- This 2-story home offers step-free entry. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require stairs to access. There is a sleeping accommodation and full bathroom located on the 1st floor
- Because there is no fence around the pool, this property may not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is recommended
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $25/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- Heated pool temperature is dependent on the ambient air temperature. Please note that from November through early February, the pool may not be able to get to a temperature greater than 74-76 degrees
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras. 1 camera is mounted on the wall adjacent to the front door, facing the pathway to the front door. 1 camera is mounted on the patio, facing the gate entering the backyard. 1 camera is mounted on the patio, facing the exterior grilling area. 1 camera is mounted above the grotto, facing the pool equipment. 2 cameras are attached to the front of the home facing the driveway and parking areas. 1 camera is mounted on the back of the house facing the pool area to ensure the number of pool users doesn’t exceed the number listed on the reservation. The cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence
