This is a premium, 1,425 square foot suite with an unbelievable view of Las Vegas. This luxury rental is fully equipped and perfect for individuals or small groups who want the true Vegas experience. It is in the 4-Star rated resort, Signature at MGM.
The one bedroom and studio combination have 2 king-sized beds and 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas
Each suite has its own kitchenette. The master kitchen comes with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, flattop stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Dishes, cookware, and small appliances are available by request at the front desk at the time of check-in.
The master bathroom in the studio and one bedroom unit is complete with a walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
The property is walking distance to Planet Hollywood and TopGolf! Our guest will also have access to the amenities at MGM Grand including the pools, gym, fine dining establishments, and lively bars.

• A $200 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card.

• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request

This is our second stay at the MGM Signature Suites. We love this location since we are either out until sunrise, or home sleeping. No casinos needed! I actually prefer a location that is not home to a casino. The little deli in Tower 2 has the most delicious cheese steaks! Yum. Great stay and we would stay here again. Excellent value!

Overall, property was really nice. I realize that the owner probably does not have anything to do with this, but, I will say that the toiletries, meaning toilet paper, tissues and paper towels were the lowest possible quality you could find. it was quite a hike from tower 3 to the strip. I will still give this place a 5 star.

The place was outstanding. We had 4 adults and two teenage boys. Everybody was impressed with the penthouse. The place was ready for us early and customer service was great!

The rooms were clean and the communication with management was good but the kitchens lacked adequate supplies (bowls, sufficient cups, regular sized coffee maker, etc). The location was great and met our needs.

Overall, extremely clean…..except for the carpet. It needed a shampoo but this was not a game changer. I thought that the rooms would be connected, but the were actually two separate rooms. Would have preferred the former. Wonderful bathrooms, great location, balcony added to the experience. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Extremely satisfied. Thank you!

We LOVED staying here. Loved how the rooms connected by the outside foyer and we could use the same key to get into both rooms. Wish there were more towels but other than that- no complaints! 10/10 recommend.

If you want a fabulous accommodation that is not in the middle of a casino, this a great choice. It is a close walk to anywhere you’d like to go on the strip. We had 2 adjoining rooms with a terrific view of the strip. Quiet and very clean. We will definitely stay here next trip to Vegas!!

This was perfect for our family of 4 to stay at for spring break! The views were spectacular! Not far from the strip. Loved how there was a connecting walkway thru the 3 towers to the MGM. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend getting more utensils, cups and plates for kitchen area.

We loved having two units so with three bathrooms total for 6 adults. There were lots of positives: great bathrooms and kitchenettes. Units seemed very clean. Beautiful balcony view. Negatives: check in took over 1.5 hours. It was ridiculously long. The units really need updated furniture and carpet. It’s starting to look tired, and could be amazing with updates. Location was way too far from strip for my group, but perfect for those who would like more quiet. Tower 3 is farthest walk from mgm grand also. I would’ve rated much higher if furniture and carpet were updated. Lobby is beautiful. Also, lots of coffee, snacks, and breakfast nooks. Wolfgang Puck had amazing breakfast too!

We’ve stayed in the signature towers before as it gives us room to spread out and relax after a long day on the strip. The apartments have everything that’s needed — even a huge jacuzzi tub! Just be prepared for a long walk since it’s well behind the mgm casino!

We were in town for a work conference but also decided to make it a short family vacation. The building and amenities were great. The room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious with great views of the mountains and Vegas. We will definitely consider coming back here for the next visit!

Me and my girl quad stayed here 10 years ago for my FABULOUS FORTY birthday and were pleasantly happy that 10 years later the suite still met our needs. The 2 adjoining rooms with 3 bathrooms didn't disappoint. Yet, the units still have the same furniture and decor without ANY updates (DVR players, small 1-person coffee pots, and outdated/non-smart TVs). I'm surprised that these same items are referenced repeatedly in the various reviews and property management or OWNERS aren't addressing them. All in all, we still had an exciting time and would stay in the Stripviewsuites unit again in the future!

The suite was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi wasn't working the first night but they got it fixed and it was fine after that. The location was good as it was close to the strip and the tram. We did have problems with the valet as they didn't have enough workers and would close randomly. One time it took an hour to check our car in for the valet.

Excellent experience. Everyone enjoyed the property and the stay. Needs more amenities included such as a broom, trash disposal instructions, and yes, larger coffee pot and cups (we called it Barbie coffee). The carpet was horrible for how nice the room was. Might want to consider alternate flooring options.

Nice property, as described, great location, nice amenities. The 2 units are separate, but connected via a vestibule off the main hallway. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, perfect size for our family. Thanks. As an aside.... There are 3 towers, this is the 3rd one. The front desk and valet were not available at tower 3 95% of our stay, so we had to go to tower 1 or 2 - which was somewhat annoying, but bearable. Also one night upon return to the property(10:30pm), the valet was closed and we were instructed to self park at the MGM which is not close. One parent with 3 tired young kids (ages 4, 6, 7)- it was less than ideal to not be able to valet and be forced to park so far away and have to walk at what did not seem that late at night.

The first night, upon returning from an event, we had to park at the MGM self park because Vrbo “complimentary” valet service was not available. It was a 20 minute walk back to the Signature Tower.

This was a perfect spot to pamper ourselves after hiking the Grand Canyon for a few days. It sleeps 7-8 OK, but the fold-out beds could be updated. They are sort of old. The unit could use larger and more coffee mugs and glasses. This is just an observation and overall the property was great. It was nice to have 2 separate but really connected suites. The bathrooms were very large and perfect for a large group of women who all had to get ready at the same time.

My 2 sisters and 1 cousin wanted a girls retreat and this was the perfect solution! We thoroughly enjoyed these suites connected with a common foyer. The four of us had plenty of room to gather together, catch up with each other and plan our adventures. The monorail was so close and convenient to explore the strip that we did not need a car. The only recommendation we have is a larger coffee pot and the dining room chairs could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, perfect!

We were celebrating the college graduation of my second son. Spectacular views, plenty of room for the four of us, super clean, not too far, not too close from the MGM Grand Casino, which is very convenient... Too bad it was very cold during the days we stayed... so we weren't able to enjoy the super cool pools and the lazy river at MGM Grand. I will definitely come back to this place.
