We stayed here over Christmas holiday to go skiing and it was the perfect base for our vacation. The place was very clean, had plenty of space for our family of four and was well equipped. The garage and storage locker were perfect for getting loaded to hit the ski hill and the location was great, close to restaurants and the hills. In short it was perfect.

Stayed two nights and overall enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and looked brand new. The only thing I would point out is that overnight parking around Dillon is sparse and there’s only one garage space designated for the condo. The condo did have paper permits you could fill out to use and park in the outside lot though.

The location was perfect- walking distance to shops and restaurants and most importantly, beautiful Lake Dillon. Close to grocery, outlet mall, and I-70. My friend and I really enjoyed staying in your condo. Great location. Loved being able to park inside a garage. The beds were super comfortable.
Only Con: Our flight was delayed getting into Denver airport. A welcomed package with coffee and bottled water would have been nice. Also we got really warm in condo, even though we lowed the temp on the thermostat, the temperature inside the condo did not change. We had to open the sliding door to let in some cooler air.

We were in town to see 2 shows at the Dillon Amphitheater. The condo was in walking distance of the venue and downtown. There is no A/C in this unit, but the evenings were cool enough to be able to leave the windows open and get a breeze. The complex is new and the parking garage was easy to access. The unit is on the 2nd floor which was nice and there is a great porch that looks onto the mountains. The master bed mattress is definitely on the firm side so keep that in mind if you prefer a softer sleep. All in all, it was a great place to stay in Dillon!

We loved the area and the place is so well maintained. Super clean and updated. Only negative was that there was a small hole in the screen door to the patio. I wanted to leave the door open with the screen closed to let air in (bc it’s hot and like most places there is no AC). But there was always this neighbor’s cat in front of it and I was afraid it would sneak in! And I’m not a fan of cats. So I would have to put a large pillow in front of the screen door just to make sure the cat didn’t go inside.

We rented this beautiful condo for my daughters sunrise wedding at Loveland Pass Lake and were very, very happy with our choice. Easy instructions and access to property and was perfectly appointed. It was clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, unlike most hotel stays. The pictures reflected the property well and we had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Beautiful mountains views and a short walk to Lake Dillon right around the bend. We loved it and would definitely rent this again!

We would stay again
We had a wonderful time staying at this property for our first visit to Colorado. There are many restaurants and outdoor activities nearby. It was a short drive to snowmobile in Vail and tube at Copper Mountain. We also cross country skied at the Frisco adventure Center and found several hills for sledding. The property had everything we needed and more! We only wish we had been able to stay longer– maybe next time!

Quiet, Comfortable Condo in a Great Neighborhood
We really love this condo. It's clean, quiet, well-equipped, and in a nice neighborhood. Walkable to some great Dillon favorites (Arapaho Cafe and Pug Ryans), as well as the paved trail around the lake. (Walk over in the early morning and take in the mist over the lake while the sun shines on the mountain peaks. Breathtaking!) Check in/check out couldn't be easier, and the management company is excellent to work with. I highly recommend this place!

Great Condo in a Fantastic Location!
We loved this condo so much that we're staying again this next week! My husband has been working on and off in Dillon, and hands down, this is his favorite place he's stayed. This place is exactly as described, super clean, new furniture, and extremely comfortable bedding. Nice, walkable neighborhood close to local restaurants. Great communication, and easy check-in/check-out procedures. We highly recommend this condo.

Best Summer and Winter Condo!!!
This stay was great! I've visited with family and friends during both ski season and in the summer. The apartment is very up to date and has a modern, clean and new feel. I've stayed in many houses and condos throughout Colorado and the heated, underground garage parking and the personal storage unit is a MUST HAVE! They have a ski rack and space to park bikes - no need to drag them upstairs or lock them up outside. It's only 10 steps from the front door. The town of Dillon is perfect for a more relaxed visit - plus it's within 2 minute walking distance to the town's bars and the lake (as well as the bus stop).
The beds are all new and very comfortable - even the pull out couch. I've never seen anything like it! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone - it's perfect for all seasons and walks of life. It's the best and the only place I've booked multiple times (and will continue to re-visit).
