This place is absolutely stunning..we loved everything about the home and stay. We couldn’t have been more please with the views! Incredible!

We just got back from staying at this property and had a wonderful time! There were 14 of us ages ranging from babies to 80.
Things we loved:
- The VIEWS! You absolutely can’t beat them.
- How close the house was to town
- The pool & hot tub! Our kids never wanted to get out.
- The kitchen had everything you could need to cook any meal and clean up easily.
- The beds were so comfortable and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for all of us.
Small improvements we suggest:
- A fire pit cover. The little ones wanted to touch these rocks constantly but since they are blackened, we spent most of our time on the patio saying no and eventually just stopped being them out there 😅 a cover would help keep kids or animals away from it!
- Most of the stools in the kitchen and many doors in the house make extremely high pitched.sounds when they open or turn. We ended up just avoiding these chairs overall.
- Replace the toilet holder in the Jack/Jill bathroom. It fell off the wall anytime we used it.
Honestly, those are the only
Improvements we’d suggest! They are very small things but wanted to share them as it could only make the next guests experience that much better.
Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! We will never forget this trip.

What a beautiful place to stay! We loved being so close to nature. We saw javelinas, coyotes, mule deer, lots of birds and lizards. So fun!! We loved every trek up and down the driveway. The wrap around deck was truly amazing. There is not one bad view. Simply gorgeous!!! The pool and hot tub were awesome as well. There is a ton of space. All of the appliances were newer and in great working condition.
We truly LOVED our time here. The entire time we were there we kept saying how we would love to live there. Gorgeous home!!!!!!!! Thank you SO much!

We were out in Sedona for a girls trip with 9 of my best friends and we will absolutely be looking to rent this property again. The views were incredible and the house is set up nicely for a group.

This is an amazing house. As other reviewers noted, the views, location and overall amenities are as good as it gets. It is truly a spectacular property. Layout - particularly outdoor space - is exceptional and we love a well-stocked kitchen and this one did not disappoint. The only issue - which is also noted by other reviewers - is just 2 full baths, one of which is shared by 2 bedrooms. We fully managed and it just meant choreographing showers more than normal; however, if sharing with more than 2 families/several non-related adults, it could be somewhat of a challenge. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Amazing house and location with incredible views! The house has comfortable beds, beautifully outfitted for large groups. Easy access to loads of hikes, Whole Foods is close by; fantastic location!
The only 2 (subtle) cons:
There are 2 showers - 1 luxurious one and 1 average one. If you have a large group of adults you need to space out when you get ready.
The hot tub runs on 2 hour intervals. So, if you go out for a 5 hour hike, it"s not possible to have a hot hot tub to arrive home to. I'd recommend getting a custom cover to keep it warm.

Nice views but uncomfortable furniture, out of the way, rigid rules. Not especially kid friendly.

wow. I honestly don't have enough to say about this gem of a spot. the amenities, views, location, fully stocked kitchen & everything about this house were absolutely incredible. the living room & wrap around deck is really what makes this place special. it felt like we were in the sky among the red rocks. We wished there was one more full bathroom, but besides that, I couldn't recommend enough.

I didn't need to rent a place this big for only my girlfriend & our two poodles, but when I found this listing with the pictures / reviews, I couldn't pass it up, and it was even better in person! The house is perfect, everything was clean, organized, and worked. The location is simply beautiful, no matter what direction you look around the amazing property. So many hiking trails near by, and for all different fitness levels. The best part is you are only minutes away from restaurants and shops if you need anything. We did see javelina and coyotes roaming around the property, though they were scared of us, we were concerned about letting our dogs outside by themselves. Do not hesitate if you are considering this house, you will definitely enjoy it.

We rented Sedona Soar for a bachelorette trip with 11 girls and were thrown away by the location. The pictures don’t do it justice and the house is beautiful and very well appointed, with everything you need for a magical time in Sedona. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also lovely common areas. The vistas and sunrises/sunsets are absolutely stunning - we did a private yoga class on the patio and it was a highlight of the trip. The beds were comfy and all other amenities were amazing- don’t hesitate to book here!

Sedona is a special place to my family & I. This home is one of our all time favorites now. Secluded and private, yet still close to town. All the right vibes and amenities make it a must stay when visiting Sedona.

We absolutely LOVED this home. It was even more beautiful than we imagined, and the views are unbeatable. The home was clean, fully-stocked with everything we needed, and very conveniently located while still being secluded and peaceful. We will absolutely be staying again.

Wow! I mean....Wow! The views are everything. I've stayed in Sedona several times and this is, without a doubt, the best views I've had from my home-away-from-home. The deck wraps around the entire back of the house and there is a view of the red rocks from every inch.
The house is clean and appointed well with almost anything you could need. It's a an easy drive to anywhere in Sedona you want to go. We shopped in Tlaquepaque. We hit a Kava bar. We did a vortex tour. We visited the Chapel of the Holy Cross. We did a lot of hanging out at the house, soaking in the pool and enjoying the views.
What a fantastic week.

Believe it or not this house is even more stunning and perfect than these pictures show. The views and the house itself were all beautiful. It was so spacious and perfect for our group of 12 and also felt very secluded from other homes.
The house was perfectly clean upon arrival, filled with wonderful amenities and beautifully furnished. We were also very impressed with the kitchen appliances/spices/etc. that were available for our use. I also think everyone made a comment on how comfy their bed was.
I simply cannot recommend this house enough, I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!

We had a group of 9 women, some who had never been to Arizona and we were blown away! Sedona is a beautiful place and a fun town and we didn't want to leave the VRBO! With access to stunning hiking trails and a pool with a view we were most excited to experience the house. Unparalleled on all accounts. We want to come back!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family’s vacation. I can’t imagine a house with a better view, especially considering the convenient location. The interior was just as nice as pictured. The exterior was also wonderful. I would highly recommend it. We were only on Sedona for four nights, and I wish we had stayed longer. But we will definitely go back, and will definitely stay here again. The property management was very accommodating and quickly answered my one question.

We spent four nights here in October 2022 and loved it. The location and privacy can’t be beat and the redrock views are simply incredible. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped. If you’re looking to splurge, this house is a great place to do it! I just wish that for that kind of money the jacuzzi was heated year-round; it looked sad just sitting there at 60 degrees.

This spot has everything you’d want for a Sedona vacation - great indoor & outdoor spaces, updated amenities, pool and hot tub, outdoor dining and relaxation space, and the finest view in Sedona. And all of it just minutes away from the area’s best restaurants and attractions, not to mention a Whole Foods. Don’t hesitate - rent this home!

Spectacular Setting - Some Needed Tweaks
This is a spectacular setting. The photos truly don't serve it justice. For our group of 14 we had a fantastic weekend at this house. However, there were some aspects about the house that were odd for a house of this price. We had issues with the stove clicking constantly every time after we used it. We called maintenance to take a look and they came by to fix it. Also, the AC unit was locked so that we had no control over the air temp. At a certain point the house reached a temp of 84 degrees yet we were unable to fix it. This was unacceptable, particularly Sedona in June. We called maintenance and someone came immediately that night, which we appreciated. Lastly, the bedroom with the two twins and one queen had virtually no privacy. The door and walls to the living room were extremely thin and the door didn't properly close. This made it very difficult for the people in that room to have virtually any privacy from the living room/kitchen. Also, there was terrible air flow as the vent was covered by the TV unit. All in all I would stay there again given the spectacular views and spacious living space. However, small improvements would make this house really great.

A+++ Perfection
House even better than described! Well appointed, great location and convenient to downtown Sedona. Views from the deck were breathtaking—words seem inadequate to describe. Pool and hot tub—perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

52nd Anniversary Trip with Family
Our family all cycled in to make some special memories for our 52nd anniversary. The house was a perfect venue for this. It gave us convenient access to all that Sedona has to offer and when we were “home” we hardly wanted to leave what with the pool, views and other amenities. The week was a complete success. Thank you.
