This newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is at the World Tour Resort. In addition to a location overlooking re-creations of some of the world's greatest golf holes, it is extremely convenient to other area courses, including River Oaks just a half-mile away. Other nearby courses include Moorland, Parkland, Heathland, Myrtle Beach National, Pine Lakes and Whispering Pines. Accommodations feature full kitchen, outdoor pool, Wi-Fi and more. Just minutes from the beach, 100 shops of Tanger Outlet Center and the many attractions of Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are also within 6 miles. 10 miles from Coastal Carolina University.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath is stocked with towels, wash cloths, sheets, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent, paper towels, a blow dryer, an iron and more.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bathroom, 2 night stands, a dresser, a flat screen tv and a closet.

Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds, access to the main bathroom from with in the room, 1 night stand, a dresser, a flat screen tv and a closet.

If you are traveling with a baby there is a pack and play for you to use.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alicia's property. Even though it was a short stay for us, the home had everything we needed. We don't play golf, however overlooking the golf course was nice and peaceful. The pool is directly across from the building and looked great, but we didn't get a chance to use it. The decor in the home is warm and cozy and makes you feel like you're home away from home. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

This development has good access to a wide variety of grocery and convenience shopping and to good, casual dining as well as fast-food outlets. There is ample parking. The building is in good repair and had an elevator, making move-in easy. This unit is nicely appointed and seemed to be well-stocked for short stays of just a few days. We stayed for 5 weeks and had everything we needed to eat-in. There is a full set of pots and pans as well as baking ware, all in good condition. There are 12 plates and bowls, several smaller dishes, equivalent numbers of cutlery/flatware, seemingly endless mugs and glassware, and cleaning supplies. The bathrooms were likewise well stocked with towels. The host was responsive (and patient!) as we learned the new-to-us keypad entry system. When we had questions or any small issues, she addressed them quickly. Before we arrived, we asked whether there was a Keurig coffee maker, just so we would know for stocking coffee. The host bought a new unit for our stay. Super impressed. We also enjoyed the balcony - it's private and large enough for comfortable seating.

We were moving our child into College at CCU and needed a place to stay for a few days. The condo was beautifully decorated and central to everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool or golf but the both looked great. Our stay was quiet and relaxing, perfect place to come back and relax after busy days of dorm shopping and setting up! The host was very nice and responsive to my questions. I would 100% recommend!

Condo was just as advertised. Close to everything. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. Communication with the owner Alicia was very easy and answered us right away when ever we had to ask any questions. We were so sad our stay was short but will definitely be back!

This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. It's on the 3rd floor & in a very quiet area(we felt very safe staying here). The host, Alicia, was a dream to work with..very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was so nice and comfortable, we felt like we were home. Alicia was so easy to work with and communicated with us, checking to make sure everything was good. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in since coming to Myrtle Beach. You won't be disappointed.

We booked this location for our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach. The condo was so nice and clean and inviting. The owner was kind enough to call me and walk me thru how to work the door lock. She reached out throughout the week to see how we were doing. The owner thought of anything one might need. We were right across from the pool which our kids used everyday. The condo is only a short drive from the beach so it’s nice to have the quietness but still be close to the activities. We watched the golfers and even a turtle on the course. Overall we had an amazing stay at the condo and are already planning to book again next year! I have already recommended this location to others who are planning a visit.

We were in town for baseball at The Ripken Experience. This place was only a couple miles away with easy access to and from the condo to the fields. Alicia was outstanding with her communication for the check-in process and directions to the condo. She provided the information a few days in advance and was equally as great with the check out process. We also had a couple of questions during our stay, and again Alicia was gracious and prompt with her responses. This unit is as advertised. We would 100% stay here again if we travel to Myrtle Beach!

This condo was perfect for our extended stay in Mrytle Beach. It was very comfortable, updated and had all the ammenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The views from the balcony were amazing; especially the evening sunsets over the 18th fairway at World Tour. The condo was close to many public golf courses, restaurants, beaches, shopping and all the attractions Mrytle Beach has to offer! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accomodating. Great inground pool and gym right across from unit. We've stayed in Mrytle before and loved staying at this place! We visited this property for a volleyball tournament and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find the property, “key in”, and get settled. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. It was also very quiet at night. We will definitely come back when in Myrtle Beach again

Words are not enough to state how much me and my dog enjoyed our vacation at Alicia's home! She really thought of evert detail that one might need during their stay, right down to reading glasses. lol The overall decor and paint colors made the place feel homey and relaxing, great for decompressing from life stressors. I stayed 3 weeks and would have stayed longer because it was so calmful. Alicia was available at a seconds notice. Very friendly and professional, always asking if I needed anything that she could provide during my stay, I didn't because she already had everything in place. I will definitely return for another get away! I miss the Golfer's! Thank you Alicia :)

First off, communication with the owner was exceptional. Very quick to respond with very helpful info. Checking in and out was a breeze. The place was very comfortable and very clean. It was easily accessible for an elderly adult with limited mobility. Cost was reasonable, we would consider staying here again!
