This was our 6th stay at this lovely property. So beautiful and peaceful. The property is always clean and inviting and the host is amazing. Its location is perfect! It’s in a quiet clean neighborhood but close to all the fun and the view is spectacular. We will return again and again!

Even though we had challenging weather, this home was perfect for our hikes on the Monument and visits to the Grand Basin. Terrific communication with the owner and house was impeccably clean. The decor is definitely circa 1970s, but it was comfy and perfect for our stay. Situated on the golf course, we were so fortunate to locate this gem.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable; the views were amazing. The stairs, due to the chairlift are narrow and plastic covered, which made our elderly parent nervous. If the chairlift worked, I’m sure the stairs would be no big deal. Overall, it is an excellent property.

Property is located near 1 Green on Tiara Rado Golf Club, with stunning views of the Monument. Played in a tournament at the Golf Club, so location was ideal. The only downside is the chair lift up the stairs, makes for difficulty navigating the stairs with luggage. Would certainly consider staying there again for future Golf events at Tiara Rado.

Property worked great for us, had a more roomy area to sit and play cards than most this size and the large deck overlooking the golf course off the master bedroom was a nice relaxing spot also.

We loved it. the swamp cooler was a bit difficult to get right. It's a clunky device, but did cool when needed. Unit was very well stocked and equipped with just about everything we could need. We would return here. Beautiful Upstairs TV was non functioning.

Wonderful spotless and very well kept spacious home with spectacular views. Kitchen was very well equipped and rooms very comfortable. Communication regarding arrival/departure with host was excellent. Convenient location close to hiking, biking, dining etc. Definitely recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Grand Junction. It's got the most fantastic view I've ever seen with the golf course and Colorado National Monument in the background.It's close to everything yet just far enough to be out of the busy traffic. We arrived to find the owner Tom had left us fresh banana muffins bottled water Keurig coffee and Pepsi. Wish more places we rented from in the past had done the same. Tom was very easy to deal with answered all questions and was very considerate to our needs. We certainly will stay there again.

The description and pictures were as “advertised. Was greeted with muffins and plenty of coffee pods.We arrived after dark but was alerted that the front light was on which was very helpful locating the condo. The view of the monument was gorgeous. This would also be a great stay in warmer weather as there are two patios and bbq. We would stay again.

The host welcomed us with a few pleasant additions. While the website does not tell, there is a city park a few-minutes walk away. There you'll find well marked trails for hiking or biking.

Great rental property for a 3-day stay in the area. Golfing close by, went to Monument National Park, lots of good restaurants to go to. We had everything we needed at the property and the view out the back was magnificent! It was a great stay!

The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 5 adults to spread out. The view of the mesa is absolutely stunning while the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. This was a perfect place to start out vacation and quite central to the national parks we visited. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable vacation stop!

The view from this VRBO is breathtaking. The home is well appointed and spacious. We had coffee every morning on the upper patio and every evening watched the stars come out....stunning. Tom the owner was extremely accommodating and such a nice guy. We will definitely plan a second stay on our next trip to Colorado.

We were out of our house due to a swamp cooler line breaking and flooding our house. The girls loved the back deck and playing golf with there uncle who lives just a few holes away. The views and spectacular. The place was clean and worked get for our family.
