We travelled to Orange for the Lonely Mountain Ultra race from Brisbane.
This place was perfect for us!
Exactly as advertised, cosy, clean and warm.
The location is great, a quiet street and an easy walk into town.
It is a lovely safe yard for dogs.
I can’t recommend Lindy and her lovely place highly enough!

Great for people and dogs!
We were two sets of couples in our 60s/70s and we wanted somewhere in Orange close to the city which would allow us and our two larger dogs to enjoy a couple of days in Orange. Lindy's place delivered in spades. It was close to the city so we could visit and enjoy coffee and meals (do yourself a favour and take yourself and your dog to the Union Bank Restaurant for dinner in the courtyard: they don't feed your dog but they do make your pooch feel welcome and the meals are fun and interesting) but quiet enough that you did not feel you were too close to the action. The house is immaculate and spacious enough that we did not feel we were living on top of one another as two couples travelling together sometimes do. The house is a beautful 1930s double brick home with tasteful extensions and modern amenities. The yard is enclosed and secure for dogs and the property is close to an enclosed dog park and some very pleasant green space for walks. Lindy was prompt at managing inquiries and had a wealth of suggestions for things to do in and around Orange. Lake Canobolas is a lovely spot for a walk with your hound. All up, we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful comfortable home and amazing host
A big thank you to Lindy for us stay at her beautiful home. Her home had everything that we could have wanted and more and Lindy was the perfect host.
Lindy’s home was clean, comfortable and spacious and perfect for my friends and I (3 couples) and my 2 year old corgi. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and other belongings. The kitchen was well equipped and Lindy generously provided us milk, bread, a range of cereal and a bottle of wine. The dining area was perfect for a warm cup of tea and breakfast in the morning. The lounge room was really cosy and comfortable with the added bonus of an amazing massage chair (one of the best we’ve tried)! The dining and lounge area at the back was perfect for dinner, drinks and board games in the evenings. The backyard was fully enclosed with plenty of sun and space for my dog to run around and play fetch.
