About this house rental

Northwest Arkansas is quickly becoming the most sought after mountain biking area in the country. Coupled with the area's reputation for numerous lakes, this house lets you take advantage of both. The home is situated right between the Lake Ann Back 40 Trailhead and boat launch. You'll enjoy a nice blend of privacy at the home, with a bustling kayak/SUP/biking community steps from the door. You're a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Bentonville and its world-class museums, dining and always-changing community events.

This home is cleverly designed with an open floorplan and plenty of natural light. Two private bedrooms, two full baths with additional sleeping available in the sitting room nook sleeper sofa.

Bedroom 1: King bed with down-alternative bed topper, 65" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), walk in closet, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with down-alternative bed topper, 46" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc), ceiling fan.
Laundry/Office: Washer & Dryer, Built-in ironing board with iron, built-in desk with stacks of local magazines & brochures to familiarize you to the area & help you plan your routes on area trails.

Our stay at the lake house was amazing! Checkin was extremely easy. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a blast using the kayaks, SUP and fishing. We all loved record player and enjoyed the owners taste in music. The kitchen is extremely well stocked making staying in to eat very easy. We all loved hanging out in the deck. Beds were comfy. We really appreciated the selections of pillows! Location was great. So close to the lake. We were surprised that the house was right across from a public use/picnic shelter. This did make things a little busier than we anticipated but did not really impact our over all stay. We will be back!

A great place to spend time with family or just kick back on the deck and enjoy the forest of birds that the house is nestled in. But the lake calls from across the street to grab a kayak or raft from the garage and go adventuring. If that's not enough motivation to get you off your duff, there are a myriad of nearby trails to explore. And there's a lot to be said about returning home exhausted to get some shut-eye in a featherbead under the cool breeze of the AC.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautiful and well stocked with all the extras we needed. We enjoyed kyaking and fishing on the private lake and picnicking on the grassy area beside the lake. From the deck of the house we enjoyed BBQing and watching the local wildlife. We also tried out nearby bike trails. Great communication with the hosts. We highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated property close to all the Bentonville activities but provides nice privacy. Access to the lake is super easy and the little lake is not crowded. Great for kayaking, fishing or sitting on the deck and enjoying the views! Loved it!

We enjoyed staying in the home it had everything we needed. Very well stocked pantry. Nice View of the lake . We enjoyed visiting on the covered porch since there was a lot of rain while we were here.

We really enjoyed this home. Cute place with quick access to the lake only steps away! Steep driveway, but easy to pull in and out. The old and classic vinyl albums were a nice touch and my kind of music. Thanks much! We will come again.

We found this lake house to fit all of our (4 adults) vacation needs. It was close to biking trails, golf courses and hiking trails. We enjoyed using the paddle board and kayaks provided with the house. The outside areas were enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well stocked. We were very comfortable in this beautiful house. It was child-friendly for our grandbaby too.

This property has a great location in Bella Vista. Lake Ann is a great small lake for paddlers and kayaks and it is close to the other Bella Vista POA properties and amenities (golf, pools, lakes, etc.), most of which we used. The best part is that it is a short drive to Bentonville and all of the activities that it has to offer. The property itself is very well kept and was extremely comfortable for our family of 4 (our kids shared a bed). The owners were extremely friendly and responsive and helped us answer a few questions about our trip, some of which weren't even directly about the property itself. Highly recommend this property for a small family or 2 couples seeking to vacation to NWA!

It was a beautiful place to stay! It was just my husband and I but we enjoyed the being outside, floating and fishing for the week! We will be back! Just missing a relaxing outdoor hot tub 😉 everything else was worth the visit!

This lakeview bungalow is everything we love about NWA! Surrounded by nature with easy access to all of the best sites. The host was easy to reach, very accommodating and helped us stay connected to the local community. My husband and I stayed six nights and barely scratched the surface of all this property offers. Multiple hiking and biking trails at the end of the road and kayak launch at the end of the driveway. We arrived late Saturday and grabbed supplies at the Bella Vista Farmer's Market Sunday morning. There's plenty of space to spread out or bring along all the toys (secure storage for boats, bikes, etc). The hosts have thought about everything you need. You literally just need to bring clothing, food and yourselves! Can't wait to return next summer with the entire family.

This was a beautiful property with the lake at our doorstep. The trailhead was within walking distance for hiking and biking. The home is beautiful and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space to relax in the living area and the kitchen is well stocked. We hope to come back again for a visit.

Older home very cutely remodeled and decorated. Very fully stocked. Beautiful view of the sunset over the lake each night. Short walking distance to trails, short drives to Bentonville and U of A. Great stay for my family of 5. We would love to be back sometime soon!

House was perfect. Friend and I stayed and rode trails from the house twice. Very well equipped. Once we figured out the grill, we were set. Close enough to Bentonville but out of the crowds. Incredible star gazing from the deck. We will definitely come back and I want to also bring the wife for paddle boarding.

I was in the area for the weekend with a friend to see friends so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the home, but I wished we had. It’s beautiful with anything and everything you could want or need. It was supposedly clean and the beds were super comfy. The house was very communicative and the check in process was very easy. It was great to be able to park in the garage. Excellent location. I highly recommend this place. Well worth the cost.

Property was exactly as the owner described. Photos were accurate. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle board with the lake being so close. Beds were all comfy, even the hide away bed. The charcoal grill was nice and much easier than a regular charcoal grill. We would definitely stay again!

What a great place! Host was accessible and the house is outfitted like home. The test is alway coffee and condiments, and this lovely house passes and exceeds hopes for a getaway. I want to live on that porch! We did not take advantage of the lake other than observing, but toys are available. There was water activity, but it was family-oriented and our evenings were incredibly peaceful. I booked to have access to the North end of the Razorback Greenway, and the house is minutes away from a branch to Metfield park. The ride was good, but I would encourage cyclists to check for path closings/detours before departure. I ended up being that old lady that squeezed my bike through a barrier to ford a creek bed and rejoin the trail. Great stay! Thank you!

Loved this little house! Coolest vibes, awesome patio, and a great location. Our youngest is 8 months, so it was wonderful to have the lake right there for the big kids to play while she napped. (And I could sit on the porch with the baby monitor and my coffee and still watch them!) We also loved the record player and still find ourselves humming Leon Bridges days later. 😁 We’ll be back for sure!!

Lake Ann is breathtaking and the peacefulness of the adjacent park space is the kind of serenity you search for in a getaway. The hiking and biking trails are right here, so you don't even have to leave to explore the beauty of this area. Once you enter the home, you notice all the exquisite details that show a real touch for a lovely experience. From artwork that details the local trails (and is really cool!) to custom lamps and ceiling fans, to cozy pillows and throws, plus a gorgeous reading nook (check out the window detail) this property has plenty of sleek charm, cozy spirit, and comfort. Wuth two beds and two baths, a cozy nook and an area for coloring behind the washer/dryer, you have everything you need to enjoy our stay. We also loved enjoying a glass of wine on the patio while watching the sunset. We are already to go back next season.
