This recently fully-remodeled home is well equipped for your stay.

The space

A fully renovated 3 bedrooms, a full newly remodeled bath with a walk in shower plus a newly remodeled half bath. A well equipped kitchen ideal for entertaining plus washer and dryer on the main level. This home was fully remodeled in 2021 including kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, systems.

Important notes: The maximum guest allowed is 6. This limit will be striclty enforced. Also note, no parties or events are allowed on property. Violation of either rule will result in eviction with no refunds.

The detached garage guest house is sometimes occupied by owner or their guests and is not included in the property rental. The garage apartment has its own driveway off of Ponca St (the home sites on a corner lot).

We chose this house due to it's close proximity to family and the graduation location. This home could not have been more welcoming. The street is so charming and perfect for morning strolls, and in the evening, a jaunt to The Mont is absolutely perfect for a burger or just guac and chips! Every room was perfectly designed and so absolutely clean and welcoming to the weary traveler! We will definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely darling. It looks exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect-Close to campus and where my daughter lives. The communication with owners was pleasant and speedy. We have only 2 suggestions: 1. The floors, along with the tops of tables/counters and some drawers in the kitchen were sticky. The floors throughout the house were very sticky from the moment we walked in. 2. We cooked and prepared food while in the house for the weekend. The kitchen was not as stocked as other VRBO's I have stayed in. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here.

We were looking to stay at a hotel and last minute my wife suggest VRBO. She found this place close to campus. Beautifully decorated - Great location - easy access- great gathering spot - made us feel like home - Totally enjoyed it Would highly recommend it - I dont wrie reviews unless I really like it - Really nice place

This is my favorite place we have stayed in Norman. Location can't be beat and the house is just so charming. Clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this house. I hope to be able to rent when visit again.

Close to everything. Just adorable. Don’t let the 1.5 bath scare you away. It worked out perfect for us, I mean who all takes showers at the same time anyway ? 😆. Design and character is what this little cottage boast of. Love it!

The house is adorable and wonderfully appointed. Clean, comfortable beds, and great kitchen! If you need an office space, this house has you covered! Everything is updated and the location can’t be beat. Walk to campus corner or anywhere on OU campus from this house.

The property was perfect for our stay in Norman! It was very clean (no pets allowed is exactly what we needed because my son is allergic to dogs) and accommodating with a great location, just what we were looking for! Appliances appeared to be new and David is a great host, always responded in a timely manner with any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to this property in the future. Thanks David!

Pictures online are accurate to even better in person. New appliances to bake our Birthday girl her dinner. Nice room for my 70 year old parents. I had my own room and the bday girl slept in the very comfortable day bed (3 separate bedrooms/2 baths) Very easy check in/out process. Fabulous find.

The location of this property couldn't be better, especially if you're in town for anything OU-related. Little touches inside and outside, create a welcoming stay that makes it feel as if it were tailored just for you. The property masterfully blends comfort with class, and that's hard to do well. This house is super cute, very comfortable, and a great location. It took a while to cool down the first night, but with 103 degree temps outside, it was understandable. I would just recommend cooling it down well in advance before guests arrive. Once the temp dropped inside, it was perfection. I would definitely stay here again.

We headed to Norman with our son on a college visit to OU and loved this property! The renovation was done perfectly. It was clean and super comfortable. The location made it easy to get to campus and campus corner. If he decides to attend OU, we will absolutely stay here again!!

This home is darling and the location is amazing! Super clean, comfortable, cute, very tastefully decorated - we enjoyed gathering around the fire pit even on a summer evening! We walked to Main Street for breakfast, walked to Campus Corner, and to campus. Love this place! We will be back for sure!
