Nice place for an overnight getaway. Cozy living space, nice upgrades & special touches. Feels private inside, outside neighborhood is more dense than i expected. Overall, we had a great time & would come again.

Excellent communication and very clean. Plenty of towels...even a hair dryer which I wasn't expecting. Nice views from the vantage point of the hot tub, but it was a bit to cold for us to try it out. We'll look to return when it's warmer, but this is a wonderful getaway from the city that is close yet feels remote.

The carpet was very old. Dirty barstools and toilet had not been cleaned. Towels seemed old. Just not a comfortable environment with so many updates needed. We chose to leave after one night, and we never received a refund. Also didn't realize this was an upstairs property with no back yard.

My husband and I had a really nice time staying here. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. She kept everything stocked so if you forgot anything at all she had you covered. Also throughly enjoyed the variety of coffee that was provided as well as snacks! The beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Overall a great experience staying here and I would absolutely come back! Thank you Kayla!

My husband, teenagers and I stayed for 2 weeks with our family pets, it was the perfect place to be! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the communication was excellent! 10/10, would definitely come back!

15 minutes from RedRocks. Blackbird Cafe minutes away for a great brunch. Great accessibility to main highways.

Wish there was a visible house number (suggest on fence) to locate property; Great, accommodating hosts; Location served our needs for a family wedding happening in Evergreen; Sleep sofa was what you'd expect from such, but beds were very comfortable; Kitchen and laundry were well supplied and functioning; Figuring out how to operate the fancy shower controls took some effort but once understood worked well; Unique ceiling fan was topic of conversation and functioned well.

Excellent communications, very responsive to questions. Make sure you say hi to Orson, their 100 pound puppy!

We enjoyed our stay with our family. The house was comfortable and the hosts were generous and thoughtful in supplies and being well stocked. The shower was great once we figured it out. We were very appreciative of them for being pet friendly. Our goal was to be close to Red Rocks and it was great. Also loved the near by Blackbird Cafe.

Comfortable and useable. Worked well for our dog who is family. Hot tub and shower are each a plus. Yard is private and great parking. Quiet neighborhood. Many attractions nearby.

The property is exactly what we were looking for. It was close to Red Rocks and within walking distance of really nice hiking trails. The hosts were great. They were thoughtful and had super fast communication. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed a night to view the turning of the leaves. The stay was very nice and clean. Not much TV to watch but it was good

This place has a really amazing views and lots of perks that we enjoyed during our stay. Check-in was clear and easy and I appreciated the access to the property owner, if needed, via text. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our little dog and the outdoor patio was nice to enjoy. The hot tub was a great little amenity to enjoy after a hike. A few great restaurants are not too far, like Black Bird Cafe, and Switchback Bbq, that made for great meals. Perfect if you are attending a concert at Red Rocks or you just want to enjoy living the small mountain town livin’. The space was clean, and the vibe was super cute with art work by the owner and various gemstones and crystals on display through out the house. The shower was a bit of a learning curve because it’s one of those awesome rain shower head, showers, but once we figured it out, it was awesome and the view from the shower is nice. The bed, in the main bedroom, had a very thick memory foam topper and we thought it was the best sleep we have had, away from home. We are excited to return to this space for future trips.

It was a cute little property with lots of privacy. Everything was clean, very comfortable, and cozy. Our hosts were great and very responsive!

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Evergreen over the weekend. It's a good location that's walkable to a good BBQ and ice cream place in little downtown Kittredge, and just a 5-10 min drive to Evergreen. The kitchen could use a few more supplies and it gets pretty warm on a hot day without AC, but it worked well for a few nights!

The renter was very nice!! Disappointed in the house. Walked it and his with strong animal odor, extra blankets were covered with dog hair, dog barking at 11 pm, chickens next door. We were unable to stay the last night due to sons allergies to dog odor. We take blame here for not being more thorough in our decision process.

Kayla and Nick did an exemplary job accommodating us. They were both extremely helpful and even offered to give us a ride home from a show at red rocks one night. Their mountain home is the perfect place for anyone trying to enjoy some good old fashioned nature and peace and quiet. Would def stay again!

We had plans in the mountains as well as in the city, this was a nice central location. Nice, big, inflatable hot tub. Enjoyed that several times, as well as the great view of the mountain neighborhood. Our nine year old really loved the host’s dog, who was very friendly. Prompt communication from host when we had questions and they gave us several suggestions of things to do nearby. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Last but not least, the shower is amazing!
