Welcome to Fort Lauderdale Pool Retreat! This 3 bed/2bath beautiful cozy home is the perfect place to have a relaxing vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, smart tv's in every room. Featuring an awesome patio, an amazing heated pool, patio sitting area, pool loungers, BBQ. Located in Fort Lauderdale just 10 minutes from Lauderdale by the sea Beach, 15 minutes from Pompano and Fort Lauderdale Beach, 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale airport.

Please read the house rules before booking.

The house is located in a residential area, please be respectful of the neighbors. No parties or events of any kind. No loud music outside after 10PM. There are exterior cameras and noise detector devices.

The Space

Cozy open kitchen, living and dining room area, laminated flooring, 3 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, smart tv's, sofa.

Fully stocked kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups and wine plastic glasses for the pool area. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, panini maker, slow cooker, coffee maker.

Two bathrooms with showers include towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, and toilet paper.

Laundry room:
Washer and dryer located in the patio available for you to use.

Driveway:
Parking for up to 4 cars, on street parking is not allowed.

Pool:
Private heated pool, gas grill, 2 pool loungers with an umbrella. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated before coming, it does take a while to warm up.

Home Contractors:
Please be aware our pool, lawn, pest control contractors may be there to service the exterior of the house, don't be alarmed.

Stayed here for a girls trip. House is so cute, and everything you need. It’s clean, spacious and it was exactly what we needed. Jessica was an amazing host! We will definitely be staying here again, when we come to the area!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean with all the necessities. The neighbourhood is approximately a 20 minute drive to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and a 30 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale beach. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay at this property on our next visit to Fort Lauderdale.

Great family get away. Super clean home and property. Quiet neighbourhood. Pool was lovely. Only recommendation would be for a slightly better stocked kitchen- wasn’t missing anything major but some cooking oil and plastic wrap would be helpful other then that it had everything we needed. Home had extra nice touches like a noise machine. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe here. The beach was about a ten minute drive away. Grocery stores about 7 minutes. Lovely screened in porch and having laundry handy was a great bonus!

This property was absolutely perfect for my families stay in Fort Lauderdale. If you are looking for a home with a pool and beautiful private back yard, this is the perfect property! The home is well furnished and extremely comfortable! I will definitely be looking to rent the home again when I am in the area!

Indont reallt ever leave reviews, but I felt this one was worth doing so. First and foremost, Jessica was absolutely fantastic. It didnt matter the time of day (or night) she ALWAYS reaponded very quickly. The home was ad advertised. It was a cute home with a nice pool that was always warm. And most importantly the home was in a nixe neighborhood, that was quiet and yet still close to lots of things. Inwould definitely rate the stay a 5/5 and if im in the area again, Jessica is absolutely the person id call.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was very clean and in a good location. We felt very safe. We had all the necessary supplies needed at the house for our stay. My only suggestion is to have darker blinds or pergolas add some blackout shades in some of the bedrooms as the lights from the warehouse behind the house were very bright at night time and would light up the room.

The backyard is pretty nice, the home is upgraded and clean. We stayed for 10 days and it was 4 adults and 3 kids (5,4 and 1 years old) - perfect space for all of us.

The house was very clean, and just as described online. Screened-in porch area came in handy during the rainy days. We enjoyed our time there. Host was very attentive, via messaging thru VRBO...answering any questions we had or just making sure we had everything we needed.

The property was nice and cleany everything looks like on the pictures. We had some issues with the grill and Jessica just brought in a new one which worked perfect. Maybe the laundry machines could be renewed.

I give this home 5 stars. Our family of six fit comfortably. Very clean, didn’t need to buy anything except food from the grocery store. I have no complaints as we stayed during the New Year. My little ones was excited to see the neighbors lighting fireworks which was a bonus. My only suggestion would be a slightly bigger couch as we are a sports family, two boys 6’3 200lbs. Wasn’t enough room to watch the football together on the couch. We managed. The house was clean enough they sat on the floor. We spent a lot of time out of the house so I wouldn’t make the size of the couch a deal breaker. Beach, grocery, and outdoor activity was all close by. I would definitely recommend this property for families. The owner was awesome. The welcome basket and the heated pool was a hit with my kids. Thanks again Jessica for your hospitality and sharing your home.

Jessica was very easy to work with. She gave recommendations since we were coming in on Christmas Day for dinner and a nice snack basket was provided. The house itself was ok. The kitchen needed a few extra things. It was great to have a nice size kitchen since we mostly eat at home but there were no knives for cutting meat and no grill utensils. It was great having a grill as an option. Our main concern with the house was the perception of safety. I want to be clear we never felt unsafe but both the front and back doors each had 4 locks on them and the windows had sensors and there were flood light surrounding the house. They would go off at random times. It just gave the perception that someone was in the backyard or walking around the house because the lights had motion sensors. One was pointed right at our bedroom window. We contacted Jessica about it and she had maintenance come that day to point the light in a different direction. The pool was nice but very cold. The sun only hits it for a few hours in the early morning. We only used it one time. The property was fairly close to beaches and the activities we wanted to do.
