The place was as advertised, clean and in a quiet neighborhood, the only negative was the oven was not as clean as the house but all in all a great experience, I would definitely recommend this property to friends family.

Must stay getaway. Weekend getaway to RVA for a relaxing girl cousins trip. While in the area we visited Muse Paintbar, and Ruth and Chris; both highly recommended. The property description was “hidden gem” minutes from downtown RVA. They property was as described and did not disappoint. The location was in close proximity to grocery stores and a quick bite. The house was a perfect size; 3 nice size bedrooms, 2.5 baths, washer/dryer, nice sized kitchen, patio, backyard. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, seasoning, etc everything you need to prepare a great dinner and breakfast. The host was very helpful and quick to respond.

We were in Richmond for a Ceramics convention. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos and only a few minutes from Richmond Convention Center. We were pleased with the accommodations, check in was easy, and we would recommend this property!

Very nice rental. Redeveloping neighborhood but convenient. Excellent beds, super comfortable! Only complaint was that the floors were very sticky...should be wet mopped before each new customer.

We were in town visiting our son who is stationed at Fort Gregg Adam’s. We enjoyed the great proximity to downtown Richmond! Cori could not have been easier, or better, to work with! She checked in multiple times, and was available to answer any of our questions within minutes. This is a great rental property to consider!

A specific time should have been given when the access code would be given so I wouldn't have had to keep checking my computer hoping it would be there. The workmanship was substandard - joint compound around plugs, caulking behind vanities, back porch badly weathered.

Great property and nice owner

This house was a pleasant surprise. We have stayed at much more expensive places that were not nearly as good. The house was very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to VCU, where our daughter was having her first-year college orientation. The owner/manager was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We had a great time and will seek to rent the house again when we visit Richmond.

My only complaint is that we could've used some instructions for the toaster oven and for the TV. Other than having to figure those two out, we had a lovely stay. The bed was SO comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet at night, which enabled good sleep. The property itself was spic and span clean. We had a very nice vacation!

Listing was everything we needed for 2 mamas traveling with our toddlers. Cori was an excellent host and kept in contact with us to make sure we had all we needed during the stay. We were close to everything and only wish we had more time to explore the city. Check in and out was easy with clear instructions provided by the host. We will definitely keep this property in mind next time we find ourselves in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing in Richmond

Relaxing in Richmond

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful. The property was very clean, nice layout and the property owner was great. We arrived late and there were snacks and bottles of water for us - it was so kind and thoughtful. There is a nice backyard as well. It was very easy to get around from the location to Univ. of Richmond and the various soccer tournament locations. I’d stay here again!
