On challenging side- noisy air conditioning system that disturb day and night. Place is listed for eleven people.
Nine sleep comfortably but ten is already too many.

4 Generations from 3-72 years old. We all had a great time. The kitchen was very well stock with all things for cooking and eating. Lots of towels and blankets. Very clean and comfortable. The host was extreme helpful. Thank you Kellie. We would defiantly recommend this place.

The place is so nice. We enjoyed going out in the kayaks, John boat, and surprisingly the big mat float. Never used one before, but man do I recommend throwing that bad boy out on the water and just kick back. The fishing would probably be great in spring but it’s not great in 90 degree summer heat. It’s very very shallow all around the house, 8 inches in some places. So if you try the fishing in the summer, your best bet is early morning or at night. And don’t even try to bring a boat up to the dock. It’s just way too shallow. We even got the John boat stuck. But overall great house. Kellie was super easy to get ahold of and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The first picture in the listing shows you everything you need to know about the property... the setting is incredible. So private, on a peninsula, with multiple options to enjoy the water.
We didn't have much success fishing off the dock, but the water is shallow and it was 95+ degrees. We enjoyed the kayaks and the floating "island". We weren't able to use the Jon Boat but Kellie had some great tips to make it work for us (bring a spare battery on the boat and always have an extra charging). She provides so much for us to use to enjoy the property - life jackets, floats, kayaks, the firepit (with a few stacks of firewood ready to go on the property). The shaded dock provided much-needed cover for those of us not wanting to get roasted in the sun. The water around the dock was VERY shallow - two feet deep in some places (and two inches deep on the sand bar straight in front). Not the best for fishing but very good for safe water play.
The houses - an A frame and an Octagon - initially bring a slightly mocking smile due to how dated/unusual they are... but they just add to the charm of the place. AND they are updated and decorated so beautifully. The bedroom upstairs has such a warm/cozy feel! There are multiple outdoor seating options with very comfortable cushions. And the outdoor lighting at night just add to the ambiance! She has the decorator's "touch"!
And Kellie - she was the most helpful, communicative, hands-on manager I've ever dealt with. 3000 stars!

The igloo/bunk house was a hit for the kids to have their own space. Boat dock was large and a central point for fun. Water in this area is shallow but an issue. Swimed, fished and kayaked

Love this property. Water surrounds front and sides. Very nice dock. Well stocked with things for one to use during there stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice comfortable beds. The igloo in the back is a nice addition if you need more space. Long drive for ample parking. (Do be mindful if going in the water, some spots are not deep so don't dive) Peaceful, beautiful place, we did not want to leave.

Had a wonderful visit with our children and their families. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved that the dogs could roam without worrying about neighbors.
Felt right at home with access to most anything.

Our three-generation family enjoyed this home for a week vacation. The igloo and main house gave us plenty of sleeping arrangements & combinations. The home is well-provisioned with kayaks, life jackets, & lake floats. We enjoyed the games & puzzles too. The boat dock is a wonderful place to sit & read, or watch the kids play. The water around the house is quite shallow. (Kids under 10 were able to stand up.) Made it great for the kids & kayaks, but not as much for adults to go swimming.
Kellie was wonderfully responsive, informative & helpful.
Cell phone coverage was good. Wi-fi was a bit slow, especially for streaming video, loading photos, & with a large group. It was fine for vacation, but might be a challenge if trying to work remotely.
We rented a pontoon boat from the marina & enjoyed swimming in the deeper waters further out. Highly recommend renting a pontoon. BUT bringing it all the way to the house is quite an adventure with the incredibly LOW BRIDGE (had to recline seats & duck down low) & then navigating the water channels by the boat dock took some getting used to. If the water level is high, consider leaving the boat at the other marina on the other side of the low bridge & driving back & forth.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Our family had a wonderful time kayaking, fishing, and just relaxing on the dock. There was so much fun stuff to do outside that we rarely made it inside! My husband even commented about how the tv was rarely on. Your home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful setting for families
This was an ideal set-up for our group which consisted of four women and a young family. We were able to be seperate and together. My great nieces enjoyed the loft in the igloo. The new dock is beautiful and will be better when the ladder is installed. We used the nearby recreation area to go kayaking for ease of getting in and out. The first floor of the A-frame and the igloo are accessible without climbing stairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Peaceful location
Overall we enjoyed the property. The guests before us left some damage but much of it we knew upon our arrival. We were able to extend our original booking which came in handy because it rained most of the week but we had a few nice days during our “extra” time. The internet is not great which isn’t problematic unless you are trying to work remotely. The house is cozy and the beds are comfy. Great setup for multiple families. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, lake access with great covered dock.
The homeowner, Kellie, is amazing! We booked in late January and she was gracious in answering our many questions and providing us a lot of information about the house and surrounding area. As a former property manager myself, Kellie went over and beyond in every interaction and she was always prompt in her responses.
We had some issues/concerns upon our arrival and she responded quickly to try to resolve them. She had a maintenance person at the house within an hour and a half of us ending our conversation. It was a holiday weekend and he was very nice and made our stay more comfortable.
We spent 80% of our outdoor time enjoying the new dock which offers a covered area with ceiling fans. We had a group of seven and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy both the sun and shade.
Thank you Kellie for sharing your home with us.
