Good place to stay….location worked for me. The first night there was not on person visible on the premises, which was a weird experience. Not five stars due to noise and limited on premise parking

We stayed at this location before and thought it was just ok. We decided to stay again this time due to the location and we love one of the restaurants in the east parking lot. The location is right across the beach. 6 min walk 3 if you get a red light on the PCH. The beach is nice not crowded and a good spot to hand out and watch the sunset. Staff was helpful and friendly. Although we didn’t use they have a cute little sitting area with a microwave and cups/plates etc. The room we stayed in this time was smaller, but cleaner and the bed was a lot more comfortable. Downside our room was right above the entrance door and we heard sliding of the front door all night. The wall are VERY VERY thin we could hear every word and then some of the next door neighbors. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were jumping off their bed with the pounding/stomping. So if you don’t mind the noise, and want a great location for reasonable price. This is a good choice.

The ad describing the property describes an apartment. You are led to believe it has a living room and a kitchen. It DOES NOT!!! It is a single old hotel room. The sondra company does this at many locations. It is NOT what you think it is.

We loved it! The beach was not crowded and was a really short walk away. The location and room were beautiful and they even gave us complimentary coffee for our room, like a hotel. The staff was very helpful, as well! The bed was very comfortable!

Inadequate storage space. Noisy bathroom fan. Inadequate lighting. Window coverings falling off windows. Garbage from previous guest under the bed. Noisy parties going all night in other rooms.

All 5 stars across the board except for onsite staff communications. Literally no way of contacting property. Even corporate had to leave msgs in order to correspond over a lost and found item.

I had rented a place in Huntington Beach to take my husband for his birthday so that we can go to the band surf opening and when we got there the whole hotel was under construction there were no guests at the hotel and nobody knew what we were talking about it was a complete construction zone my husband had to walk around and find some lady that told us that there were no guests at this particular location in Huntington Beach that everybody was being sent down to Newport Beach Newport Beach was a lot farther than I had expected to be and we were not able to go to the band's opening because we were so far away it really destroyed the whole weekend and then the place they sent us to was dirty and nasty

We loved our stay! So close to the beach and very clean. We did get into our room I cleaned from the last stay but they cleaned it for us in 30 minutes.
