Wanna take a walk? Come out and walk around our beautiful resort and I am sure you will enjoy the names of the different cabins as you pass by. Want to take a full loop of our resort? Then don’t forget to carry golf sticks, golf balls, and swimsuit. You can enjoy the outdoor resort pool during summer season or indoor community pool or mini golf (hours can change any time / weather permitting / pandemic restrictions).

INDOOR POOL CLEANING: Pool cleaning happens twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) around noon time. Please let us know if your group wants privacy and prefers to skip pool cleaning one day before.

Beautiful cabin in a great location to enjoy Pigeon Forge and surrounding area. Very large and comfortable furnishings. Enjoyed the hot tub. Pool and area could have been a little cleaner. But all in all, great rental!

Amazing property, so much room for everyone!!! The photos actually didn’t do the place justice it was even nicer in person! Kids/teens/etc will love the movie room we spent so much time there. Just a heads up for those with littles that if you put your little to bed and are hanging out there isn’t a partial bath on the main floor so you’ll just have to ask to use one of your other guests bathrooms if you don’t want to sneak into your room (as a toddler mom just wanted to point this out haha). The place was super clean, had everything we needed don’t hesitate to book here at all!

We had an awesome time! The place is beautiful! Our two 7-year-old grandkids had such an awesome time in the pool, hot tub, game room and just being able to play games and things as much as they wanted with so much room. It is such a great set up with everyone having their own bathroom. We would definitely go back!

We always love visiting the Smokies and this house and location was great! The house was as described, clean and comfortable throughout. The location was close to Pigeon Forge and many attractions. The property manager was very quick to respond and act when I reached out the first day. All in all, a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Bear. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Great location. Host very quick to answer any questions and correct any issues. Would stay here again.

The location is great where it is secluded but close to town.
The movie theatre room was great and our family really enjoyed it.
The pool and hot tub are nice. (The stair case to the pool is a small metal spiral staircase and is hard to get down if you have limited mobility.)
There is a community pool( both indoor and outdoor) and room to rent. We visited.before the outdoor pool was open. The indoor community pool was not heated and extremely cold.
There is also a cute mini golf.

Stayed for a week with a few friends for my last spring break in college, and it was amazing. The cabin had everything you could need and more. The hot tub was ready when we arrived, the pool was heated, and the cabin was well stocked. It's also so close to Pigeon Forge that you couldn't possibly get bored. 5/5 experience and the host responded to every message extremely quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. The location was great, far enough out for that 'secluded' feel but close enough to get to most everything in just a few minutes. The cabin was clean and amenities were just as described. Our family enjoyed a getaway during Christmas and I was excited to see the cabin decorated when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your home with us! I would definately stay here again.

The house was comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The pool was lots of fun and the theatre room was great! Close to town and fairly easy roads to drive. We came to TN from Texas for the football game in Knoxville. Great place to stay outside of town to get the full beauty of the Smokey Mountains. We had 4 couples and the house provided plenty of space and amenities. We only wished we were staying another day to spend more time enjoying the area since most of our time was spent in Knoxville. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were very happy with our stay at this cabin . It was very well represented in the original posting . The interior was beautiful. There is internet connectivity issues in the Smokies but that is to be expected . The host was quick to respond to an internet outage and the handyman dispatched was friendly and helpful ! We would definitely go back again to this location .

The property was nice and clean. The owners were very quick to respond to text. We rented the property because it had a private pool, but the pool water was not warm but cold. After several text with the owner and a pool person checking on things the issue was never fixed. So my 5 grandkids where unable to enjoy the pool. The owners where kind to compensate us but very disappointed.

If you like the pictures you’ll love the place.. Very spacious and extremely clean. I was a little worried about the service due to prior comments but honestly the service is just bad in that whole town. The internet worked just fine and the kids were able to stream on their iPads no issue.. When we got there we noticed the heated pool was extremely hot, notified the owners and a pool guy was there in 5min or less no exaggeration. They got it fixed and we were able to enjoy the pool without further issues. The hot tub is nice, it took longer to warm up than expected so i would recommend turning the heat up as soon as u get there if you plan to use it, but once it got to temperature it was great. Loved the whole experience perfect for families and anyone that wants to get away.. you almost don’t have to leave the house let alone the neighborhood to have fun.. If your planning a stay you won’t be disappointed 10 out of 10 will highly recommend.

We booked this property for an early family Christmas celebration - 4 adults and 3 children ranging in age from 5-10. The house was everything we hoped it would be- even decorated for Christmas! Although we had some glitches when we first arrived, the owners were very responsive and fixed the issues quickly. The kids loved the indoor pool, hot tub , movie theater and games. Highly recommend the property for families, would book again.

Honestly this is a great property perfectly located close to all you'll need. That said, all its potentials has not been put to use. The pictures could be a bit misleading or exaggerated. For a property accommodating 12 adults, there should be bigger pots in the kitchen and more towels. Finally the major reason I gave this a 3 star instead of 5 is the ridiculous internet service. This is a remote location with no phone service so I was hoping there would be a reliable internet but I was wrong. We remained in communicable throughout our stay and had to go to town before we could make phone calls, we couldn't watch movies in the theater cos internet keeps breaking. It was frustrating. If all these are resolved, then I might visit again.

Unfortunately the satellite tv, internet and cell phone service are very poor. If you’re looking to disconnect from technology,this is your place. If you must to take a working vacation, look elsewhere. Theater room is great but system regularly reboots.

Nothing short of amazing. Amenities were plentiful, kept the children occupied at all times with household favorites like air hockey, Pac-Man, Connect Four. Very spacious rooms, loved the privacy of every bedroom having a conjoined bathroom. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Girls Trip
Girls trip with my staff members, had a great time, cabin is wonderful, lots of room and in a great location. This cabin is close to everything but very quiet and we liked that it was in a gated community. Couldn't use the pool inside, we tried but it was FREEZING!! Cabin has all the amenities that you could ask for and the theatre room was awesome. Thank you to the cabin owners for a great stay!

Perfect family getaway!
This property has it all.....indoor pool, hot tub, home theater, great porch....our family loved it. Everything was clean and comfy. Best hosts ever.....they thought of everything! When we arrived it felt as if we had just walked into our own home.... all the TV's were on...a movie was playing in the theater room....just perfect. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and the time that was spent on making our stay magical!
