The lake house is located on a quiet cove on Lake Sinclair. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, or boating around the lake. The home also has many fun amenities for you to enjoy including a hot tub, pool table, arcade games, star light theater, massage chair, kayaks, and a row boat. The perfect home for family fun any time of year!

The space

With 4 bedrooms, one room with two sofa beds, and a basement perfect for entertainment our home provides the perfect lake retreat.

The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a seating area including two couches, massage chair, and a tv. The other three bedrooms all have one queen bed in each. The two sofa beds are in a private room with a door so its just like your own bedroom.

The home has a large kitchen and plenty of seating areas for you to eat. There is outdoor dining areas on both porches as well as a dining area inside with a view of the lake.

Amenities: The basement has a bar, twinkle star light theater, dart board, pool table, and arcade games. The hot tub is located on the lower deck with a bath house right next to it where you can change for swimming. 2 Kayaks + Paddles and a boat dock. Please feel free to bring your own watercraft and use our dock (public boat launch nearby). Our Boat dock has a slip for a pontoon boat and two slips for jet skis with jet ski lifts (holds jets skis under 800 pounds). With over 400 miles of scenic shoreline, meandering coves and inlets, as well as numerous stretches of open water, the lake offers plenty of swimming, fishing, and boating opportunities.

Our home is close enough to restaurants and shopping (20-30 min drive) , but far enough that you have escaped the crowds and noise of the city. There is a boat launch and gas station approximately 7 minutes away. The Masters Golf course at Great Waters is only a 23 mile drive.

Guest access
You will have access to all parts of the house except for a few owners closets. The hot tub and many other amenities are for your private use.

We have provided boat rental company details that are nearby in our welcome book as well as the boating laws and directions from the boat launch to the home by water.

We do have a ring doorbell with a camera on the entry door and outdoor security cameras located by the front door and garage. All of the cameras are only pointing towards the entryways for security and your privacy.

We had the best time here. Plenty of room for everyone, great flat walk to the lake and really comfortable living areas. The kids loved the arcade and pool table. Adults loved the upper deck that looked over the lake. I highly recommend this location! We enjoyed the lake every day just floating around and also fishing!

Very large lake house with dock access. We brought our boat and were able to use the covered dock. House was very clean and has many amenities. Owner was very quick to respond and addressed any issues we had.

We had our family October getaway, the house was perfect, plenty of room to spread out, and lots of things to do. Enjoyed sitting on the very large porch overlooking the lake. It had a great boat dock to accommodate my daughter & son in laws pontoon.

Very nice property and location. Lots to do between the billiards table, movie room, fire pit, darts, and kayaks. We had a great time and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be going back! Only drawback is the water depth off the dock is a little too shallow for jumping/diving but we still enjoyed the water regardless.

This is the perfect rental! We enjoyed our time here so much! This home had everything we needed and was very clean. The host responded immediately to any questions and was very nice. Great place for teenagers and family. Very clean and spacious. Kids had so much fun in the movie room! Close to marina if you are renting or putting in a boat for your stay. Overall Great house!

Absolutely beautiful place on the lake, amazing sunrise view especially the flag (soft spot for my Marine boys) was exactly what we needed for family who was there to attend a wedding, they had excellent space with game room and hot tub, and for me to make the wedding cake in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, lots of hot water and towels. Every one loved the place! Host responds quickly to any questions. If I ever go back to Georgia and need a big place I would definitely love to rent again!

Could not have been happier with our stay. House is clean and well maintained. Loved the boathouse for hanging out down by the lake. The jet ski lifts are a big plus if you plan on bringing some or renting and keeping overnight. Beautiful view from the large back porch and plenty of seating for hanging out in the afternoon and enjoying the view. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a Lake Sinclair getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. The game room and massage chair were a great hit. The night we lost power due to a storm the property manager offered to bring us ice to keep our groceries in the refrigerator cold. We could not have asked for a more beautiful spacious home or better service from the property manager. We will definitely stay here again!

Fell in love

We fell in love with this home, even offered to trade our personal home in Florida!! Everything you need is onsite. Extra blankets in every closet which was a great touch! The hot tub was so relaxing! The kids loved the theater room, arcade, and pool table! I personally spent every night in the massage chair!! Mattresses and pillows all extremely comfortable, no skimping here. Everything was clean upon arrival. Management responds quickly to any questions we had. Great experience, we will definitely be returning. Thank you!
