Welcome to the best pet friendly beach house experience in the Elliott Heads area. Bring your K9 best friends for a fabulous beach holiday (they are welcome inside and out). Huge ocean-facing deck. Fully refurbished in December 2021 with new bedding, linen, furniture, smart TVs, free wifi and all kitchen equipment and appliances and located in a quiet street at quaint Elliott Heads village. 100 metre walk to the sensational sandy Elliott River, patrolled surf beach and surf-side fish and chip shop. Lighthouse is a dream location for your summer vacation or winter getaway. We are known for our world-class conditions for kite-surfing and renowned pristine waters where you can whale watch from the headland, snorkel over reef just off the beach and reel in cracker fish from the shore. Lighthouse is four houses down from the riverside walkway which runs along the beach north through nearby villages. Perfect for a long leisurely walk, bike riding and rollerblading. Fantastic bowling club with a free bus if you want a tipple and terrific food. Lighthouse is located only 20 minutes from the bustling centre of Bundaberg, which has an airport. Your pets will love the fully fenced yard and if you love your pets inside, snuggled up on the couch with you; this is the dream holiday beach house. The lighthouse has a lovely, warm feel to it. Everything we needed was there. The fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby. Brendan was so accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

What a beautiful home to stay in. The location is ideal being so close to the beautiful Elliott Heads beach and river. We love the decor and comfy beds and furnishings. Being able to bring our dog meant we could fully relax knowing our fur baby was safe and happy with us.
The patio is lovely to sit on and enjoy a BBQ or read a book. We loved the rock pools as well. Rain, hail or shine, this is a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed venturing out sightseeing and discovering the many beautiful beaches and national parks nearby. Shopping was a breeze with Bundaberg being so close and convenient. We will definitely be back. Our host Brendan was more than obliging, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and trouble free stay. We will definitely be back and hope it is sooner rather than later.

“I am utterly dismayed and compelled to share a stark warning about my recent experience with this property’s host. It was an absolute nightmare! The host’s behavior crossed all bounds of decency, bombarding me with a relentless torrent of messages, day and night, each one more unsettling and intrusive than the last. This unrelenting harassment cast a dark shadow over my entire stay, turning what should have been a peaceful retreat into a distressing ordeal. I implore you to heed my advice: avoid this property at all costs, lest you find yourself trapped in a similar, harrowing saga.”

A comfortable and cute cottage with a great outdoor deck that captures the sea breeze on the hot summer days. The cottage provided all the necessities for a laid back summer holiday. A/C and fans in all the rooms making it comfortable. Walking distance to a patrolled beach and the rock pools. A comfortable home for a family get together lounging and dining on the back deck. A very pleasant say.

Everything you could need was there from a potato masher,oil, salt and a cricket set. Beautiful Beach House in a beautiful community. Best spot for kids, beach is right there and huge space for sport and games all visible from the back veranda. Big comfy beds with luxury linen, huge yard for the dogs including balls to throw and beds, everyone felt right at home, so we could just soak up family and make memories. We will be back soon!!!!

Lovely little shack that accommodated my family perfectly for our 4 might stay over Easter. Perfectly located a short walking distance from the best beach on the Bundaberg coastline and very convenient for launching a boat to go fishing. I loved the stay so much I have started looking around for similar properties in the area to purchase as a holiday home.

Extremely comfortable and well presented house in a great location. The house is well furnished, with an open deck and private backyard. Only a couple of minutes walk to both the beach and river.
A tip: bring some insect repellant if you're planning to be outside.

From booking, Brendan’s communication was excellent. He was friendly, making sure everything was looked after. He couldn’t have been more helpful.
The place was a perfect spot for some rest and relaxation. Clean, well equipped, wifi, fully fenced yard for the dog and within walking distance from the beach and river. Elliot Heads was just what we were after - quiet, unspoilt and away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

Property owner very helpful. Arranged early checkin and late checkout. All beds very comfortable. Supurb washing and refrigeration facilities. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Clean barbeque with good outdoor settings. And the desk with monitor was very welcome for 1 guest working from home. A great inclusion. Highly recommended as in a great location near the beach.

The house was very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed and more - air-conditioning, smart TV, internet, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, BBQ on the back deck, washing machine and dryer as well as many other kitchen appliances. We especially loved the comfortable beds.
We were travelling with a small dog and really appreciated the dog door and fenced back yard.
It was short walk to the beach. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
