to complain about it. Melissa was a great host and was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

We had 28 family members celebrating my wife and I's 50th anniversary. We skied at Beaver Mt., visited the beautiful cities around Bear Lake, snow shoed, swam in a delightful pool, and enjoyed ourselves in most ways. Thanks you for the beautiful building and setting.
