***Note: Parties are not permitted. Marijuana and other recreational drugs are prohibited inside and outside our home. Excessive noise, drug use, and unapproved guests will warrant a call to the police. Outdoor music/noise must cease by 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday.

*Information about the pier and boat lift:
-The pier was newly constructed in summer of 2022 and is 300 feet long.
-There is a 14,000 lb boat lift at the end of the pier that is able to accommodate v-hull boats up to 29 x 11 feet.
-Pontoon boats can be docked adjacent to
the lift. The dock is equipped with bumpers, cleats and a ladder.
