Location in-between Naramata and Penticton is sweet! The outdoor seating areas and outdoor bbq area is enjoyable and well designed. Traffic noise is inevitable but bearable. Lots of space. Well appointed kitchen. Great communication with the host, and easy check in and out. Recommended and would stay again!

Fantastic location on the Naramata Bench making for easy access to the numerous wineries. Leanne is a great hostess and very responsive to questions about property and local amenities. The property easily accommodated 3 adult families with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy our wine purchases. Great venue and hostess.

Set up perfectly for 3 couples and we never even used the entire 2 bedroom basement. Excellent location between Penticton and Narmada. Gives you so many destinations within 10 mins - KVR railway, numerous wineries, fast trips to Pickelball in Naramata, beaches or dinners in Penticton.
This house has an incredible outdoor patio with 3 seating areas - be it outdoor dinners for 6 or more by the huge BBQ/outdoor kitchen or hanging around the fire pit at night. Great views and sunsets. Love the misting system for the hot afternoons. Yes, You can hear the road traffic but we were never there during the day, it died down by 5 pm and night time was quiet. Huge lawn areas if you want to play games.
Inside the house, they have it so well stocked, there was not a thing missing. Bathrooms were well set up and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Huge kitchen with massive island. Easy space with many areas to hang, arm chairs in living room were the perfect place to hang with your book.
Love this place. Owners were very attentive. Highly recommend.

We were staying at Jeff and Leeanne’s Cottage for the second time in the last year. We loved it all over again to stay in their spaces home. We really enjoyed the additional space in the basement which our kids appreciated a ton as well as all the room in the yard. We had a lot of amazing bbq’s on the deck with stunning sunsets and sunrises. It only took about 5 mins to get to Manitou Park/Beach which we spend a lot of time at. We stopped at a bunch of wineries for wine tasting due to them being so close with also awesome views. It is so easy to come to this place and feel like home because it has everything and more from appliances to furniture. A huge plus for us adults is the kings size beds :).

Our stay at Leeanne and Jeff’s cottage in Naramata was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious and impeccably clean, providing us with all the comforts we needed. One of the highlights of our stay at Leeanne and Jeff’s cottage was the barbecue area. There’s something truly magical about cooking under the starry Naramata sky, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish for a long time.
The cottage’s location was a dream, with a stunning view of the lake right from our doorstep. It was also conveniently close to the local wineries, making it easy for us to explore the region’s fantastic wines. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to the nearby beach, which was a perfect way to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Naramata.
Leeanne and Jeff were excellent hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naramata, and we highly recommend their cottage to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

We spent a week in Naramata with close access to beaches, wineries and Penticton. The house was spacious and comfortable and would definitely return. Loved the patio misters as it was hot and great views of the lake and of a late night lightning storm mid week.

Great Place for Families with Kids
We had a great trip.
The place worked very nicely for our family with 5 youngsters playing around the yard that circled the house and had easy access to all the wineries in Naramata. There were a few minor items that needed attention but the host was responsive and professional.

Great property for group getaway
We spent 2 weeks enjoying this property with a mix of family and friends (including toddler/kids). The house is very well equipped, lots of kitchen supplies, great selection of indoor/outdoor toys for kids, all the towels/beach towels/etc you could ever need.
The outdoor space is really amazing for sunny days - some highway noise during the day, but we had several lovely nights sitting at the fire table.
Kitchen is a big size and there wasn't anything significant missing that we needed. Bedrooms are well appointed with good (big!) beds, two full bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The casita is great for those wanting a touch of personal space.
Finally, Leeanne was very easy to communicate with - we had a struggle with one of the keypad locks and she managed to remotely sort it out quickly. She was timely and helpful with any questions.
We would definitely stay in this area of the Naramata Bench again - only 10-15 min into the heart of Penticton, and SO MANY wineries to choose from nearby!

Amazing place for family time
We stayed here for two weeks in May, just as the wineries were starting to open up for tastings again. The property is as beautiful as the photos and has everything you might need to make it feel like home. It's in a great location, among many wineries, and just a few minute drive from both the town of Naramata and Penticton. There were toys and books for our 4 year old, and the cottage was perfect for bringing along grandparents.
Leeanne is a 5 star host - she provided clear instructions, was highly responsive and made check in/out super easy. Before we left we were already looking at whether we could come back in September! Highly recommend this property for families.

Naramata Wine Cottage with Guest House
The property was ideal for a family vacation. The two children commandeered the Guest House and the three adults stayed in the main cottage. The location is private, quiet and the home is extremely well equipped. The children were enthralled by the fact that we were within 20 minutes of excellent beaches. Although we did not take the opportunity to enjoy tastings, there are multiple wineries within very close proximity to the property.
Enough cannot be said about the owner. LeeAnne was extremely prompt in replying to queries and very interested in seeing that her guests remained happy.
Our eldest grandson ranked the vacation as a solid 6 out of 5, in no small part to his accommodation in the Guest House.

Great couples getaway
We had 3 couples stay at the property, it was very clean and comfortable for us. The outdoor space was great with lake views. Lots of amazing meals out on the deck and BBQ cook ups outside. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens were well equipped. Everyone appreciated having king size beds with comfortable mattresses and bathrooms we didn’t have to share. Some of us had to work remotely and we were happy with the high speed internet.
We visited the beach, KVR trail and lots of wineries. The location here was great for all 3. We’ll stay again, perfect couples getaway!
