Nice home, outside could have been cleaned up. Also, during our stay we had unannounced visits from the pool cleaner and pest control folks. Evolve apologized profusely for this. Problem with a faucet that was fixed promptly. Pool and immediate area clean and so enjoyable. Overall very nice stay.

My family and I flew in for the U of A graduation. Upon landing (at 4pm) I received a message that our reservation had been canceled. I called the property management group who informed me it was to late in the day to find a replacement rental.
Graduation weekend and no place to stay.
I will never use VRBO again!!

Our extended family (ages 34-90) stayed here the last week of March. We loved the house. It's comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space to either sit around together or find your own corner. Nice location in a quiet neighbor where you barely notice the surrounding homes. Beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains from the backyard (and dining room and sitting room). Sunset views from the front yard. Grocery stores and other necessities within 10 minutes. 20-50 minutes to major attractions - like state and national parks. The local manager (TurnKey Pros) were responsive to our questions. One negative - the backyard amenities no longer match the listing photos, which were taken when everything was new and pristine. The putting green, hammock area, and chiminea area needed weeding and attention. Didn't really bother us - the outdoor seating is fine and we enjoyed the sunshine and views - but needs attention. We would stay here again.

The home has kitchy Southwest decor, but overall it could use some attention in the places where it goes from rustic decor to neglect.
One place that was disappointing was the yard. The pictures of the yard in the VRBO post should be updated to reflect the current status of the front and back lawn. Weeds have overgrown everything, the pathways, the landscaping and even the putting green in the back. I live in AZ and we have had a lot of rain this year, but routine landscaping keeps the weeds under control.
The other con for me was that a paper thin drape was the curtain in the master bedroom. This curtain is not shown in the VRBO photos. As a result, we woke with the dawn every morning, but not on purpose:( The bedroom across the hall is just as bright. If you are someone who can sleep through full sun or can sleep with eye covers, then it may not be a problem.
In general, the house has a lot of potential, it is just showing its age in places and needs some updates.
Here are the pros:
- communication with the manager was quick and easy.
- neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, hikes, etc.
- the master bathroom is nice and has a nice rainshower

Very nice place in a peaceful quiet neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views

House was basically clean, but little things like bathroom rugs etc were old and dirty…
Lots of dust as well
Overall a nice time but not hall of fame

Spent a month at this property. It's in an excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and a good place for walking. The house has nice outdoor spaces with good views of the desert. Lots of birds and wildlife are in the area. I will stay here again when visiting Tuscon.

The main positives are the views of the Catalina Mountains and the art collection on the walls both of which gave you a strong positive feeling of being in the Southwest. The negatives all relate to the condition of the house and lack of maintenance on the property. Paying a premium price you would expect a modern stove, appliances that work like the coffee machine which lacked a proper pot and a hot water kettle that didn't work at all. Other examples are the carpets on the bathroom floors which were badly worn and the master bedroom carpet which was threadbare. It was clear that either Evolve, who apparently no longer represent the property, and/or the owner should have paid more attention to what could and should be a premier property. Despite the shortcomings we enjoyed the stay due essentially to the ambiance of the location and decor of the house, which we would rate (5), but unless some changes were made in the house and property we would not stay there again, hence the overall rating of (3=3.5).

Stayed at this property before. The views of the mountain are super. The home is tidy, good space and nice outdoor space. Any issues, were minor and the local Service Team is spot on. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay as we moved our Freshman daughter into college. Very comfortable home only 20-25 min from campus. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The patio/pool area make the perfect spot to admire the gorgeous sunsets and occasional rainbow over the mountains. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable and we appreciate the ability to park in the garage. Thank you!!

A great gem of a property with great views of the Catalina Mountains. Home is just as described. It is very clean, comfortable and has a great back yard. Local staff are responsive and do a great job prepping the property. Although I never had to see them, they were there in the background. We will be back.

Lovely property in private location, comfortable and convenient living just off the beaten path.

We fell in love with this listing as soon as we arrived.Set high in the desert foothills, the home felt like our private resort. The backyard is unbelievable— stunning mountain views, gorgeous natural desert beauty,an inviting pool, and best of all, glorious silence, except for the various bird songs we enjoyed.
Inside, the house had a cute southwestern vibe, was immaculate and had a comfortable king mattress in the bedroom we used. Had everything we needed there, the only disappointment being a non working water filter. It was easy to check in, Wi-Fi access was simple, and we had no issues using our Netflix account.
The location was perfect- we felt like we were out of civilization, yet in 2 minute we could be eating or shopping on Skyline Drive.
I hope it won’t be too long before we can make another visit to this Tucson gem.

Stay for family event. Really nice property. Clean, great back yard and well maintained. Will stay here again.

Views were great, indoor spaces worked well, outdoor space could use some small upgrades (more comfortable chairs/lounge chairs, landscaping) but the shaded patio was perfect, location was close to amenities but still felt private and secluded

Great location! Loved the neighborhood and the views! If it had been warmer we could have enjoyed the pool. Tucson has great hiking and outdoor recreation. The house was very comfortable and had many amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great time and easy access. You may want to identify in your ad that an SUV will not fit in the garage. It was not an issue with us, but if somebody’s not careful, they’re going to hit the garage door.

Well maintained property with all the accouterments. Beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay there.

This is a beautiful home in the beautiful foothills of the Catalina Mountains. It's only a 5 minute drive to get to the trailheads of some popular hiking trails, and 5-10 minutes to stores and shopping and about 20 minutes to drive to Tucson proper. The house is gorgeous and the views from the home cannot be beat.

This was the second time we stayed at this property and it was still a great place to stay. We love the outdoor space - it's so beautiful in the fall.

We truly enjoyed this property! We were a group of 5 (one senior, 2 adults, 2 small kids) and it was perfect for our needs. The inside of the house was a fun modern southwest theme and set up in a way to maximize the interior views. The backyard area with many zones for play and dining was perfect. Our toddler didn’t want to leave! We loved all the nature surrounding the property. We’re already talking about coming back!

Great Location and Price
The property was ideal for us, given we were visiting family close-by for a wedding. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and met our needs.
Check in was really simple (once I found the right house - note that there are two streets with the same name, which don't connect up!) using a key-pad and Tammy, one of the hosts, was available for any issues.
Pool and terrace area were great for relaxation and eating alfresco, with a good grill and easy access to the well-equiped kitchen.
We would certainly consider this property again in the future.

Amazing Tucson Desert Moutain Home!
I brought my family out to Tucson to visit family and show them where I used to live. The home is really amazing in its location, its amenities and convenience. Check in was effortless and the home had everything we needed and more. The backyard has a great pool (unheated so spring/winter it's probably too cold) with a separate fence and gate. Outside the pool area, there is a small putting golf space and cornhole area so its possible to lock the pool and still let the littles out back to play. The entire backyard space has a perimeter wall and fence so its secure enough for littles to play. The pool has two seating areas and the overall backyard opens up to the base of the Catalina mountains. You have an amazing view of finger rock and table top moutain, stunning sunsets and sunrises.
The house has three bedrooms, each with sun lights. Bedding and towels are pentiful and the washer/dryer also helped for the longer stay. The kitchen was helpful where we cooked several meals, even hosting a mini family reunion with room to spare indoors and out.
Its noted this property is located in the Northwest quad of Tucson, in the "foothills". There are plenty of stores, groceries and gas stations in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential . We walked it at night. I recommend this for a good base of operations but the view and amenities mean you're a solid 20 minute drive from downtown. IMO, its well worth it. I fully plan to use this home again next time we come out. Very, very impressed.

Great stay; perfect location.
We enjoyed our stay at the home on Marble Peak Pl. The house was as advertised and very clean and a perfect location. Our one complaint was about the lighting in LR and guest bedrooms-no lamps for reading. Thanks. Will consider for next year!!

Beautiful Views from back yard
We enjoyed our stay and would rent again, but not in winter. Back yard is a very special place. Home is comfortable and has everything you need. An overall good experience.

Great Views from Back Yard
We enjoyed our stay at this home. The back yard is definitely the strong point of this house. Lots of cool "spaces" to enjoy. Inside, the house was comfortable enough and clean. We found the house a little dark and would really have enjoyed the pool if it were heated.
As we were there in December, having the option of "heat" was a nice extra. Last Tucson home we stayed in did not have heat and we got cold at night. Obviously only a consideration for the winter months.
Overall, this house was comfortable, well located and we recommend it as a good place for a family visiting Tuscon. We would rent again, but probably in spring or fall, not winter due to outside space and pool (best part of property) not being usable in cold weather.
Hosts were great and very responsive.

Great property!
This is a beautiful property! The interior is nicely decorated, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is private and quiet but not too far off the beaten path. The yard and pool are lovely and we enjoyed just sitting outside at any time of the day. The property manager responded quickly and accommodated any special requests we had. We will return to this property when we come to Tucson again.
