(NOTICE: Lake to be dredged and can't be used for any water activities beginning Mid-Sept . Water level will be reduced by 10' by Mid-Oct '24 and then added back slowly end of April '25 and fill through summer - RATES REDUCED during this time. TBD when lake will be open for use summer of '25 as it will take up to 9 months to fill completely. House still great for weekend get-away/golf trips with hot tub & 2 courses.)

House is Right on the lake in perfect location in Treasure Lake (gated community)less than 3 miles from two golf courses/beach/community pool/ convivence store/restaurants/bar/hiking trails/marina in gated community. Year round activities including /hiking/sledding/cross country skiing// beach/boating/ FISHING from dock now allowed w valid PA license. Convivence store that sells everything (beer/ice/propane/firewood/groceries) less than 2 miles on property - main road when you go through gates.

All newly renovated and professionally decorated. Four bedrooms, with memory foam mattresses. 2.5 baths(all lines/towels supplied). Two 2nd floor bedrooms: Master bedroom suite has queen with half bath and 32" TV. BR#2 Queen with full bath. 1st Floor Bedrooms: BR#3 full bed. BR#4 Queen bed with full bath room. Also available is a large pullout couch with 40" Smart TV. Wireless internet. Kitchen fully equipped. Foosball Table. Play Station 3.

Outdoor Firepit (Bello smokeless pit!) with 4 Adirondack Chairs. Smores Makers/hot dog grilling forks. Cornhole boards. Living room with 50" Smart TV (FUBU app with full regular TV channels - watch all the games!)

Beautiful Covered Deck with Gas Grill and/or charcoal grill if you prefer. Dock. Nice spacious flat backyard perfect for games. Four kayaks and paddle boat provided with life jackets. Out door 4-6 person HOT TUB!
Relax in fresh water right off dock. We are located in center of the lake. Foosball table.

Up to two dogs allowed (additional $150 for cleaning fee). Please keep them off furniture. No dogs less than one year old. No cats. Renters are expected to pick up after their dogs and clean any hair - failure to do so will result extra charges (please keep dogs off furniture if they shed). Must be kept in yard at all times when outside.

The house was comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. The yard was big enough to play games sit by a fire and enjoy the lake. It was a quick paddle across the lake to get to the beach. we had a great time swimming in the lake riding our bikes, playing golf and enjoying our time at treasure lake. The owners were responsive and we would definitely rent there again.

The house was accommodating for the 8 of us. A quiet peaceful place. A big draw back that was not told to us. You can't use the pool or beach Fri,Sat and Sun. And the water around the dock was not swimmer friendly. I sank in the mud and it really smells. So with hot 90 degree weather it sucked

overall stay was good bedroom were small second floor bedrooms not adequitly air condition pool closed to renters holiday and weekends (4 day of our five day stay) however we would come back

It was a really nice place to stay. I loved that the porch had a roof over it. If it rained you could still sit outside.We hope to be back next summer.

The home is a beautiful place to stay! It was perfect for me and my coworkers that were attending a conference a Treasure Lake Lodge near by. The property offers a homey feel and a yard that is a great way to relax and enjoy the lake and outdoors. The fire pit is perfect and the porch it a great placeto relax and have dinner. The beds are comfortable and the amenities allow you to feel like you are home. I definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking to relax and feel spoiled by the atmosphere the home and being close to the lake.

We enjoyed our mini vacation in this home. The rooms were a little smaller than what appeared online the dryer took two 90 min cycles to dry, the grill had metal flaking from rusting come off of it and the upstairs bathroom shower wasnt powerful (trickle of water) and not very warm. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and the lake only a short walk away.

Overall house was ok,could update kitchen pots,pans, only issue couldn’t get local channels to watch games had to hook my computer up to Tv! Password wrong! Biggest issue is mold smell in game room from roof leak? Dust everywhere also! Furniture in living room not comfortable

Met some friends for a getaway weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was clean and had an accurate description. Used the kyacks, peddle boat, and fire pit. The kitchen was stocked well too.

This was a great house for some adult friends to get together but would be just as nice for families with children. The lake is beautiful and the back deck is lovely. Hot tub clean and toasty. Fire pit outside with Adirondack chairs. Easy access and secure.

This is our second year and we had a great time again. The cabin is very nice with easy access and lovely views of the lake. We like using the kayaks and paddle boat for fishing and exploring the lake. There is ample places to eat nearby with plenty of things to do.

Just got back from spending 6 nights at this house. The house was fantastic and as described. The only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable. Beyond that, the house had everything we needed. The community is beautiful and well worth visiting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and location were beautiful. We kayaked, fished, and played games. It was a great spot for our 4 year old to fish. He caught something on almost every cast from the dock so it held his interest. I would definitely recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The property could use a deep cleaning and a more thorough cleaning in between renters. There were some minor maintenance issues also. The fact that it was directly on the lake was a huge bonus. We were able to fish from the dock, but the lake is very shallow in that area. We loved watching the deer that passed through the yard every evening and the deer that wandered throughout the entire gated community all day long. The hottub was great! Our kids and granddaughter especially enjoyed it. We wished we had been able to use our boat on the lake but lake boat access is restricted to only the property owners. Treasure Lake is brautiful but since most of it is surrounded by private properties, access to the lake is limited, especially for fishing. If you want a getaway to just relax and take in the lake scenery this property is a good choice.

I really wanted to give this a great review as I had high hopes about the property and owner. I’ll give the positives first. The check in process was easy! We didn’t have any issues getting there or into the home. The home is located right off the lake, so the scenery was beautiful and semi private. A great place for a relaxing weekend away from the business of life. When I first reached out to the owner they were so sweet and accommodating! They let me have an early check in for my husbands birthday weekend. They were quick to reply and overall responsive. When we got to the house however, we began noticing things that were not clean. All five of the garbage cans were full (so nowhere to put trash), animal feces all in the yard (so be careful not to step in it), the shower to the hot tub was broken (supposed to shower before getting in), one of the sheets to the beds were filthy (luckily we brought our own), and there was just food and overall a lack of cleanliness of the house. I was honestly just going to brush it off and still give a semi decent review until the owner accused my group of friends of leaving dog feces all over in one of the rooms, threatening to keep my security deposit. Mind you, it was not from us. After going back and forth with the owner, it was determined that he “accidentally” selected the wrong person. Fast forward, I get my security deposit back all is well. Until I get ANOTHER charge on my credit card for the same reason. STILL awaiting refund.

We wanted a weekend trip that's not too far from our houses. This was the perfect trip. A short drive to restaurants but still a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed to just hang out and cook, if we chose. Being on the water was an extra bonus. It would be even better in the summertime! Would definitely stay again.

My college roommates and I had a little reunion weekend at this beautiful lake home! It was comfortable and served the 5 of us perfectly. Two bedrooms and a bath on each floor, and one of the bedrooms upstairs has a powder room too! We had great weather and enjoyed sitting on the back deck all weekend! Fire Pit was also great! Check-in was a breeze and we didn’t need to contact the owner for anything! All the comforts of home! Beautiful view of the lake and nice walking trails! Would stay again.
