About this house rental
**The home has three video cameras. One on the back porch, one at the front door, and one at the garage entrance. These are for security purposes.
**Due to weather the pool is NOT in use and is covered during the fall and winter months. October - April. During the summer months. The pool IS in use and to be enjoyed from Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on the weather. As you enter, you will find all the comforts of home with many extras. In the pub room, there is a great photo wall with a ring light and grass backdrop to pose with. This room has a wood-burning fireplace to sit and enjoy if you find yourself inside due to one of our famous Tennessee storms.
The living room has a large cozy leather sofa to cuddle up on and enjoy the large TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You can prepare a wonderful meal on our induction stove and a drip coffee pot. There is an ice maker and a large refrigerator and pantry to store your personal items. Enjoy our "Pay it forward" condiments in the fridge.
The 4 bedrooms are all on the second floor. The master bedroom has a large King size bed and a cozy oversized reading chair in front of the bay window with a beautiful view. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds with firm yet soft mattresses and many pillows to feel nice and comfy. The lamps are USB for charging devices.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed and two charging lamps.
The fourth bedroom is my favorite decor; the four-poster antique bed is just stunning! You will find this cozy room to be one to completely relax in. The ceiling fan blowing fresh air on you as you retreat to the very private room and just exhale.
Moving up the second staircase you will find the recreation room with a beautiful and very comfy sectional sofa and an extra chair. This room serves as a great place to play a classic vinyl record, a game of darts, ping pong, a board game, or just hang out and watch the game! This room has a secondary air conditioning system.
The backyard: It's a "WOW!" The screened-in porch offers a lovely place to relax with your morning coffee. You will most likely see deer moving about. This room has a dining alfresco element and is a wonderful place for that evening drink after a long day of lake life or city life. The perfect way to begin or end the day.
There is a fire ring with Adirondack chairs right at the edge of the lush grass yard where you can roast marshmallows. There is a barbecue for a quick grilled dinner, Play a little game of corn hole while grilling, or just enjoy the sun deck. Across the grass, the yard is the private clear blue swimming pool with a sun deck. You can play pool games or just lay on the chaise lounge soaking up the sun. Pool towels are provided.
We know you will love this home as much as we do. There is something for everyone!

My family and I enjoyed ourstay at this house, it was very spacious, nice, and comfortable.

Property was as described in the listing. Our kids liked the bonus room and the big bean bags in there - that was their hang out.
The furnishings in the house were nice and comfortable.
The appliances worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Be sure to check the pantry and spice rack (next to the oven) before grocery shopping as many of the things you may think you need could already be there.
I loved the blue sitting chair in the master bedroom - that is where I started each day reading and watching the yard for deer (they are everywhere!)
About 30 mins to Opry area and about 30ish mins to Downtown depending on where you are going.
Kroger is a short and pretty drive down the road.
The outside of the home could use some TLC.
Despite the weather we had while visiting we still took advantage of the pool and hot tub to use. Plenty of beach towels provided. No floats or toys for the pool - so plan accordingly.
Communication with the host was easy and prompt.

Very nice neighborhood.No complaints with the house.Lots of deer….they would hang out in the backyard and it was so peaceful to sit on the porch and watch them.We would definitely stay there again.

The house was just as stated on VRBO. Clean, easy access. The pool was wonderful, but what we enjoyed most was waking up to see the deer, rabbit, squirrels and even a groundhog in the back yard. Will reserve again I am sure.

Property was very clean, but the outlets didn't work in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms for the entire time we stayed there. Kind of inconvenient for must of us charging phones and other electronics either in the bathrooms or downstairs entirely. They responded quickly to messages on Vrbo regarding the issue, and said they would come to the property to check it out if we were ok with it. I told them that was fine. I never heard anymore. I don't think they came to the property because the issue wasn't resolved.
A light would be nice by the pool. The alarm on the sliding door was excessive.
The bride enjoyed her time here that is what mattered.

We were staying for a travel softball tournament. The pool was nice for cooling off after a long day at the fields and the neighborhood was safe and nice. Close proximity to stores and a short drive to Broadway. The owner even came by and put a salt block out so there was deer every morning and evening.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the closeness to the grocery store, ease of getting into Hendersonville and downtown Nashville. We enjoyed nights on the porch and dips in the pool at hot tub. We had so much fun playing ping pong and taking group photos with the fun ring light. We would definitely stay here again! Oh…and loved all the deer we saw nightly! So cool.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and neighborhood was really nice. Close enough to Nashville for us adults one night, but a great spot for the whole family to relax and enjoy the pool and the back porch. Thank you for sharing your home!

In general, this is a lovely property when speaking of the interior and neighborhood. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has newer appliances. There is also a lot of space to spread out (3 rooms with couches). This was great for last minute wedding preparations, gift wrapping, steaming, etc...
It was VERY hard, though, to get used to the alarm on the sliding door to the porch. That drove everyone in our group crazy and was a very disruptive nuisance! Wondering why just having an alarm on the pool area isn't enough?
Unfortunately, there were a few other things that weren't what we expected during our stay. I did reach out to Raychel when things came up, and she was pretty quick to respond. The owner stopped by too. They did what they could with the systems they had, but we were just overall disappointed with the 2 areas we planned to spend the most time (the pool and screened porch).
The picture in the listing shows a clean, oval-looking pool. It was a circle with a very worn out deck (including chipping paint, a rickety ladder, hornets ), and greenish water. Maintenance treatment/cleaning didn't really rectify the water color as there was visible algae on day 4. Shocking, covering and more TLC are needed.
Additionally the screened porch had electrical issues and ceiling fans/lights that did not work. Didn't hang out there near as much as we had hoped either. Maybe both of these issues were the result of a storm coming through, but we were just bummed.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool and making s’mores over the fire pit. It was a good house for a family. Recommend.

My family and I wanted a place that was near Nashville, TN but not with the noise and stress of the city environment to celebrate my anniversary. We loved the house, the quietness of the area, and enjoyed watching the deer in the neighborhood. The stairs provided us with some amazing family pictures, as well as the front room with the Nashville sign. I lost my husband October 2022, and we were all about making memories, so I'm glad to have had the opportunity to continue making memories while staying at this beautiful home. The house accommodated our group of people! Plenty of amenities and space for all to enjoy. The neighborhood was beautiful! It’s 30 minutes from downtown and we loved staying outside the city. We enjoyed the full kitchen & the screened patio to sit on and enjoy the view.

Overall, this house is beautiful and a great size for a group. But, my family booked it because it had 5 bathrooms listed on the page. We thought that was a great perk for a girls weekend with 10 adult women. We were very surprised at check in to only find 2 1/2 bathrooms. The owners asked that we send a message instead of calling (unless it was an emergency), so I sent a message when we checked in, inquiring about the bathroom numbers. The owner responded the next morning stating that the listing had a glitch and she wasn't sure why it had the wrong number. The listing was then changed to 3 bathrooms (closer, but still not quite correct). The pool was also unusable. It was so green and cloudy that we could not see the bottom of the pool She said that her husband had worked on the pool the previous day, but he would come by and get it right. Unfortunately, the pool was never usable. We were gone most of the day, so we didn't see anyone attend to the pool, but it stayed green and had a layer of soot/algae on the bottom of the pool and steps.
The house itself was beautiful, but my group was disappointed in not being able to use the pool throughout the weekend.

The property and neighborhood was very nice! Easy commute to Nashville! Overall my larger group enjoyed our stay. There was plenty for us to do without being on top of each other. Would book again and love to visit/stay in this area again!

This is a spacious home, great for enjoying some family time. We saw deer wandering through the neighborhood every day. A wide variety of restaurants are within a few miles of this home.

Amazing Time on our First Girl Cousins Trip
The property was beautiful, the pool was amazing. There were 7 women on our trip and we had plenty of space. We LOVED the selfie set up in the living room and had so much fun. The drive to downtown was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Owner was awesome but property manger not so good
Was advertised as a 5 bath house turned out to be a 2.5 bath so with 4 teenage girls and 4 adults it turned out really hard to coordinate showers because we are a travel softball team that was in town for a tournament so only 2 showers really sucked since I specifically searched for a house with at least 4 bathrooms

Spacious, conveniently located and provides both indoor and outdoor activities when you just want to spend time with family and friends. Our host was great and the property had everything needed to enjoy a brief family reunion. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful house and property!
We came with a group of 4 couple all in our fifties to celebrate my girlfriends 50th birthday. The house was really spacious, clean, and exactly what we were looking for.

Golf and Broadway
Very clean property. It was located close to the golf courses we had tee times at and also close to downtown Nashville. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood and we also saw deer everyday as they strolled by the house. We had a great time and were very pleased.

Nice property, some malfunctions.
Property was nice but the malfunctions we experienced, that couldn’t be corrected during our stay, were disappointing for the price. I expected things in working order. I think that most (if not all) of the issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. I don’t wish to list the complaints here so you can reach out to me privately.

Lovely stay in a lovely home!! The screened porch and jacuzzi tub were my favorite. Of course, the kids loved the pool and game room. Just a lovely, refreshing time away for our family. Thank you so much!
