This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is in a great location in the city close to a great food hall. Kitchen is good and the rooms are comfortable. One of the bedroom beds is quite small but still works for most. The house is not in disrepair at all, but could just use a new coat of paint in the halls and stairs. It would have been nice if the backyard had not been completely covered with leaves and debris. We were excited about the outdoor space but didn't use because we didn't want to have to clean it all off.

Check in was super easy. Owners were very courteous and informative!
The home was very clean and cute!

Easy check in, although I don’t think security system works as I did not disarm and nothing happened. Home decorated cute, only one tv in the house in main living room, home needs deep cleaned, kitchen drawers were a mess with only a few towels that were dingy, full drawer of Tupperware lids but no containers, only 2 coffee pods for Kureg which needed cleaned and new filter, dropped toy under couch and it was disgusting under there, everything sits really low to the ground ie toilets, beds, couch. Under bathroom counter wall and baseboards were very dusty, beds not very comfortable, need new bathroom towels & washcloths. And I’m still fighting with company and my financial institution as I was double charged for my complete stay and they both say it’s the others fault.

Great outdoor space, nice location.

I will definitely stay here again - this house felt like a well-kept home, with attention to detail everywhere you looked - beautiful natural light, plants, and personal touches. The first floor master and 2nd floor bedrooms made it easy for our group of 3 adults to have private space, while the kitchen/dining room/outdoor spaces were inviting for when we were together. The location can not be beat - an easy 1/2 mile or so to the Transfer Food Hall and Downtown. Hosts were responsive, and helpful when needed even for a basic thing.

Large space and nice outdoor space but outdoor fire pit wasn't working and host didn't get to it during our stay. The fire pit was one of the main reasons we booked the location.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just minutes from downtown, although a little too far to walk in the heat and storms.
We weren't able to use the outdoor space. I tried taking the covers off but it was quite messy and I quickly decided it wasn't worth it. I wish they had put a little more effort into the outdoor space being as clean and ready for us as the indoor space.
The pillows are the cheap, flat ones from Target and were very uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding were soft and lovely.
Checkout it as 10, which would have been fine if we weren't asked to strip all of the bedding and take out trash prior to checkout. I am happy to do that, I just wish checkout was at 11 so it was easier to get breakfast for my kids and not have been in such a hurry.
Overall, a nice stay.

Rented this house to visit my son who lives in Durham 40 minutes away in rush hr traffic but he wanted to explore more of Raleigh. We went to Sitti Lebanese restaurant, Parkside (southern food&huge portions), Lime≤mon Indian Grill for dinners. For lunch we went to his favorite Flying Saucer for amazing local on rap beers& great food. We also tried Raleigh Beer Garden, more beer choices but not as great food choices as Flying Saucer. Great long walks ( or biking) at Shelly Lake & Neuse River Trail. NC Museum of Art is awesome & free. Owner was great for info & initial problem w AC. House is very comfortable but be advised main bedroom upstairs has a full bed not a queen. Once my hubby arrived I let him have that&I stayed in next room w an even smaller bed. Otherwise amazing place!

Tons of road and neighborhood construction made it challenging to find at times.
Master bedroom mattress a little soft and lumpy for me.

The place was nice and clean. The house was on the smaller side, but easily fit 8 people inside. It is within a 15 minute walk from the Raleigh Convention Center. All in all, we really enjoyed this location and would highly recommend it.

beautiful stay
My 2 cousins and I stayed at this lovely property for 2 nights. The house is charming and the back patio area is perfect for visiting. We had everything we needed. Great selection of coffee, fluffy towels and bath needs, comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. Great location to the areas of town we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owners was easy and Mr. Garcia was very kind. We will definitely stay here again for the girl's get together and I will stay here again any time my husband and I are in Raleigh overnight. My cousins and I have all stayed in many Air B&B's and VRBO's. We are always thrilled to find a hidden gem like this! We highly recommend this A+ property!
