Excelente estancia

Estaba muy cómodas las camas y muy bonito el despertar por tanto canto de pajaritos por la vegetación del lugar, el check in fue muy rápido y te dan un mapa para la ubicación de las habitaciones. El servicio al cuarto muy rápido se me hizo y estaba rica la comida.

El carro en la mañana estaba lleno de excremento de pájaro, fue lo único malo.

El tamaño de las habitaciones y lo espacioso

No hubo agua caliente 4 de los 5 días de ma estancia y en uno, no hubo agua potable todo el día. Nunca me había tocado vivirlo en ningún hotel

Solo la ubicación

No había toallas, ni cobija, la pedí tres veces hasta que fui por ellas. Y no hay agua caliente en los cuartos. Por último había boda y la gente peleándose afuera de los dormitorios en la madrugada.

Hotel con instalaciones viejas, la atención de recepción es pésima, 5 días y aun no expiden facturas... La cama es super incomoda, el baño estaba desgastado, no recomiendo nada ese hotel

A few misses but we’d stay again 100% for sure

Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Wonderful bathroom. Beautiful grounds. Quiet.

Problems with first room but not hotels fault. 2nd room: door a bit warped so easy for mosquitoes and geckos to enter. Mosquitoes are inevitable but this made it harder to prevent their entry. My girls are very afraid of lizards so geckos easy entry was not good. Shower was cold water.

Beautiful photos online, but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. We had a mechanical issue with our vehicle and Brandon from the front desk and Carlito went above and beyond to help us out. We really appreciated their help.

The room was very dirty. The linens had blood on them, the mattress was very lumpy. The toilet had brown streaks in it that most likely could be solved with bleach. It is a tropical destination and I understand that the rooms are musty because of the weather, but as far as cleanliness goes there is no explanation other than lack of interest in keeping the rooms clean. We had an issue with the smoke detector beeping from low battery the minute we walked into the room, which is also an indicator that it had been a long time since anyone checked the room to make sure it was clean prior to assigning it to a guest. Luckily we only stayed one night. I would not recommend the hotel based on the status of the rooms.

the staff was very nice and helpful liked the food

there was cockroaches in both our rooms and we were only given 2 towels for 2 queen beds we had 3 people in one room and 2 in the other so not enough towels and they only came to one room each day so the other room had to get towels later because they would not go to other room

Staff was very friendly, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the shower head is high (plus for tall people), rooms are spacious, your own parking space close to room

Bed size (full), rooms need updates, advertised as a 5 star luxury hotel but missing a lot of the luxury feel. No comforter on the beds, needless to say it was a cold night. Room didn’t even have the prop to place your luggage.

In a very secluded spot in an otherwise busy area of town. Felt very safe and secure here. There is a good restaurant on site. Shout out to the cleaning staff who were very helpful.
