Very cozy and nicely decorated. A few snafus and technical issues but overall a nice place to stay

Way bigger than we needed but it was nice! It’s a good location for peace & quiet but a short drive to plenty of activities. Wifi did not work while we there & with the smart tvs- no wifi no tv but that wasn’t a huge deal as we wanted to unwind & enjoy the quiet.

Nice private clean and comfortable. Check in wasn’t seamless with wrong code and had to ask for instructions to be emailed but still a pleasant stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Patterson's Cabin. It has a beautiful setting and is nice and private. We enjoyed the rustic decor and all the different areas of the floorplan. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Distance to Eureka Springs, Railway Winery and restaurants was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice well appointed facility. Nice and quite to relax and enjoy families and friends.

We stayed here over a weekend to complete diving certification at Beaver Lake. The cabin is a fantastic location for that since the dam is close (about 10 minutes).
The cabin itself is very comfortable for two families to relax, eat, play games, and explore the woods a bit. Strong wifi made the teens and parents happy. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking tools, but basics like pepper were running low. Coffee was provided which was welcome for our early morning starts.
Beds are very comfortable and the area is blissfully quiet. The weather was fantastic annd the front porch is a great place to hang out, read, relax.
All in all, a beautiful location for a very comfortable, pretty cabin.

We stayed with a group of 8. The house worked wonderfully. Everything was clean and well organized.

We selected this property because of its great location in the mountains, its description as having many amenities in a secluded cabin, and the fact that it was dog-friendly. It was all true. And we had a great time. Sadly, we were a little late for the best fall color, but then the best thing happened- - We got a light snowfall that covered everything in a beautiful white. We highly recommend this cabin.

We took a long overdue vacation, and this cabin was the perfect place! It felt secluded, nestled among the beautiful trees, but was close enough to everything we wanted to do! This cabin had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable here! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We LOVED the house, absolutely stunning. The property was good, in need of a little yard work though to allow for better view of animals.
Two things I would suggest to improve:
1. Locate the carpenter bee nest as we got chased back inside daily.
2. Improve the road coming in. I get that it's listed as a bit rough but it's more than rough. We went 2 mph and still got thrown around. And with the steepness and turns, you need to go slow which caused us to slip a bit. Also clean up the driving path so plants don't brush up against the car.
Had I realized the drive-in to the cabin would have been like it was, I'd have brought our other car which is a bit smaller and a 4 WD.
Other than those two things, you won't be disappointed. We'll go back, but in a different auto.

This place is amazing! It’s clean and huge. All of the little touches (extra towels and fans in every room) made it the most perfect stay. Will come back for sure!!!

Very easy to rent. No issues with property. We had a wonderful time.
10.0 / 10.0
The house was nice and allowed our family to all have separate areas and privacy when needed. The property is secluded but not too far from town. Nice and quiet. However, I’d suggest packing insect repellent for chiggers and ticks! Lots of those critters on the trail and around the property! The property management was very cordial and responsive.

I think this property is probably beautiful in the fall. Unfortunately, it was 80 degrees inside the cabin when we arrived at 9am our first night. We were unable to get it cooler than 75. No one was able to sleep in the loft upstairs due to the heat. The "trail" was overgrown. For $500 a night, I guess we had higher expectations. Again, if you rent it during the fall/winter, it is probably worth the cost.

Hidden Gem in the Woods!
We loved the location of the property, very quiet and off of the beaten path! The accommodations for the seven of us was perfect! We took two fur babies (dogs) that loved the area and the fenced porch was a plus! The Cabin was very comfortable with plenty of room and the storage space was more than expected. The drive around the Cabin was a added feature that allowed us to unload and reload the vehicle after a fun day of shopping with ease. Don't be disillusioned with the outside picture of the Cabin, it is very deceiving in a great way!

We loved this rental and will definately return!

Clean and well decorated
It was a nice holiday getaway and we appreciated the lights on the outside of the home and the Christmas tree. The Fire was hard to start and to stay with the provided kindling. We also bought a fire starter and that didn’t even work. But we loved our stay, thank you!
