You will have contactless check in and parking for up to 6 vehicles on the driveway. To get your access code, you will need to send a security deposit of $350 via a third party app to the host . All necessary information will be sent to you 2 days before your check in date.

The Security Deposit will be refunded as long as there is no malicious damage to the property.

2500 square ft English basement including a 400 square foot master bedroom. You will have your own access to the space, full bathroom downstairs and private powder room upstairs. Washer and dryer upstairs.

We are located 7 min from the Fox Lake train station and all of the boating harbors in this area.

There will be a $350 security deposit required prior to check in. This will be returned at check out as long as there is no malicious damage.

I planned a mini vacation for my husbands birthday with a group of friends! We stayed one night and were fully entertained by everything this place had to offer! CJ was a quick and excellent communicator. Would definitely stay here again!

My family & I had a GREAT time here! There was so much to do, we rarely left the house! We wanted a weekend getaway, & that’s exactly what we received. We had so much fun with the games that were provided at the house, along with the drinks, snacks, etc. We had an awesome time! If we’re ever in Spring Grove, we’d definitely book here again. (:

Large Space Great for Tabletop Gaming and Nerdy Hobbies

The space was double the size we thought it was! Lots of tables to play boardgames, Magic the Gathering, and a projector for Super Smash Bros. There was ample space for us, dishes and snacks which made food plans easy; including two pull out couches for extra sleeping space. The hosts were very communicative and we would love to book again!
