From Michigan to Florida for the week with my family and it was absolutely perfect. The pool the beach the staff everything was perfect. The heat was a little rough at 103 degrees but everything was amazing. It was better than expected. Good communication with the owners. All amenities on site. We will be back sooner than later.

We had a wonderful time this week at your gorgeous condo on Singer Island. It was everything we needed and more. The RCR Team was top-notch, providing excellent service from start to finish. The neighbors were lovely and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Watching the sun set from the terrace each night was truly spectacular—a sight we don't often get to enjoy back home. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect home away from home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!

All good. Love the property and service with Beach and pool service and restaurant. Concierge and front desk and doorman and gym are all to ritz standards The unit was fine west facing amazing bay inter-coastal views with sunsets. Not the unit issue but a bit of traffic noise. Only comment is that it is 2 bedroom and den without door Not 3 bedroom as the add I saw. I would rent again !

First class! Everything was as described and more. The condo is beautifully furnished and the view of the city lights is gorgeous. Ross, our host was very quick answering all of my questions. My daughters and I came for a girls trip. The amenities are amazing as well. The pools were heated and the beach service was fantastic. The concierge staff are so welcoming and friendly. I would without a doubt recommend this property. The condo provided everything you have in your own home. Solid 11 in my book. I hope to stay again in the near future. Thank you

The condo was a perfect weekend “Staycation” for our family (we live in South Florida 45 minutes away). The unit was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The grounds were well maintained and the pool and beach were fabulous. The unit had everything we needed for all the comforts of home.

Our family was looking for a condo with pool and beach right at our doorstep. This property fit the bill. It was very clean and light and airy inside the condo. We loved the fact that the condo also had hotel like amenities, such as a coffee station, gym, towel and chair service and friendly concierges to help with reservations, etc. and food and beverage service at the pool and beach. We had two older kids, a teen and a tween and it was perfect..

Beautiful property and unit. We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old and had a great time. There are two pools we enjoyed using and loved walking down to the beach in the afternoon. There is an on-site grill restaurant that serves a basic, but good menu that was a nice convenience as well. On-site staff was all very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants/shopping etc is about a 15-20 minute drive. Overall fantastic stay and can’t wait to be back.

We like to just chill on vacation. Sit around, walk on the beach. Be away from the action, the loud bars and restaurants. So for us this is an ideal place. Singer Island is off the grid, so to speak, very much out of the way. And the Ritz Carlton Residence is the most mellow of any of the places here. The building is beautifully appointed and well-maintained. The apartment is clean and spacious with a great view across the waterway and a sweeping balcony. We prefer this to an ocean view, actually, because there is more life and motion. And it is not just a black expanse at night. Of course with that comes some road noise, but for us that is not an issue -- being that we live in New York City. :-)

I'm giving the listing 5 stars because it really is a wonderful property with 2 beautiful pools, great service at the beach and a lovely gym, and Ross (owner) was very responsive ... but we were very dismayed to learn there was only 1 working elevator (in a 25 story building). Had to wait a long time for the elevator, which could be a drag. We had rented another apartment in the building last year and have to say this unit, while VERY nice, wasn't quite as well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved having a washer/dryer, but (and this is admittedly picky!) while they provided soap, there were no other toiletries (no shampoo or moisturizer which since we flew we didn't travel with). Also, in the master bathroom the door for the water closet - if not shut completely - swings and hits you if you're at the sink to the right - just annoying. Overall a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

Awesome view over the intracoastal. Immaculate property. Top notch pools, hot tubs, and beach. On-property-restaurant is quite good and casual - just wish it was open for breakfast and all 7-days/wk.
