There is also a deck off the main living area, a large garage, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. For sleeping options, there are four cozy bedrooms in this home including the expansive top-floor suite with a private bath which offers an even grander view of the coastline from a curved picture window. We had a wonderful time at Yorkshore with our kids and grandkids (and dogs). Almost everything was positive: -excellent location. Upscale, safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of off street parking - access to the beach!!! - kitchen was amazing. Very well stocked, gas stove and dishwasher were top notch - grassy, fenced backyard with and outdoor fire place - great floor plan to the home. Bedrooms were well spaced and bathrooms were very well stocked with more than enough towels. - master suite has epic views and a very comfy bed the negative: -if you have mobility issues, getting to the beach will be difficult. Mostly a rocky path. I did it in flip-flops but no way bikes or wagons can get to the beach on this path - master suite could use window coverings on all the windows. (unless you wake up with the sunrise on vacation) - the third and smallest bathroom could be updated - when we arrived the outdoor trash and recycling bins were overflowing. We called and found out our pickup day was Thursday. It would have been nice if someone had them emptied before our Saturday check in and left us the pickup schedule - our biggest complaint was that the first floor carpeted areas smelled very strongly of dog urine. We ended up opening all the windows for the entire week and buying some deodorizing carpet spray. It's a shame that other dog owners have allowed their pets to use this beautiful home as a toilet. We would love to stay here again especially if the carpets are cleaned.

We’ve stayed in this home twice now and have really loved our stays. The house is amazingly well appointed with ample towels, beach toys, fully stocked kitchen, and all sorts of things that make a house a home and may come in handy on your trip. The location is amazing and there is room for anyone to enjoy time together at the table or in the family room yet spacious enough to separate for afternoon restful and quiet time if needed. We will be back!

This is our 2nd year at Yorkshire. It suits my family well. View is incredible. Two of our family even hiked from the house to Cannon Beach (about 14 miles. Not for me but I was in awe. We all enjoyed painting some rocks for that display. Yorkshire is warm and welcoming. Barbequing and S'mores were just a couple of activities. Plan to rent this home again.

Great place with excellent views of the ocean and easy walking distance to the beach. I’ve stayed at a lot of older homes on the Oregon Coast and this house was kept up very well. I will definitely book this home again. It is great for one large family or 2 or 3 couples. The rock painting supplies were a great bonus.

Great property and neighborhood. Love the painted rock garden. Everything great with house with exception of some old interior door knobs with locks that should be replaced. Had a small child locked in one of the rooms which fortunately had an exterior door that we were able to access. Would have been much more difficult had it been one of the other rooms.

Great location, great views and a spacious and comfortable home with wonderful amenities. Unfortunately, the bed in the south bedroom lets it down. Bad mattress and a wobbly, creaky bed-frame. Changing it out would make a huge difference, changing it for a king-size wokld be ideal.

So many places for a family to congregate. We painted rocks at the kitchen table, did puzzles on the dining room table and had coffee in cozy chairs and couch in the living room. The view was amazing and the proximity to the beach was perfect.

Not clean enough. BBQ was disgusting: only worked sporadically; filthy; coated with grease and dirt. Living room rug was worn out and dangerously flimsy. Beds were worn out. Property did not come close to meriting the cost.

We had a great time at this property. The location is beautiful and amazing. We had a number of minor issues with faucets leaking and things like that so it wasn't perfect from that standpoint. But overall it was a great trip

Great views and lots of space for our whole family. Loved seeing the waves all day long. Kitchen was well stocked and we could have family dinners every evening! I loved the easy checkout and being able to access the laundry.

We really enjoyed this home! It’s located toward the edge of the beach far enough down from the Main Street in seaside to be a bit removed from the crowd but not too far. Gorgeous views and a beautiful home with everything you need. Very clean and just a short walk down a rock path to the beach. Just a word of caution we left our shoes near the path entrance to the beach and they were stolen so maybe don’t leave your shoes there! Otherwise everything was fantastic!

We had 10 adult family members at the Yorkshore for 5 days in late summer. The house was a fantastic hub for our time in Seaside. The house itself was comfortable, with plenty of area for our group in the kitchen for meals, in the living room for downtime, and around an extra table for those interested in puzzles, games, etc. The beach was a quick walk from the back of the house and had plenty of sand and waves. It was an easy walk one direction to town, and the other direction to a state park with hiking. We took day trips to Tillamook and Cannon Beach and enjoyed both.
Please note: This next part has zero to do with the accommodations and is just a friendly note about the area and likley activities - our group had a ton of fun body surfing the ocean waves, and fortunately did not encounter any tragedy. However, there was a search for a missing swimmer one of the nights we were there, directly behind the house. We couldn't ever find anything about it in the news, but we did find news about other missing swimmers a couple of days after our visit. Please be safe when enjoying the water.

The house was very nice and a perfect size for our extended family. My wife said the house was very welcoming and you felt at home when you walked in. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, and they had beach chairs, bikes and beach toys for the kids available. The house was clean and easy access to the beach. We had one little problem on our first day, as the heat would not come on in the morning. I called and they sent someone out to fix the problem a short time later, which turned out to be an easy fix. Tip: If someone in your party is elderly or balance compromised the path to the beach can be a little difficult. It is flat but there are a lot of flat pebbles. It was a little difficult for my elderly mother to walk, but she could navigate the path well. She just had to take her time and watch her balance. There are, however many other access points nearby if needed.

We loved our first trip so much I booked Yorkshore for another get together with friends. It's a great space that allows you to stretch out, with great amenities throughout. Looking forward to booking again for my next gathering at the coast.

Bedrooms perfect for multi-gen: space for younger kids, couples, grandparents with mobility issues. Chose the house for seaside view, deck and bedroom options on main floor - easy for our grandmother. Pluses for young kids, wing with hall door for extra barrier for noise. Beautifully decorated, kitchen items stocked. Two issues with the cleaners not being thorough but staff were responsive. My 4 year old is already asking when we can go back!

Seaside getaway
Very comfortable for myself and family. Perfect location right on the beach. You could fall asleep listening to the calming sounds of the ocean. It was easy driving distance to Cannon Beach and Manzanita. Just a beautiful spot.
